Yep. We had an experience with the manager whome someone here described as "Ol Tammi" some months ago. Her aggressiveness had her hanging out the drive through window screaming. I'll leave my experience review stating just the most extreme behavior she showcased. If I didn't I'd be typing for 40 minutes to cover a 20 minutes encounter that defied sanity reason and expectations. The foods not even that great here to have to deal with this nonsense. The restaurant is so dirty too. Like what does this person have on the ownership that they're stuck with her? Horrible! After a 3hr trip to pick up a vehicle, we visited this Wendy's on 07/15/2024 around noon. 6 employees working with one register open. After a while, we placed our order and went to fill up our drinks. On the floor in front of the soda dispenser, someone had spilled an entire cup of soda, cup still on the floor and melting ice. We sat down at one of only 3 clean tables. All other tables were quite dirty. The floor in dining area had multiple napkins and other garbage scattered about. Order is ready...grab our tray. Two double baconators with fries. I return to the condiment/drink area to get some ketchup packets. EVERY SINGLE ketchup packet is smeared with what I assume was dried ketchup from a broken packet. As I walk back to our table, an elderly couple that was seated next to us, tried to refill their sodas. (He is walking with a cane) She exclaims to the staff about the spilled drink, evidently the second time she has done so. Manager? acknowledges her and said we'll get to it. Fries, cooked in old oil. Brown and tasted horrible. Gas station burgers are better than the baconators we had. The burger was like cardboard and had definitely been sitting under a heat lamp far too long past it's holding time. Don't waste your money in this place! read more

This one is for Ole Tammi. Ive seen some people comment on the manager there, her name is Tammi. Ole Tammi needs to either retire or get a job where she isn't servicing people daily. Her attitude is absolute trash and for no reason. I've been there at least twice where I've dealt with her and her inability to take an order correctly. I went in today specifically because after waiting in line ordering and getting my stuff something was missed I sat even longer at the window waiting for her to acknowledge I was looking right at her and when she finally decided to look over i POLITELY stated what was missed then she disagreed with me what I ordered and asked me rudely to go through the drive thru again. Instead I went in and the in person encounter with ole Tammi was worst. She still continued to argue with me about me order and then explained that she heard my order but because I ordered it not as a combo she disregarded the whole request of the item. I could say more but just know Tammi needs to be fired immediately for business to be successful. Wouldn't even rate 1 star. Place is a pigstye and food is absolutely disgusting. Women through drive through was very rude and snotty. Ordered our food and it was wrong. I mean, how hard is it to put sour cream on a SOUR CREAM & CHIVE POTATO? Also, my wrap had one small squirt of ranch in the middle and fell apart very quickly. Couldn't even wrap it back up myself. The dining area had not been vacuumed in days. Tables were dirty. They had only been open an hour. She asked me three times what I wanted for soda. The chili was only like warm at best. This is the 2nd time trying this place First time we ( my husband and I) could not get the dining room door to open. So we left. Now we ordered food and it was wrong in the drive through. I went thru the drive thru and there was only one car ahead of me which was already at the window. I was asked to hold on a min. 6 min later they came back for my order. I ordered 2 10 piece nuggets. I sat there behind that one car for anther 17 min. I asked for a coupon or something for that ridiculous wait and was told no. My nuggets were cold and gross from the wait. I'm sure they were sitting on the counter almost the entire time. I am not happy at all. This is the 3rd horrible experience I have had with the Cambridge MN location. I use to love Wendy's restaurant - so when they built one in the small home town of Cambridge, MN I was elated! The service was great and the burgers and the overall menu was awesome!! Then "it" happened! I really don't no what "it" is/was, maybe Covid (we blame everything on 2020 right) but "it" all changed! I have made 3 different attempts to grab lunch from this restaurant hoping it was just a bad day but its now official. The service is horrible and the food is even worse! After waiting in line for 10 minutes for 2 cars ahead of me to order and waiting even longer to get COLD food - I am done.. I have been the only one at the drive up and it takes them 5 minutes just to take my order. I wouldn't mind the wait but when they hand me cold nasty food that I paid good money for- I decided I'll try somewhere else or wait until I get home. It's not the restaurant it use to be. It's Wendy's. Consistant. I don't like that you have to drive around the building twice when using the drive-thru.

To start off, the cashier was doing her absolute best to get everyone their food, however one of the managers/supervisors came up to her and told her to finish a different order in the middle of taking a different customers order. The cashier tried to explain that she was in the middle of an order but the manager/supervisor told her to finish bagging the food. Slammed the bags on the counter, and walked away. The cashier was a small pregnant woman who then had to hurry to grab one of the items that were falling off the counter from the manager/supervisor slamming it on there. Then the manager/supervisor went to the cashier to finish helping the customer that was left standing there. The manager/supervisor then snapped at the cashier about not finishing taking the customers order, which the cashier had previously tried to tell her. All this happened in front of multiple customers waiting in line. read more

If you go inside to order food there will most definitely be a wait if you are in a hurry the drive thru would be your best bet. The customer service and food is average. read more
