Such a treat. Dave's classic cheeseburger was like it was picked fresh and delivered hot and juicy to my starving palate. Crisp and chilled lettuce, ripe tomato atop a sizzling ample portion of beef all wrapped in a bun. In fact, I think the last time a fast-food joint served me a burger this remarkable was when McDonald's created the McDLT (you kids may have to Google it). Yes, that good. Went to grab something quick to eat tonight and noticed a younger employee with curly hair walk in from outside, while I sat at the pick up window. He then proceeded to put on gloves to make my order without washing his hands. I pointed this out to the manager on duty and he just looked at her like...why should I wash my hands?!"... They don't have food from 10:30-11. There is no sign or anything stating so, but when they are done with breakfast it takes them 30 mins to start serving lunch. It's quite an inconvenience. First time visiting the drive-thru service, and the lady was just disrespectful. Never experienced a service where people could be so lazy as to put a limit on how many items you can order through the drive-thru. It defeats the purpose of a drive-thru when a person says, "You can only order 2 burgers at once." Honestly, it made me laugh at the pity service offered. For the amount of mouth the lady had, I might as well just drive to McDonald's, where they don't have a limit and simply ask you to pull to the side. They should not call it a drive-thru; it should be called, "Come in and make it yourself." And if you are understaffed, how about just say that the drive-thru is down, and ask people to come in and order? Encountered the nastiest employee here last evening! My fiancé and I ordered two items, a medium vanilla frosty, and a large chocolate frosty. We got to the window to pay, a very nice young man asked about our order, we told him it was incorrect, he re-entered the order. The woman who took our order entered a small chocolate frosty, large vanilla. Then a woman comes up behind the gentleman helping us, yells at us-whats the problem? We tell her our order was incorrect. She continues yelling, stating no, thats what you ordered, and its already made, then walked away. We paid, and at the next window were given the wrong order. We took it and left as we did not want to encounter this woman again. Awful to speak to customers this way, and can not imagine how awful she treats the employees there. read more

Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of the last up front, she's great. Other than that. The place is dirty. I can't order sauces separately on the kiosk. So by the time I got my sauces my meal was cold. Kinda ruined my meal. The tea and sweet tea containers don't have a lids on them... kind of disgusting. Horrible service and rude managers. Ordered and paid for food from this location twice and both times food items were missing from our bags. When we went back to tell the manager of the missing items, Anthony who was filling in, was completely rude, condescending and would not remedy the situation. He told us we had to come back when the on-site manager, Misty was in. We showed receipts and gave order numbers. No apologies and no attempt to correct the order or give us the missing items. We have had bad experiences the last several times we have visited a Wendy's in other locations. Hopeful to have a better experience today we stopped at this one. Strangely the entrance door was open. Thought maybe it was open to the foyer area which had other doors in which to enter the restaurant. There was another door to the left but to the right you just walked into the restaurant. Bad sign. Headed back to use the restrooms as we were traveling and the polite employee informed us that their restrooms are locked. Said someone locked the doors to the restrooms and they do not have the key. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK UR FOOD I've had problems with this Wendy's for a while now.. somehow food is "always missing" from my drive-thru orders! My other issue is always turn back around and get in a long line again just because my burger is missing or my child's meal is missing items like we have time to wait behind 8 cars? Unfortunately, some people don't have that luxury. I sometimes put my faith in not having to check my bag- it's pointless to place trust in a company that fails its customer's. One thing is spending money to end up being disappointed but to pay for something that even isn't there is what makes it worse. I really hope this gets looked into.. I understand maybe there might be issues on the inside of the restaurant like understaffing- but, that's the result of poor management. Very disappointing.. read more

I love their salads. Even my cat eats the salad from here. Their chili is good, even with what some say about how it is made.

Absolute trash. Bathrooms weren't clean, workers told us not to order at the register and order at the kiosk and rude about it. There was only 2 people ahead of us and we waited 30 minutes for our food. One of our orders was wrong so took another 10 minutes for them to make it. I only ever go to this Wendy's maybe once a month, but almost every single time I go there is some sort of issue. Whether it be their card reader is down, they are out of multiple items, or they are not open for business at their posted hours. The few times that there have not been an issue the food has been good, but it is not worth being disappointed 4 out of 5 times. I hope the owner sees this and realizes that some changes need to be made. Especially since this location also has a 94 food safety score. read more

I was there Saturday nov 2nd at around 8:30-9pm. They were open. I was told they weren't taking orders because they were short staffed and only two people were there. No customers were in line or inside. I was confused why they were even open if they couldn't complete a single order. I drove around and was harassed by the two staff members from the drive thru window and asked "why I was at Wendy's" and told to "go get my food somewhere else." It's understandable when the system might be down and they can only take mobile orders but the young girl at the window wasn't very professional and when we got our order 20 mins later we were missing fries and were giving a completely different burger then what we ordered. read more

I really wanted to give this place a high score, but my only complaint is that when I approached the window at the drive-thru, I realized that the lady taking the orders (very polite and efficient) didn't have on a mask and everyone else I could see through the window didn't either and the ones that did have a mask were wearing it on their chins not covering their noses and mouth--I mean what's the point. Probably the best Wendy's I've been to. I don't eat Wendy's as often anymore but I used to go here all the time. The staff here are amazing!!! At least the staff from when I used to order here. They go out of their way to be nice to you. They also usually get your order right, but if they don't they're super helpful and willing to remake it right without any charge. Plus, more often than not I can tell the food I ordered was recently made and still warm and fresh. For a fast food drive through, I think that's pretty good! read more

I typically have no issues with this location. Tonight my order consisted of a few things inclusive of a baked potato. I asked for bacon, cheese and add sour cream. I was told that the sour cream came in a pouch which I was fine with. What I received was a baked potato, no lid but wrapped in Saran wrap. My husband was just at Wendy's . The service was not a five star service, which is expected because it's fast food. As he drove up to the speaker, an employee spoke to him and then disappeared. He was left wondering if his order was placed. He waited in front of the speaker for for about five minutes and the line kept moving up and he didn't want to keep them waiting. So he drove up to the window to ask if his order was placed, just for them to basically pin it on him and told him he should've waited. It was not professionally handled as it should've been. They need to be trained again, one of them employees came up to him saying curse words as well. If you want your restaurant to run smoothly, re train your employees. read more

We are tired, hungry, cold and wet. Just wanted a warm meal. There were two cars in line, so we figured we could get out food and get home in a decent time. They let the first car sit at the window for 19 minutes. NINETEEN MINUTES. We were stuck in the line and couldn't get out. The second car took five minutes. It took us 24 minutes to get FAST FOOD. Then it was cold. I counted six employees in the store, but they told us they could not park the first car because they didn't have enough help. Awful. read more

The servers are so friendly and polite, the food has always been hot and fresh, and the restaurant is clean! i was in a rush to get to my ice carving competition, and i was starving. we ended up stopping at wendy's. i ordered a 10-piece nuggies meal with fries and an orange Hi-C. I only got 9 nuggies in my meal and i was quite disappointed. But this isn't the first time it's happened. i really felt like i could've been better nourished if i had that 10th nugget. read more

My father went to pick up an online order for me and during his visit there in the drive thru he noticed a young kid had dropped the food we ordered trying to place it into a different bag. He proceeded to bare handed grab the dropped nuggets on the table and place them back in the bag. This is not only very disgusting but he proceeded to act like it was the right thing to do and hand my father the food like nothing ever happened. My father refused to take the food and the boy got an attitude proceeding to curse my father out and call him a "boy" for getting upset that he wanted new food made since he witnessed him dropping the nuggets all over the table. My father ended up not taking anything and leaving not knowing they charged us for the food already when he got back home, me and my mother went back to the store to demand our refund that the elderly lady "manager" kindly gave us and reassured us that she would complain about the situation and the young boy's disrespectful behavior to the boss or whoever.
