This Wendy's are quite busy on a Saturday. They have lots of SkiptheDishes orders, walk in orders and not so much drive thru orders. We came here after dropping my car for maintenance. I ordered the limited time offer Korean Cheeseburger. I have to say it doesn't taste any thing close to Korean food. The meat was dry. The burger was not juicy. I asked for extra onion and pickle and I didn't get that. Also B ordered a lemonade and they forgot the drink. They are so disorganized. Note that they are not even following Covid protocols. Our table was less than 6 meters away from the table besides us. We sat at the round table. There are two large round tables at the restaurant. On top there are no pixies glass anywhere. Plus, the one and only sanitizer that is at the far end of the entrance/exit was empty. This is bad news. Really bad. Look at my photos and you will understand. Dining in it's clean inside. Food is hot and tasty. Going through drive through at night. The food is always cold even though I wait. Always missing items and the staff does not seem happy when I ask for something. At times when you're going thru drive thru, staff can be rude. I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant but every time I come to pick up something to go I am greeted with bad and slow service. Even if I am first in line I am not even acknowledged for at least a minute. The same thing happens to delivery people who stand there and wait and wait. Came here to grab food for my family and it was around 11:30 (before a lunch window) but they were so slow. There was 1 man ahead of me and another food delivery man picking up an order. I didn't get spoken to/acknowledged for like 5 minutes and only because a FedEx delivery man dropped off the package on the counter. There were 3 staff that I could see (probably one prepping food, one for take out window and one presumably to front the dine in customers). I ordered a jr cheeseburger and a hamburger both with lettuce and tomato. She errored on entering something in the system and I ended up paying extra for cheese sauce (0.40 cents but extra is extra). She seemed frazzled trying to reverse it so I thought whatever I'll just pay it but she didn't even acknowledge or apologize for the error in general. I only like the chili and baked potato with broccoli and cheese here. In a pinch, I do not mind the junior burgers. Avoid the fish burger. It looked sad, compared to the advertised picture. The floor is always sticky here and it is never really crowded. Just a bit busy during lunch time. I think most people do the drive through as sometimes you can stand at the counter and wait for a while before someone will come and take your order. read more

This location has been around for decades, but it looks like they've recently renovated the entire place. Parking is available in the small lot next to the building. The ordering area is surprisingly small compared to the size of the building, but the dining area is nice and large. Staff were quick and friendly. One thing that's always fun to play with is the Coke machines with their fancy touch screens. Way more options than Burger King or McDonald's. Their value meal is a bit pricier than McDonald's, but the burgers are also slightly bigger in return. Some may not like the patties, but they taste more homemade than the competition. read more

I haven't been in such a disgusting place since my time in an Egyptian prison...(never been to prison). I ordered two meals and two kids meals. They gave me cold fries which I said wasn't acceptable and they gave me warming fries. Then when I bit into my chicken burger, it was cold and kinda dark coloured and seriously dried out. My partners food was no better, and when we went to ask for the sour cream for her baked potato, the counter staff ignored us, even though we were the only people at the counter. But the best part is the washroom. Urinal is out of commission and the toilet was covered in diarrhea. Tried to wash my hands and of course the soap dispenser doesn't work. Well to start off I got a Asiago chicken burger and I got it cold. And when I brought it up the manager notified me that they hold chicken for an hour. Went to Wendy's for dinner today through the drive-through window. Ordered a Bacon Deluxe combo without pickles, no salt (they put way too much salt on their fries otherwise), and no ice in my drink. I ended up getting all three and they didn't even give me a receipt. So much for doing their online customer service survey! The last time I went through the drive-through window on April 28th, I ordered the Taco Supremo Salad and the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad. They gave me a defective salsa package that was leaking and partially open for the Taco Supremo Salad. For the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad, they forgot the pecans and dressing. The food is fine, but seriously... just walk in and eat-in instead for this location. If you have a problem with your order, you can just tell them since you're eating there. There are not enough staff at this Wendy's location to handle the walk-up counter, the drive-thru and the delivery business. I ordered a plain hamburger with nothing on it but onions. My hamburger came with cheese. I had to take it back and ask for one without cheese. I returned to my table and ate my fries while I waited for my replacement hamburger that never showed up. I paid over $12 and all I got was large fries and a drink. I will never go to Wendy's again for the rest of my life. They always screw up my order. I'd pay for quality Now I know Wendy's advertises that they never use frozen patties. That's awesome. But what believe is happening is that they are frying up a bunch and leaving them in a heating unit. Burger patties are completely dry and lacks flavour. Chicken sandwiches? Again we are burger fans and this location is the best Wendy's by far. My husband gets the triple burger or the Baconator. He swears this is the best location because the burgers are always really good. We have found most of the other locations are hit and miss but this one is always consistently good.
