My crispy chicken tasted like aluminum foil and I love 4 fo 4 but I got to say this Wendy's disappointed me

I dont know why I keep coming back to this Wendys or why I don't check my order before I leave. Maybe it's the thought that it just makes sense that I receive what I order? I just comprehend how I receive someone else order 50% of the time which is always a crappier meal than what I order. I don't like to eat in here because it always smells like pee. I would give it a 5 star, if the service was good. I love Wendy's food but every time I go they always get our order incorrect. Also they constantly ask you to pull up to the corner because the food is not ready, the point of FAST food is to get it FAST. Then we have to wait up to 10-15 maybe even 20 minutes for our order. So in that we are STARVING! And on top of that the employees could be snotty! read more

Terrible experience. I ordered a burger and it was placed on a tray at the front counter. A homeless looking man with an erratic behavior picks up my food mistakenly (not the tray, the burger). This was in clear sight of the cashier and the preparer. They knew my food was touched by a customer and gave it to me anyway. I didn't want to create a scene in front of the homeless guy. I returned in ten minutes after tossing the burger and explained that I wanted a new burger. The cashier looks at me like I was a difficult customer. I will never return. read more

Everytime I go through this drive thru something is missing from my order. The employees are very rude and seem like they dont enjoy working. They never give out a receipts either. I thought the new construction to this place would of changed the restrurant all around... but no way! The food is good quality but the overall experience is HORRIBLE! One star. read more

I have bought food from here a few times but this time it was a terrible experience, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich when I took a bite it was the most disgusting thing I have ever witnessed. The chicken appeared to be rubber/plastic you could literally grab it throw it against a wall and it would bounce back. Its obvious the chicken was old and should have not been served. Fresh food and ingredients is the most important thing at a restaurant regardless if its fast food or not. This Wendy's needs to be re staffed immediately. They are all disorganized and always mess up on the order. I only order through drive-thru because at least their isn't a line here. This Wendys used to be great a few years ago, I have lived in this area 10 years. But now its the worst one I have EVER been to. The place is gross (smells like a Gym) not clean, employees are rude and Getto. The food was awful, fries taste like crap (never change the oil) The burger was missing the bacon, so the bitch behind the counter tossed my burger on the back counter and chucked some bacon on it and handed it back..Ummm code violation anyone?!? Let's start with the cashier not greeting us. Simply giving us a cold face. Next the ketchup dispenser is empty- told the cashier she did not care. We got the food it was completely messy. Ordered chili there were no spoons; and a spoon was not given. We asked for spoon was given a dirty look you guessed it by the cashier. We are sitting here for 20 min and already (no exaggeration) six people from the drive thru actually came in and were missing food people were upset this restaurant is extremely dirty has not been cleaned garbage is not been taken out. Just now a gentleman was waiting 4 minutes to be greeted and was NOT until he yelled out "anybody home". This is unreal. Never seen a Wendy's this disorganized. Never coming here again! I wish I can write a -10 review. This place is operated by teenage ghetto hooligans that barely know how to talk, let alone take someone's order correctly or prepare food. We ordered over $40 worth of food, and only received barely half of it. Food was not fresh. The French fries tasted like they were sitting under the hot lamp for hours and hours and void of any flavor. A raw potato that has fallen on the floor would have more flavor than their overcooked stale fries! The spicy chicken sandwich we ordered had seen better days. It was also stale and overcooked. I don't understand how the owners of this franchise are not looking into this. They are letting a bunch of teenage losers run their business to the ground with their poor food and service. This use to be my favorite Wendy's in the area, and I will never come back! Also, after eating their garbage food, I got sick! This is ridiculous! I am reporting them to health inspection! Man, what a shit hole. Just went thru the drive thru and before leaving checked to see if all items were in the bag. Gee, only missing 3 sandwiches. All the while the rest of the food is getting cold. Went in, got the sandwiches but not even an apology. Get home and start to eat, and guess what? I have been to this Wendy's a numerous amount of times and have had great experiences. The Chicken Nuggets are impeccable and the chicken sandwiches are out of this world. It would be a definite 5 star if it wasn't for my experience today. Throughout my experience one male employee refrained from using his inside voice which disrupted conversation and peace. Don't get me wrong the food was quality and the service was quick but it was just that one employee not using his inside voice. read more

To the owner of this location- PLEASE educate your staff (especially night shift staff) on the importance of customer service and the importance of the customers. This is a pretty good wendy's overall. I would of given it 4 stars but I dropped it one star because of a recent experience. A couple weeks ago I came here about 10:30 pm and I noticed that the doors were locked but they were still doing business in the drive thru. Their dining room hours were till 11. I asked why the doors were locked they said were closed . But your hours are till 11 I said and they really had no explanation but they did take my order in the drive thru and told me to wait outside and they will bring my food to me. I waited about 10-15 minutes and asked this one lady who was trying to shoo me away saying they were closed. I told her I had an order I was waiting for. They finally let me in nearly 30 minutes later and overall it took about 35 minutes to get my food. I asked why they closed early and they said they had no staff. But while waiting in there I counted about 6 employees so that story didn't seem right. read more

It was funny to pull up this location on here as I could cut and paste the same issues as everyone else. I'm not exactly sure why you need to pull up and wait (10 minutes not exaggerating) for your order when u are the only person in line or at the store for that matter. Worst Wendy's ever, staff was unfriendly, girl on drive through was stopping me during my order 3 times, and always was forgetting what I said, so I repeated multiple times, when we got to the window she didn't care about us, gave as bags and drink, said that's all and we left. We hoped back onto i94, cause we were going to the party, and already on our way, we figured out that she forgot to put our chili and sauces that we asked for multiple times too. Horrible experience. We were there around 2:45 pm. The girl that was on drive through made this visit horrible, people like this should work there, cause definitely we won't come to this Wendy's ever again. It is very close to home but every time I come here they screw up my order in the drive through usually leaving something out that was paid for. One time we went there for two frostys, ordered them and paid for at first window but when we got to the second window only handed one. The point of going through the drive through is supposed to be convenient but not if you are always getting the wrong order. read more

Just experienced great customer service from Mary whom I'm assuming is the manager at Wendy's that just reopen today.

I came in as a drive-thru customer at 9:56PM, 1/10/2013. I ordered a 1/4 lb. single and a medium fries. The drive-thru order screen did not display what I ordered and what my total was. The guy didn't tell me how much I was going to pay. I asked him when I came to the window for a receipt, he pointed me to the next window. When I came to the next window, the guy impatiently hands over my order. I asked for a receipt and he simply tears out one from one of the receipts that was hanging with the printer. It turns out it wasn't the receipt for what I ordered. I told my son to check the bag if the order was correct. He told me it looked OK but when we got home, the sandwich was not what we ordered for. This is such terrible customer service. I like Wendy's but restaurants like tells me this is not a good place to dine. I hope somebody is paying attention to this. read more

ok ya its fast garbage to fill your stomach with and i still go there sometimes. count your money make sure they give you your change. they tried to give me change for a 20 when i gave them a 50$ bill. they do this late nights/early morning on weekends assuming everyone is wasted. count yo change foo! read more
