I was here in the morning time. Must say.. EVvvvvvvery time I come here, I feel like I should bring my AARP card, cards to play Bridge, Tea and maybe some crumpets. lol IT is the place where our elderly citizens come sit and chat a spat. (hey.. it ain't nothing wrong with that.. right!!) Coffee steaming Hot Front extreamly clean read more

Most of the time they do not have the pieces that you want. Especially, 30 mins to an hour before they close. They need a sign that says, may not have chicken at this chicken resturant. But when they do its pretty good. But only one star because, you get excited about a 3 wing dinner and they tell you we do not have wings or it will take 20 minutes. This is sad! read more

I went to this location on my lunch break to try the Bojangler Fish sandwich. I was told it would be a 5 min wait so I agreed. After 15 min of waiting I went to manager to see what was the hold up and she stated she thought she told someone to tell me she wasn't cooking the Fish right now. Then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to wait again or wanted my money back. Now that I'm late for work I just want my money back. She then hands me a receipt saying it was put back on my card and I paid CASH!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!! read more

I ordered Uber Eats from this location and ALL of my $40 worth of food is HARD AS A ROCK. I wouldn't even feed this to a dog. If you all were closed I would have rather you cancelled my order than send me cold fries from YESTERDAY and chicken tenders you scrapped from the BOTTOM of the fryer that you can't even bite into, read more

Do not order from this restaurant. I ordered through uber eats and my Bacon egg and cheese not only showed up without and egg, but the biscuit was dry and cold meaning it was an old biscuit or sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. read more

Bojangles - Fast Food Near Me - Mint Hill, North Carolina

Definitely do not recommend. Terrible service. Just a lot of kids playing around. Food is never fresh and order is never right. Regardless of proximity, skip this location and go elsewhere. read more

Absolute trash. Waited out front for about thirty minutes, finally gave up and got a refund. When getting the refund, employees took no accountability, our order wasn't even being prepared!! Just don't go here. read more

Took 20 minutes to get food. No biscuit, cold fries, not the sauce I wanted. This bojangles SUCKS!!!

Everything! Quality of food, staff that acts like they're the least bit interested in providing service.

Please!!!!! avoid this bojangles at all cost. Everytime I come here everything tastes like it's been sitting under a hot light for 1hour, Cooked in old grease, or your order is wrong. Truly disappointing as this location has been like this for years now. Needs new management or immediately shut down and rebuilt from the ground up, I will never come here again. Outrageous for how much you pay and you are getting a crappy quality of food and service. Please rethink going to this bojangles. Save your taste buds and peace of mind read more

Just moved to this area. Love the Bo jangles back home. This one is terrible. Always waiting for 15-20 minutes. Been given the wrong food 4x times even. Messaged customer service nothing. AVOID AT ALL COST. there's another done the road where you'll get the right order They even handed me a sweet tea once with no ice.... Like what.. read more

Don't come here after 6:00 pm because it's hit or miss if your order will be right. I ordered 2 Cajun Filet Biscuits with Egg and only got the biscuits with the Cajun Filets (didn't realize this until I got home) and both filets were old. I'll think twice about coming to this Bojangles again. read more

Great fast food chain, terrible location. It's sad when you wait at the register for 15 minutes and get no help. If you can't staff the store, then close it down. read more

STAY AWAY! This is the absolute WORST that we have ever gotten food from. My husband went to the drive through to grab lunch for us at 1:30 today. He ordered one 3 piece tenders meal with rice and a Diet Pepsi and one 4 piece tenders meal with fries and a regular Pepsi. He got home with two incorrect meals. Both were missing dipping sauces. One had three tiny hard "tenders". They were chicken nugget size. Both had old, hard biscuits. His Pepsi was flat. Both meals were cold. We are only a few minutes from that one. He said the person at the drive through was not friendly at all. What a waste of $20.55. No more. What a rip-off Save your money. They rip you off in the drive through. They don't give you your correct meal and unfortunately, there is no way to prove it. It was not worth driving back to complain. We just won't go back. read more

The sanitation rating is 92.5. Not good, checking the violations. Clearly there is a lack of management. The cashier/slash order filler was rubbing her face with her long nail extensions, taking money, making change and the filling the order. Not good hygiene. The Senior groups that usually meet there haven't been lately. Close it or clean it up. read more

Known for their chicken, fries and dirty rice but definitely not their service. I went through the drive through last night and the drive through staff that took my order was less than pleasant. I know it's fast food but it cost nothing to be nice. Overall, the food was good and my order was correct. read more

Usually a favorite but not the best experience this time. Food seemed lazy in preparation which makes me sad. When they're on their game this place is a force to be reckoned with. I'll try again next time I'm in town. read more

Bojangles - box of donuts and a drink - Fast Food Near Me - Mint Hill, North Carolina

If I could give 0 stars I would this is by far the worst service and experience I've ever had at a restaurant or fast food chain. The manager is ignorant and takes no pride in running the store the way it should be ran. I met a friend here for lunch and we asked if they still had breakfast the cashier replied yes we serve breakfast all day, okay awesome we get our receipt and our drinks and sit down. Ten minutes later the cashier comes to our table to tell us it would be 5-6 minutes for Bo rounds we said okay he returns 5 minutes later to tell us they had no biscuits and it would 10-15 minutes mind you we had already been waiting 15 minutes after 35 minutes the food comes out our "fresh biscuits" are burnt and lukewarm at best. Then I realized i received no gravy with my mashed potatoes, I go back to the counter and ask for gravy they tell me they have to make it after another 5 minutes i finally get my gravy. We ask to speak to the manager he comes out and he didn't care and basically replied with we're busy, which they were not only one car in the drive through and three people in the lobby. which one of them was a staff member. There was no drive, initiative, or work ethic from the staff or management. All tables, counters floors and booths were disgusting and sticky. I will not be returning to this bojangles completely ruined my experience. read more

The home of the most incompetent fast food workers in the United States. The place reeks of GEDs and STDs. All of the overweight workers seem to be eating the fresh chicken while giving the customers scraps. I've never been to this location and received everything i paid for. Today was a new record! Forgetting 3/7 items i ordered (still charging me of course). The girls at the window will be Bojangles employees until welfare becomes their fate. read more

This is a well-kept and clean Bojangles. It's always my go to on the weekends versus the other Bojs locations that I could go to. The lines move fast [if there is ever a line] and the food comes out nice and hot. Usually just grab biscuits here... haven't been here for lunch so I don't know if their quality drops [but I don't think it does]. You can tell the Bojangles ship is run tight here with the employees being very friendly and everything always in the right place. read more

Service was fine. A little hiccup in order but was quickly corrected. Only down fall--knots or fruit flys were at the soda dispenser. Needs to be cleaned frequently. read more

It's amazing how taste can change in 2years. Everything was flavorless, stale, cooked in old grease and nothing like we remember.

I probably eat at Bo's half a dozen times a year, and tonight it was cold and rainy, and we thought something we could bring home would be best. Bo's seemed like a good idea. Last time we went to this location they were out of chicken--I kid you not. I ordered it in the drive through, paid for it at the window, then they told me it would be a 10 minute wait. I got my money back. I paid with a credit card, but they did not know how to do a refund, so they gave me cash back. Tonight I ordered two two-piece dinners with mashed potatoes, got to the window, and they were out of mashed potatoes. What are the odds? The manager tells me I need to choose something else, but I said we would just go somewhere else. She was annoyed. The only have about 15 items on the menu so how can they be out every time? I am no chicken restaurant expert, but I don't think this is how you make money. read more

Horrible service too many kids trying to be adults quickly agitated and unable to follow simple directions

Good food fast service, everyone was nice. No nasty attitudes. I will definitely be returning.

First of all never eat here! I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes only to get home and my food was disgusting. The fries that came with my meal were so hard and stale you could break a tooth!!!! Trust me guys never ever eat here! I was so grossed out I threw everything out in the trash! read more

Just really not a great customer experience. The hours are down to seven and you show up at 6 and they are all out of chicken and tell you there closing. read more

This continues to be the worst bojangles I've ever been to. Used to come because it was the only option until it closed for remodel. Started going to another one a few miles away. After today, will continue driving further for one with decent service. This location is always so slow and messes up part of our 3-4 meal order 80% of the time. Don't leave without checking your bag. read more

The hubby and kid asked me to stop by Bojangles and bring them some chicken and sweet tea home. I'm a southern girl, so I was most definitely down. I got a 8 piece tailgate with a side of cold slaw and cajun beans. The meal came with ice tea and I got three sweet potatoe pies. I went around lunchtime, and there was a little line of 5 cars in front of me. The staff was really friendly at the drive thru. The smell was heavenly on the ride home. I have to say that they got it right! The chicken and sides were great! The tea was not too sweet, it was perfect. The biscuits were not doughie at all. One of the sweet potatoe pies was a little burnt, but that was ok, because my husband said it was good. I'd I could get this kind of service every time I went, I would most definitely go frequently...I want to say, "Keep up the good work Bojangles!" read more

Bojangles - Bojangles - Fast Food Near Me - Mint Hill, North Carolina

Never been here before but was in the area and wanted Bojangles. Their customer service was horrible one of them had a rude and nasty attitude and it was like a here get out of line. On top of that didn't have any straws and the chicken was disgusting and burnt and the fries were cold and stale. read more

Went to order two 2 piece dinners with 2 thighs each at around 7:00 PM. We go up to the window and was told they only had enough thighs for one box. I asked if they could drop more and told me they were out and I told them to cancel the order and went to the Bojangles on Albemarle Rd near Hwy 51, at least they didn't run out of Chicken. read more

Slowest drive thru I have ever seen!! Once I got to the window they didn't even have the right chicken for my order. 6+ people inside and most just standing around while the line outside isn't moving. read more

Thus Bojangles is the worst one is at the closest one to me but the staff always has an attitude the biscuits are always burnt the chickens always cold never fresh they don't season the fries and never give you the right sauce after you wait for an hour because they are ridiculously slow they need to remodel the entire staff like they did the building. read more

They say they serve legendary tea yet they can't seem to serve yet they can't seem to serve you tea that hasn't gone bad. How hard is it to taste the tea on a regular basis to ensure that you're not serving your customers teeth that has gone bad. Simply lack of quality control and management. read more

The service at this location is inconsistent. I ordered 2 steak biscuits and a small coffee, but received a large coffee and one steak biscuits. When I spoke to the manager he refused to fix their mistake. Customer service is not their focus. read more

drive threw is not paying attention and talking to other co workers why trying to take an order on the headset, tried to bo size my order but i guess she dident hear me so when i received my food it was the wrong size. as i pulled up to the window she had her headphones connected to her phone in, didnet say hello or greet me she just told me the price , took my card and said "hear is your card", and gave me my food and i said thank you and she did not respond. this bojangles is in a good location and has opportunity to improve its rating. it just needs to get people that want to work and have better attitudes as that is the key to customer service read more
