H O M E T O W N F U N I LOVE THIS BAR You can count on good food, incredible service, & a fun time! With all the expansion and changes for the better, it is always busy. Best Burgers by a long shot. Local beef, never frozen, & hand patties. Who could ask for anything more? And always served with a big smile . Oh yeah, they have beer and booze too! C O M E H E R E read more

Hot honey pizza is fantastic. Service here is pretty good and the theming is really well done in both the bar/restaurant and pizzeria sections. Casual atmosphere right on main street with decent pizza. Pricey though. read more

Amazing staff and amazing food. The ambiance is nice and comfortable what a great bar to have a meal at. We will return. read more

Cambridge Bar and Grill - a cheeseburger and french fries - Bars Near Me - Cambridge, Minnesota

We got there just a little after 6:00pm on a Friday and it was very busy. Someone had just left a table so we sat down and someone immediately came by and cleared the table. Our beer and water came really quickly and our server was friendly. The food took a little while to come out but it was delicious, perfect temperature, crispy fries and tots. Real Swiss cheese melted on the Turkey. It had a real hometown bar feel. read more

Server was not friendly. We mentioned that she didn't appear to enjoy her job. The entire service/experience was NOT pleasant. The owner had no interest in what I had to say about our experience! read more

This place has great French Fries Has great food, people who work there are very nice. I'm coming from Minneapolis for my daughters photo ops in town. We hung around there while she did that. Everyone was so nice. read more

Haven't been here for a few years, everything was great. The burgers are juice and flavorful, the fries and onion rings great. Service was great also. read more

Great spot for a delicious burger. The selection is outstanding. I asked for, and received, well done onions on my California burger. The meat actually tastes like meat!! We also shared an order of fried pickles. This was a new one for me. But I must say I enjoyed this appetizer. Service was pleasant and prompt. I'll definitely stop here on my next trip through Cambridge read more

I've had their burgers many times and they always hit the spot. great people and awesome owners!

Great food and service always. Good selection of beer on tap as well. Highly recommend. read more

Food is always hot and delish!! Staff is positive and friendly and it's overall a great experience.

Food was awful, my chicken was overcooked, and my hamburger was just nasty.Supposed to have been a beef stroganoff burger, and all the heat on it was one slice of Swiss cheese, like that's all the cheese you need for a half pound burger,Also it had too many mushrooms and a whole bunch of sour cream, I also ordered the buffalo wings, very overcooked, not even hot. Would not recommend this place at all. read more

Cambridge Bar and Grill - Supposed to be a stroganoff burger and there's no Swiss cheese, but all this sourcream .no way will I be ordering from them again - Bars Near Me - Cambridge, Minnesota

Food was good for a bar! Service was decent. Reason for 3 star review is the extra percentage for paying with a card. Never understand why companies pass that additional charge onto their customers. Bill was 5$ more cause i didnt have cash on me. Unacceptable to me. read more

Burgers are fantastic and wings are even better. Great spot to go to when you're in Cambridge.

We came here the first time a year ago and I had the California Burger. It was so delicious that when we returned here for hunting this year we had to come back. The burgers are always fresh, never frozen, and you can taste it. Last weekend I had the sweet potato fries. They were so good. I shared them with the whole table. Today I had the tater tots, also good. My son had their BLT and he finished every bite. The server and cook today were so friendly. We had the same server last weekend. The atmosphere is typical of a small bar and grill. I don't know if they allow smoking but no one was when we were here, refreshing to breathe clean air when we're eating. Today they even invited us to have a piece of birthday cake that they had for the Marines. I cannot wait to come back next year. read more

The best burgers in the area, good service and great choice of tap beers. A must when passing through.

Had a fantastic BLT here last week and decided to try one of their famous burgers tonight. Best fries ever. Crisp and flavorful. Waitress very pleasant. Burger was smothered in grilled onions and was a California. Hot, juicy and delicious. Probably the best ever for me. Come back Monday waitress said; $5.00 Cheeseburger with fries. Will do. read more

My husband and I stopped in to get a burger while we were in the area. We sat down at a table, the bar tender looked at us and the waitress saw us when we walked in... we sat for 20 minutes and neither came over to us, didn't even acknowledge us!? Then 4 people came in and sat down and the waitress gave them menus and took drink orders! We were absolutely stunned! We put it jackets on left after waiting a good 30 minutes! We will not ever go there again. read more

Couldn't believe when I saw only 3 1/2 stars. Moved in the area about five years ago and this is definitely the place to come for burgers. We travel about 20 miles regularly for their burgers and chicken. Love the old feel to the bar and the staff is generally excellent. If you like BBQ try their sauce! read more

The food is okay. It's bar food. The space is tiny, and always seems pretty busy. Not a spot to go if you want to just eat and converse with someone. It's definitely more for the sports crowd. read more

Great bar and grill. We had burgers, fries and salad. Average price, good burgers and excellent service.

The food is good but their menu is all sandwiches and bread related but very good bar food. We called in a takeout order last week and when we got there, they had given it to someone else so we had to wait for them to make a new order. If you call in a takeout order give them your name-even if they don't ask you for it! read more

We recently moved to Cambridge and have tried several local establishments. However we always seemed to pass by Cambridge Bar and Grill... until yesterday! We decided we wanted to try something new, for my birthday lunch! Upon entering, we were greeted with a smile and enthusiasm from both of the guys working. We took our seat and our server, who also cooked our meals, started telling us all of his favorites, being that he knew it was our first time there. We took his recommendations and it didn't disappoint! Places like this are spots I love to find! Good food! Good drinks! And great staff! We will be regulars from now on! We bought a bottle of their BBQ sauce as well. YUM! read more

This place has quickly become a "must go to" place whenever I come to Boston. The clam chowder is amongst the best I've ever tasted! The staff is friendly and professional and the scenery is to die for!!! Definitely worth coming back to again and again! read more

Quaint spot in downtown Cambridge, best burgers in the area. Very juicy and flavorful. The buffalo burger is hands down my favorite but they have plenty of options to choose from if you're not a fan of bison. Order it every time with jalapeños and onions!! yummy :) read more

We go to this place every few months. I'm always more than happy with the service and the burgers are excellent. I have to remember not to get the 1/2# burger because it's just huge. Eating a 1/2 pounder after a basket of wings, and I'm ready for a food coma! I only wish they had a burger with a fried egg. Who knows! read more

Ate here once before and the burgers were good. Second time it was over a 2 hour wait to get our food. Also ordered a Manhattan and they didn't have sweet vermouth or bitters so she said, "I just added more cherry juice." Definitely not an $8 drink. Unfortunately not much incentive to want to make a return visit. read more

Great burgers, you can even get one topped with peanut butter or egg. Well put together interesting menu options, yet they still have regular grill food, like cheese burgers and fries. Excellent service, smallish, quaint, old, narrow bar feel in old town Cambridge, Minnesota. Also a terrific place to get a beer or mixed drink, and have fun. Good prices, and daily specials. I'm glad I live close;) " where everybody knows your name" kinda bar! read more

I've only came here for burgers, and I was not disappointed. The burgers are excellent, and you can get quite a variety of different burgers. The only downside to ordering food during lunch is that there is only one cook, and one small grill, so you may have a bit of a wait, but it's totally worth it. read more

Used to be great. Went for dinner with a friend after it changed owners. The black bean burger I ordered came to the table blackened. When I asked for a replacement the cook came to our table to chew me out. She said she was a great cook and that the burger came that color. It was pre-made! A great cook would at least make her own black bean burger. It's not that difficult. I will NOT be back. read more

Not much for seating. The Saturday meat raffle is insane and has wonderful packages! Small patio in the alley. Great burgers, don't forget to ask for a toasted bun ;) Specials most days of the week. read more

It was loud..the waitstaff were super slow. The cheese curds were the only highlight. I had a chef salad and it was 9.00 and it didnt even come with any of the traditional stuff. The guy next to me ordered a side salad and it was the same size. The other two in my group did all u can eat fish... it was greasy and neither of them finished them because they were soggy and just plain mush. Taking this one off the list. Heading back to the pizza pub! read more

What an awesome meal, and date night, we enjoyed tonight. A new menu item my Reuben burger was tangy and delicious. I throughly enjoyed my toasted gluten free bun! His jalapeño & swiss burger was spicy, juicy and wonderful; on a regular toasted bun. The onion rings are small but cooked well and crisp. We tried the new portabella mushroom appetizer bites; they were earthy with just the right amount of cheese, very yummy. Service was spot on in every aspect. Beer was cold and refilled quickly. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for a great evening out in our local town. read more

My first time in this place and boy was I impressed. The three ladies that were working were so friendly, attentive and swift. The rueben was on special and being somewhat of a rueben snob I tried it. It was very good along with the atmosphere so definitely will come back. read more

I don't know why this place has good reviews. The burgers were just so-so. I've had way better. The "toasted" bun was just some white bread store bought stuff (saw the bag sitting on the counter). It fell apart while I was eating. The service was bad. They were training in a new girl but it didn't seem clear what she was supposed to be doing. Serving? Bartending? Cooking? That left one server to do everything else and she wasn't very good. Hope you're not thirsty! read more

This is a hidden gem in the northern burbs. Great burgers, great staff. Will DEFINITELY be back. Loved the Elk dressed in "Back to School" attire. I'm sure the owners have lots of fun with the Elk Character.......I'm curious of what they do with Christmas and Rudolph. Hummm......All the more reason to go back. The atmosphere is a flavor of Gopher Bar cleaned up college town. Can't wait for our next visit. Sara was our waitress and she made us welcome. Nod to Sara, great job lady!!!!! read more
