Stopped to pick up a bacon biscuit on my way into work at about 6:30 AM and my bacon biscuit was not even cooked. We stopped by bojangles to get two simple orders. A three piece supreme combo with fries, honeymustard, and a sweet tea and a kids meal supreme combo with dirty rice, honeymustard, and a sweet tea. After paying they had us park in a space to wait. After 10 minutes they bring us the order with a short "here" and leave. The food was cold... So why were we waiting for them to slap it together in 10 minutes? And they got the order wrong. They clearly read the order because they put two honeymustards in the kids meal. The kicker is that they forgot a spoon for the dirty rice that was cold. What a terrible experience from beginning to end. Another issue, why the automated order process? It's slow and annoying. If you are going to take someone's order then take their money right away. Don't then make them sit for 20 minutes waiting for food. Drive thru attendant didn't give me straws and nearly spilled drinks in my car then told me to pull fwd and wait. 20 minutes later as 4 others have been served and left behind me I still sit waiting for food. It's two starts but I really don't expect much more from this type of restaurant. I don't get a "hello" or "how are you" or any sort of pleasantries, just a "can I take your order". I normally get pretty good salads from Bojangles, BUT today.... My salad was so withered and old looking I couldn't bare to eat it. I realized it after I had added additional condiments to it. this location is very inconsistent. I went to this location at 9pm they close at 10pm. it took employees 10minutes just to take my order. manager came ab and took my order but was very rude. they had a mop bucket blocking the walk over to the drink machine that was unfortunately not working. I BO sized my order and received my fries not even half full, had water just sitting at the bottom of my box which caused my biscuit to become soggy as well as my tenders. this is very unacceptable and this is not the first time this store has done something like this to my food. read more

On a Saturday morning recently, my parents and I were heading to Conway, SC for a funeral from their house in Charlotte. We hit the drive thru on our way out for their breakfast and some bo-berry biscuits. They forgot a sandwich, but quickly rectified the situation when I went in. The bo-berry biscuits were an odd shape, more of a crescent when I remember them as a round shape before, but it has been several years since I have been to a Bojangles', so my memory must be off. The breakfast sandwiches were fresh and hot, the coffee was hot and good. The service was pretty darn good. Bojangles is a fast food chain that I have only ever had in the Carolinas. Founded in the 1970's and based out of Charlotte, this was my favorite fast food place to eat at when I lived in Charlotte. Bojangles has this steak biscuit that I would crave so bad it hurt. I am glad to say with this visit, I am finally over it, but I just had to have one more sweet good bye. If you are in the area, stop in and get some of their awesome and crispy chicken. It is SO much better than KFC or Popeye's (though I might lose my residency in Louisiana for saying that). read more

My husband and I walked in 8:20pm on a Sunday night and waited 7 minutes at the counter. 5 different workers in the back looked at us standing at the front counter and didn't tell whoever's job it was to man the front to get back to it. One guy came up to the front to fix the alarm that was going off, didn't look at us or tell us anyone would be with us. After 2 more minutes of waiting FINALLY a girl came to the register to take our order, didn't apologize or anything, actually had an ATTITUDE when she asked "dining in or take out". And then they didn't even get my sides right. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and fries and I got macaroni and cheese and dirty rice. We've been through the drive thru a few times and they've always been speedy and accurate with our order but after this experience inside I doubt we'll ever be back here again. This might be the closest location but I'll drive further for better service. read more

Apparently keeping a clean restaurant is not a priority here. The dining room floor did not appear to have been swept for quite some time. There was trash under the tables, also table tops had trash on them. In the mens bathroom the sink did not look like it had been cleaned in a very long time and the garbage was over flowing. On the condiment stand, there was trash (straw wrappers) in the containers with coffee creamer. I will say the staff was friendly and promptly received my food but it was difficult to eat seeing how dirty the the place was. I doubt I will be back here for a while. read more

This particular location has very poor service. Three years ago I thought this was a wonderful location. The staff was very polite and respectful. The food was always fresh and the orders accurate. Not sure what's happened over the years, but the service and food sucks. We picked up food last weekend and was served chicken that was fried in old, burnt grease. The breading on the chicken was dark and crumbly. The fries were cold and hard. It unfortunate as this is the easiest accessible location for a fast dinner. I'm truly disappointed with the recent service over the last two years. Will not be going here anytime soon. read more

I go by this location at least once a week and have had good service and most of the time I get good food besides the usual old fries that have probably been sitting there for to long. Tonight however I got my usual 5 piece supreme with a sweet tea. I tested my tea this time because the past couple times I got home my tea was unsweetened and sure enough they gave me unsweetened tea again so I asked if they had sweet tea to which they replied yes and said that's not sweet? I said no and they got me another. Again I tasted it before leaving and they gave me another unsweetened tea. They asked me if I wanted some sugar because what they gave me was sweet tea But it wasn't. Someone needs to teach them how to make southern sweet tea. I can't believe a Bojangles employee doesn't know what sweet tea is. My fries were so hard and cold I couldn't eat them. With the prices that have gone up over past few years it's not worth my money to waste on crappy old food. With the attitude I got about the tea not being sweet I didn't want to take a chance with how they would react if I took my food back and told them it was old and hard. It's just better to avoid this business in the future so my money isn't wasted. read more

Multiple times through the drive-thru I have gotten multiple orders that were wrong or mediocre at best quality compared to any other Bojangles location . There have been times when the associate does not even speak and just put their hand out the window and that is very poor customer service. But I will officially, as of today, never, ever visit this Bojangles or recommend it to anyone else because they served a raw chicken sandwich! I will say again, a raw chicken sandwich! Not only was the sandwich raw but it barely had any lettuce or tomato on the sandwich as you can see from this picture. I give this store 2 stars, because the people are friendly for the most part, but ordering what you want, is like rolling the dice. Why do they never have wings after 5pm? Do they allot a number of wings per day and once they reach that number, it's a no go? I've never seen a chicken place run out of chicken, but this one does every time I come by in the evenings. It's ridiculous and management needs to order and keep in stock, popular items. We should not have to get there by a certain time, if we want a certain part of the chicken. read more

My family went here on 12/18/2019 and we were not only disgusted at the lack of management but with how nasty the restaurant and employees were. We ordered our food from Kevin, who was the only one out of 7 employees working, while waiting for our food, which took 20 mins to get, we witnessed the only girl working on her phone ignoring customers in the drive thru. She then emptied the trash cans all while never washing her hands one time. We also saw the manger on duty count the register money on the counter where food was made and never wiping it down afterwards. Now remember we still haven't gotten our food. Then they realize I was getting frustrated and one of the guys starts making our food. Not one employee stopped goofing off on their phones or goofing off with each other to help Kevin make our food. We finally get our food and go eat. Meanwhile, we notice employees go in and out of the bathroom constantly. When leaving we realized they were smoking pot in the bathroom because we could smell it at the door to leave. We will NEVER eat here again. Bojangles needs to really look into who their hiring as employees and managers at this location. read more

DINER BEWARE! It's not just that this store is messy during the lunch rush; that would be completely understandable. No, this store has been so dirty for so long, so chronically under-cleaned, that the floor tiles in the dining area are covered in a grease slick, making them dangerous to walk on. Today, my wife slipped and fell on the floor. I brought the safety issue to the attention of Zack, the store's unit manager, and he flippantly disregarded my concerns. When I said the floor was greasy, he just rolled his eyes and said, no it had rained earlier in the morning. I said, "Look! The floors aren't wet anywhere in the store, and the area closest to the doors (which is presumably mopped more regularly) isn't slick at all. The problem is this one 10'X10' area with 2 tables and the trash cans, which is clearly not being cleaned properly, and is not now dangerous." Again, Zack hemmed and hawed, saying things like he's wearing non-slip shoes, so he can't really feel it, or there's nothing he could do about it in the middle of the shift. Sorry, that's inexcusable. Cleaning the area, closing it off, or at least posting warning signs until it could be properly cleaned would have all been satisfactory. But none of that happened. I suppose it shouldn't really be a surprise, though, because the managerial neglect that allowed the dangerous floor to happen in the first place speaks to the quality of leadership this store has. read more
