Food- overall the wrap was good. The ingredients are fresh, standard crispy chicken, there was enough sauce... the only thing I would add is maybe add additional meat. Meat to wrap ratio isn't proportionate... so it leaves your end of the wrap without meat. Service- I ordered through the app so I can't judge person to person other than it was curbside and the guy who delivered was nice. So no bad comments. Ambiance- Again curbside but from the car window it looked busy so it's gotta be a little inviting. I'd recommend. I also tried a wrap. I usually get a Turkey Tom and keep it pretty basic. I was genuinely happy with the new choice of item. I'd recommend and return. The only reason why it was 4 stars is because of price. I paid $11.60 for the wrap. read more

Jimmy John's - Bbq Ranch Chicken Crunch (Wrap) - Sandwiches Near Me - Clackamas, Oregon

Service is TERRIBLE! The so called Manager Crystal had a vape in her hand and sat it on the register while taking my order. She also smelt like marijuana and was very sarcastic and mean towards employees that I witnessed. I ended up walking out. I will never return such a nasty and terrible experience if I could select zero stars I would. read more

This Jimmy Johns is a MESS! I would give zero stars if I could. they're constantly all over the place with the "manager" walking around half the time or in the back while she constantly rolls her eyes. it also smells like B.O. coming from behind the counter completely ridiculous management! will not be back at this location. Get it together! read more

I love Jimmy John's and this location is no exception! I've said it before and I'll say it again, Jimmy John's has legit subs. These are real NY / NJ subs. Dressed with shredded iceberg, onion, tomato, hot peppers and oil & vinegar, the Italian Night is always my favorite. The combo of ham, capicola, salami and provolone is a home run! The other sandwiches are good, too, but when I go to Jimmy John's I am there because I'm craving an Italian sub. Grew up in NJ where there was a sub and pizza place on every corner and they were all fantastic! Not the case in Portland which is why I'm grateful for Jimmy John's. The quality of the meat and produce is high you can taste the difference! Plus they customize your sandwich. I always take the bread out and ask for extra lettuce, extra hot peppers and extra vinegar. It hits the spot every single time. read more

Spent $11 on a sandwich and was highly dissatisfied. It was so small and hardly had anything in it. For the price I should be able to get a sandwich that I don't have to eat something else afterward to get full. Ridiculous price and sandwich. read more

Jimmy John's - This was their big sandwich we paid extra for. Wow. - Sandwiches Near Me - Clackamas, Oregon

bunch of idiots work at this store! They couldn't find a hotel on GPS and canceled my order!

I've only been to a Jimmy John's once before and recalled thinking they were just okay. We're just outside the one mile delivery zone so we have to pick up. The reason we came was because we had free Little John's. On those I would say they're actually a little bigger than expected by the price. We were thinking we'd get those for a small lunch and just order regular sandwiches for dinner. One plus for me is they have a rewards program. I may never actually earn anything, but for people who actually come here very often that's a nice perk. We took advantage of their free side promo, but we did have to place a second order to get it (one for free sandwich and another for paid sandwich and free side). Who am I to pass on free food? Chips, cookies, and pickles were their sides, so basic options. As far as the sandwiches go I would expect a lot more for the price. We even got the me expensive ones with double meat. There was not much meat to speak of so I assume the standard has a single layer of any given deli meat. I got that because my cats love deli meat and I knew they'd pester me. An average sandwich from anywhere else usually gives me plenty to share. Double meat here want even enough for the sandwich. I also had avocado on mine but I couldn't tell. Just seemed like a lot of lettuce really. My partner got one with bacon and I tried his. One thing I'll give them is their bacon has lots of flavor. Overall not really impressed. I could see getting it if it's either the only thing around or you're close enough for delivery and really want a sandwich. At that I'd suggest getting multiple Little John's and skip the big sandwich and get more food and still save money. read more

Fast and good food. Especially the bread. Who's complaining about this? Be happier in your life.

Food was good. But I didn't notice until I got home that they had overcharged my credit card by a considerable amount. So, my advice, if you pay by card, check the receipt. read more

I ordered online because I figured there was a lunch rush between 12-1pm. Ordered at 12:35, they received it at 12:37 and I picked it up at 12:45 with no issues. I only gave them 4 stars because I customized my sandwich and the receipt had it all listed but they forgot pickles in my sandwich and there were two small globs of avocado instead of a consistent spread along the sandwich. It was good tho, but would've been better with pickles lmfao Edit: I ate the second half and there was in fact two slices of pickle read more

if i could give ZERO stars i would. every single time i order they take 2+ hours to deliver my food. they need to stop advertising "freaky fast" because it takes longer than any other food delivery place i know. so disappointed. read more

i went there for the first time and didn't know what to get but kaiden was very helpful in recommending what to get and he got it to me before i even got to pay, he went on break while i was eating and gave me a cookie out of his own kidness. 10/10 customer service will be back. read more

My wife went in there to grab a couple sandwiches for us. As she waited for them to be prepped, she watched as multiple employees walked around the food prep area unmasked and talking to each other. One appeared to be a manager ( as she wasn't wearing the customary t-shirt). She then watched as a gentleman who was about to grab the bread out of the oven dropped his oven mitt on the ground only to brush it off on his jeans before using it anyway. She didn't complain in the store and brought the sandwiches home. We decided to throw them away. read more

Stopped in for sandwiches while out shopping. Not impressed! * The shop had no system for identifying orders. They did not take names nor give people numbers so customers were unsure whose order was whose. * My Vito sandwich had no meat on it. No genoa salami and no capicola. * No napkins were provided. * Cups and straws were difficult to find * No condiments were provided, which made the sandwich very bland * Very long line or the one bathroom * Very loud We will not go back here. read more

The sandwich was horrible Wilted lettuce, minimal meat, hard bread. I spoke with the person in charge today in CLACKAMAS PROMINADE He wasn't helpful or understanding whatsoever. 3/1/22 noon read more

Extremely rude staff. I'm standing there for two minutes before someone says have you been helped. I say no then they proceed to take another customer that came in after me. I step up to the counter finally after that other person and one of the guys working rudely says "you need to wait I said I'm helping someone else". My first ever at a jimmy John's just horrible!!!! read more

A must stop for me. The sandwiches are fresh and taste awesome. But the biggest thrill for me when I go there is the friendly staff. In particular, a lady by the name of Linda. She always make my day with her infectious smile. Excellent service. Great job read more

Jimmy you da best! Keep deliver your delicious sandwiches we will forever be friends!

For several years I have been going to this Jimmy John's at least three times a week at 8:30 or 8:40 in the morning. Today the kid that was working told me he could not serve me because they were not open till 9 o'clock. If they were not open why was the door unlocked for me to come in. Then I asked for his managers name the kid tried telling me he was the manager I told him that he was a shift leader he didn't even understand what that meant. I will never step foot in a Jimmy John's again and I will take all of my friends and family and co members with me. read more

I call. They greet me if we know one another personally. They keep previous orders so i xan re order and its here quick. I tip well because they are on it. No complaints. The in store experience has always been great. Its clean and inviting. I love that they offer mobile pay in store bc sometimes im on a and dont carry my purse. Also to those who give one star. Your complaining about the owner or that you walked in right before closing. The employees are not the owner...so why comment poorly whwn you have never interacted with the owner personally. read more

Staff was incredibly nice, but the food was mediocre at best. My order was handled quickly, but it seems speed takes priority over quality. This was my third visit in the past 12 months, each time to a different Jimmy John's, each time with the same disappointing results. I will not be going back for a forth visit. Save your money and go to Subway. read more

On this particular visit, it was gross, disgusting and disappointing. Upon entrance to this establishment in clackamas, there was an overpowering pungent odor in the dining area next to the cashier. On most occasions, we enjoy our dining experience. But this time there was a homeless person dining in. I don't have a problem with the homeless, but this person didn't have shoes on, and really smelled bad. My grandkids said it smelled worse than an outhouse. It was terrible. The manager was sitting and eating while the employees were visibly gagging behind the counter. When the man left, the worker extensively sprayed the area, wiped the table and threw the paper towels on the full trash can next to the prepare station. I saw it with my own eyes. The employees were visibly rolling their eyes, and their obvious body language was of disgust. During this whole ordeal, two of the employees took turns going outside for fresh air. The dining area still smelled like a plugged up gas station bathroom. Shame on the manager who allowed this to happen. If I was the manager on duty, I would've respectfully asked the patron to please wait outside with a courteous explanation of why he could not dine in. I would've had the heart to make his food and give it to him "on the house", for the inconvenience. To the manager, by not acting professionally, your site lost more than a half dozen customers. Did you ask yourself why patrons were coming in and leaving without ordering, because of the stench? Making a dollar, at the expense of your regular customers is unacceptable. read more

Placed an order through the app. To have food delivered to my kids while I'm gone. Got the email confirmation but 45 minutes later and the order never showed up. I called the the shop and was told "oh, we don't have any drivers tonight so I canceled your order."The employee claimed to have called me twice to let me know. I received 1 call from a number my phone labeled as SPAM and they left no message so how would I know? Now it's 9pm and my kids are eating cold cereal for dinner. They are older teens so it's not the end of the world but definitely annoying. read more

This is only my 2nd visit to any of the JJ's. Nice young man at the counter took my order and after I told him I wasn't all that familiar with their system, he said, "Would u like any of the free additions to your sandwich?" And added, "don't forget your napkins". When was the last time any busy fast food worker asked you that? Sandwich was made quickly and was tasty. I do wish they had hot sandwiches. read more

Delivery...and fast delivery... Their sandwiches are not bad but they are also not amazing. They are wicked fast though and they deliver.

We showed up from a long ride in the car at 9:05 pm and asked what time they close? They told us 9:10 smiled and happily made our sandwiches! Hard-to-find service like that anymore. We will be back and the food was great! read more

I wish I would have looked at reviews before ordering from this location. I have ordered Jimmy John's to be delivered to my work multiple times but never the current location I am at. I am so disappointed with the service I received. I called about 30 minutes after putting in my order to notice that it still hadn't been on its way so I just asked for an update or an estimated time and the man told me it would be about 20 minutes. I called back 25 minutes later just for another update as I am very hungry and it's very hot out and he said that it still hasn't left so I asked to cancel my order. an hour wait for something that's five minutes away from me is a bit ridiculous. I understand if it's busy but I wish I would've known that the first two times that I called. I will never order from this location again read more

I honestly avoid the sunny side location. The staff is awful, full of attitude and horrible customer service. I drive out of my way to go to a further away location just so I don't have to interact with them. read more

They are freaky fast! Good sammy's, friendly staff, comparable price even with del. Better quality ingredients than subway, that's fo sho! Delivery radius isn't huge, but then they wouldn't be freaky fast! Which is really the only gripe from ppl on here, how they aren't that far and can't get delivery... to them I say, well, I don't see anyone else who does what they do, and they are still new to ptown, and growing fast. They'll probably fill in the non-delivery gaps in the next year or two, til then just go in LIKE EVERY OTHER STORE and they will be freakier faster! Great business, amazing how they get those kids to hustle like that! Ordered several times from them, not a bad sammy yet :) read more

We were getting hungry for lunch and didn't feel like cooking. We chose Jimmy John's because it was close and not fried. The fact that they had online ordering made it all that much better. The online ordering process was simple, while still allowing you to fully customize your sandwiches. I ordered the Vito with extra meat and my husband ordered the Country Club and added onions, bacon, mustard, and avocado. Both sandwiches tasted amazing and were enough for two meals each. We also each got a delicious bag of their kettle style chips, which were totally worth the little extra. We also opted for having it delivered. We were skeptical of having it delivered because we were starving and didn't want to wait, but holy crap was it quick. It took them less time to deliver our food than it would have taken me to get in the car, drive down there, and drive back. Not only was it quick, but after the guy who delivered our food literally ran back down the stairs after finishing up with us. They really don't lie when they say "freaky fast delivery" on their cups. read more

I've ordered for delivery 2 separate times and both times the order came exactly within the window that I requested. Both orders were exactly what I had requested - down to "EZ lettuce" and "Xtra onions." The bread was fresh, the meat was generous, and the provolone sliced thin but 2 pieces. I love that they deliver - no one else around my work does. The delivery fee is less than $2 and I can tip whatever I want. I will order every other payday!! read more

Yes they are freaky fast! And courteous. However sanwiches are mediocre at best. Ask for pickles, they only have spears-no problem, can i get a spear? No problem, he said. I was really craving a BLT. So I stopped at Jimmy John's, my first experience at this sandwich shop. I was excited to see they listed a BLT on their menu. The excitement ended quickly when I bit into the lettuce filled, precooked-limp(lack of flavor) bacon, sandwich. I really don't understand why the company would put this truly disappointing sandwich on their menu. Now I don't think I will give any of the other sandwiches a try for fear of more disappointment. Sighs and sadness from my tastes buds. read more

In my opinion Jimmy John's has the best fast-food subs around and this location is as good as the others I have visited. Jimmy John's has become my #1 sub sandwich place since Subway and Quiznos have seemed to go down hill with the quality and taste of their products. read more

My coworkers and I have collective ordered and picked up food from this location at least 10 times so we have a lot of business to offer. Time and time again our online orders come back missing items, especially when ordering extras like chips or a soda (person picking up isn't always checking every single order). This time we still came back missing a pickle, and with many people getting a totally different sandwich. Unfortunately it wasn't just that they were mixed up so we were stuck trying to eat the mistakes. I'm really tired of getting a vito slobbered in mayo...WHY? Not to mention everything else about it was wrong, had items on it that I didn't want, and was missing the peppers I asked for as well...but they remembered to cut it in half! Our company will be taking our lunch business elsewhere. read more

I'm in love with this place! They do have freaky fast delivery and whenever you call they call you by name and you never have to tell them your address or info they keep it all on file. I've never had any issues with this location they know me well at this point! I have done pick up and delivery from there and it's always good food, fast service and pleasant customer service. The subs are delish and so much better than subway- which use to be my staple. The french bread is so good I could any sandwich if it was in that bread. I'm pretty sure I'll be blaming JJ for my next 10 lbs. read more

Consistently prompt with delivery even though I am sure they are busy during the lunch hour in this area. But the sandwiches are not made as well as I have had at other locations. I also need to quit ordering cookies as they seem to get forgotten in my delivery orders.
