I met a friend here for an early dinner and we were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and helpful when we asked her what her favorite burger was. I ended up getting the Southern Fizzle Burger and then upgraded the fries to the Mexican Street Fries. The burger was huge and I tried to eat like I normally would, but after about 3 bites, I realized that it was going to be a knife and fork situation. The egg on the burger caused the bottom bun to get a little soggy and made it too difficult to hold, but I'm not complaining about that. The burger was delicious and there were a lot of flavors going on there. The Mexican street fries were also fantastic and once again, after a few fries, I had to turn to using the fork instead of my fingers. Our server was attentive and kept our drinks refilled. The place has the feel of a mom and pop diner. It was too cold to sit on the patio, but that looked like it would be a nice option in the summer. I would gladly come back here and try some of the other burgers and I definitely want to try the flight of fries sometime.

Typically I stop alone for myself and I have no issues, but when I am getting food for a group of people (4 people worth of food) it's always messed up. Tonight's order was a little messed up, thankfully we noticed before we drove too far missing food from our order, but then assuming the food they were bringing us to fix the mistake was correct, getting home and it was just a mess. When you pay for a double loaded cheeseburg where every add on costs a price, and end up with a single cheeseburg with half slice of cheese and so much ketchup the bread was mush. Costed us a loss in money. Fries were cold and stale, seems like this food was previously made for someone else before we even ordered and then given to us. At that point, you don't want to drive to the same restaurant 3 times when you're hungry so we are dealing with it today but about $5 loss in food and reconsidering coming here for larger orders aside from a one person order. I hope this locations steps up their game cause it'd be a shame to lose it from bad quality and lesser customers because of it. I'm a Southern California resident visiting family in Ohio. After a long flight, I wanted a bite to…read moreeat and took my sister to Cane's. We love ours back home. The following is not what we experience back there. There was an hour wait at the drive thru, which consisted of a line that looped around the building twice! One window was open. No one outside to take preorders to expedite the process. After arriving at the window, we ordered two combos. Mine was a specialty order for the Caniac as I request "naked tenders" and extra hot sauce. Once at the window, we checked on the special request, and they did not have that listed so they handed us drinks and parked us after correcting. No straws for the drinks. We asked for them and requested extra hot sauce for the second time. The attendant grabbed some packets but became frazzled when we asked for straws so she put the hot sauce to the side and gave us straws. We pulled ahead before realizing we didn't get the hot sauce. We waited about 20 minutes parked before we received the wrong order. We called the runner back and requested the right order. There was only one combo (ordered 2), no hot sauce, and a side of three piece chicken. The runner seemed irritated so my sister went in with her. Inside they argued we didn't order two combos until my sister showed them our receipt. We waited longer. Finally the order came with one hot sauce for a 6 piece dinner. There were maybe 10 fries in her combo. I didn't order fries. We also noticed we were charged $1 more for the combo drink bc it was tea, not soda. I'm never charged more in CA, and online it shows a large drink with the combo. No one told us we'd be charged extra. When we saw these mistakes at home combined with our overall experience, we called in. The manager responded with silence and then an "ok" when we addressed our concerns. She was dismissive, no apology of our experience, or any way to promise a better visit next time. Total disregard. I'll stick with my California drive thru in the future.
