Our grandson wanted to eat here for lunch, so we tried it. First of all it's very expensive, secondly very greasy. $47 for 3 burgers, and one fry, couple of drinks. If you've been to The Rail, these are Rail prices, for fast food burgers. I now feel like I have a wad of grease in my stomach that will take a week to digest. Love Five Guys! Food is freshly prepared. I'd recommend we'll done fries as they can be a little raw without it. Great portions for fries. I usually get the grilled cheese and add bacon. They also have the coke machine with a ton of choices so that's nice. It's a little pricey compared to most fast food burgers but it's worth it! read more

I love Five Guys, it's my stop if I cant get to Menches. Sadly, I've ordered twice through doordash and my order has been mostly incorrect. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, mayo, ketchup, mustard and lettuce. No Ketchup and no bacon, the lettuce was very light. Unless you're starving go with the petite (single) burger. I didn't know the regular was a double patty. Yikes. Only made it through half and about a quarter of the fries. Portions are generous! My friend and I could have easily shared. All toppings are free. Fries are a plenty. Only wish they had milkshakes and you could specify how your burger was cooked (rare, medium, well). Two words: BURGER BOWL! I have dietary restrictions that do not allow me to have a bun, when I am craving a burger I go here and get everything in a bowl, they also offer lettuce wrapped as well, which is awesome. Service is fast, I never wait more than 5-7 minutes for my order and thats during lunch hour when they are busy, I love that they have a coke freestyle machine, because again due to dietary restrictions I can't have sugar either and they offer coke zero. In the month of July, I went to Five Guys Burgers and Fries. I was not greeted until I was at the counter. The manager greeted me then took my order. He asked me if I wanted cheese on my vegetarian, I did. I watched as he began to fix my order. It was not correct. So, I informed him that was not correct. He took 2 pieces of cheese and put them on a bun. I told him I wanted the cheese melted please. He put the cheese on the grill and then on the bun again. Still that was not correct and I told him. I asked for his name and the number for the manager; he was all so happy to give me the number by pointing to the number on the wall. As he was doing that, a patron, called me out of my name (n.....) and told me that I was the problem. I responded to the patron by asking him if he were talking to me and to be quite. The manager and the other worker asked me to leave their premises because they could not have me hollering at their customers. I responded by asking him but telling him, that it was alright for his customers to be called RACIAL SLURS--I informed him that he would have to call the police for me to leave the premises and I did not holler at his customer. The customer continued by telling me that I did not want to get started with him and I should get back on the boat that I came here in. While I hate paying damn near 10.00 for a burger fries and a drink...I find myself here on my lunch break often. The ridiculous amount of delicious fries that are piled into the bag is almost too much to handle especially when the massive burgers that hemorrhage cheese to the point of exsanguination. If busy it takes a minute to get your food but it is always fresh and they offer all the peanuts you can eat while you wait for free. Newly opened, the Strip location is still in the honeymoon phase and packed with people. It stands higher on the food chain than other burger joints in Beldon Village and will put some of the other smaller shops out of business (bye bye Brown Bag Burger). read more

As much I don't really like chain restaurants, I do like the newer style chains that offer limited items, but those items are made at top quality. Chipotle focuses on burritos. Five Guys focuses on burgers. I know there are a lot of other similar restaurants out there but these are two of my favorites in that category. The burger is juicy and packed with flavor. The cheese was melted and there was plenty of it, just the way I like it. I've been here several times, but I went there last night and every bite of my burger was like heaven. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had. My wife got a burger too and loved hers and we shared regular fries. We bought one and it was plenty for 2 people. The fries are similar to fair style fries. To me, they're good but not great. Customer service was average. The kid that took our order startled me a bit. I ordered the burger and was getting ready to order fries and a drink when suddenly, he yelled out loudly to the cooks how many burgers to make. I know he needs to do that, but it would have been probably been better if he would have just waited until my order was complete because it only took me about 5 seconds to order everything else. It really wasn't a big deal, but I just don't like having someone suddenly yell when I'm right in front of them. Otherwise, service was fine. They said 5-7 minutes for the burger to be ready and that was about right. The price of the food is a little high even though the quality is great. It was around $14 for 2 burgers, 1 regular fry, & 2 free waters. I guess it falls right in between traditional fast food and a traditional restaurant, but I would probably would have expected to spend closer to $10-$12 for the amount of food that we got. I think they price the burgers a little higher because all the toppings are free. My wife took advantage of that, but I usually only get about half of the toppings so it's not a great deal for me. Overall, I think this one of the better places to get a burger in the Canton area. read more

The food at all Five Guys, from what I understand, is great... If that's true, this location is no exception. The burgers and fries are fresh and oh-so tasty. Even the Cherry Coke is not your typical fountain soda Cherry Coke. It is regular Coke mixed with a separate cherry syrup. The pop will have a red tint and is clearly a "mixed drink"... The result is a much better Cherry Coke. On to the service. I really believe that service like this must come from the top down. There does not seem to be a way to explain it other than through culture and training. We went here last week. My wife has recently been forced to adopt a gluten-free diet for health reasons. She has not had a burger since. She rolled the dice the other day at Five Guys by ordering a burger, no-bun. It is really the only quick-service food place we trusted to try it. They took her allergy very serious and called out "No Bun! Allergy!" So that all teammates were aware of the precautions to take (which they were obviously well trained in accommodating). My wife said the burger no-bun was great and the rest of the food was phenomenal as usual. All this came with friendly, exceptional service from the staff at our local Five Guys as well. Truly a great place to go after church and grab a burger. Our family of six will remain loyal customers when we are served with such great products and such friendly service. I love their burgers. I also love that they use good ground beef and none of that pink slime crap. The overall set up is nice except it gets very cramped around the beverage machine. I wish there were some other side offerings like at least onion rings and who doesn't love a milkshake with their burger? When I'm hungry for a good burger, this is my first choice. I've been to four different Five Guys locations and have gotten the same good quality and service at all of them. I'm not a big eater, so I always order the little burger (after making the mistake on my first visit of ordering the regular burger and ending up with a sandwich about the size of a softball). The french fries usually very good, but sometimes there are too many short/burnt ones in the bag. But they are always plentiful; when they serve you a regular size order of fries they fill a small-soft-drink-sized cup with fries, dump it out into the bag, and then fill the cup again and put it down in the bag. read more

The menu is amazing, but this particular location has consistent trouble fulfilling orders correctly. We are always going back up to the counter to get things fixed that usually they omitted. This time we got curbside because of Covid and when we picked it up, it only had one set of utensils in the bag despite having TWO burger bowls. So instead of parking and getting to eat, one of the four of us had to watch everyone else eat their dinner and wait to eat until we got home to eat theirs (not sharing utensils bc of Covid, obviously.) This burger rocked! The decor is set for order and go dining. This burger blows away any fast food burger on the market. Let's start at the beginning. I came here because a friend told me they were good. As you walk up you enter the "foyer" area where there is a long table with stools around it where everyone is waiting for their order. Some people are eating peanuts which are at the counter for anyone to enjoy. I walked up and explained to the cashier that I had never been here before. He immediately started to explain and emphasized that their meat is never frozen and it is delivered every morning. I like fresh. You order either a regular burger or a small burger (the difference? - regular has two patties). They cook it right when you order it. The toppings now are all free and you can get as many of those as you like. They are quite varied and will be suitable for any taste. The fries are all hand cut and made fresh. I had a regular burger with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. I know, kind of vanilla but I'll be going back and exploring the menu. I haven't even got to the all beef hot dogs that are as big as a chihuahua (or so I've heard...). I am glad they are in Canton. read more

The burger; soggy bun, sloppy assembly then literally balled up in aluminum foil. I unwrapped the foil ball and the contents were completely unrecognizable as a burger! The fries are as crisp as cooked spaghetti. I was there in the early afternoon, after lunch rush and before dinner, it took about 15 minutes to get my so called cheeseburger and fries. Multiple customers who ordered after me received their orders prior to mine being ready. Five Guys is terrible, never again! I will avoid at all costs, suggest you do the same! read more

Definitely not the best burgers but they are good and consistent from location to location. Loads of fries so order small, you'll get plenty! This location has one of those new (new to me anyway) fancy soft drink machines so you can get just about any soft drink you want. The salted dry roasted peanuts in the shell is a highlight for me. I snack on them before and after the meal. This location also does not do shakes. Certainly worth a visit but don't expect a stellar burger! read more
