Employees fixed a problem I had with my food. They were super nice. Will definitely be back. They know how to treat customers right.

I have allergies and they did not get our order right. Husband went on his lunch break to get food and he ordered bacon burger, not bacon cheeseburger did not have time to go back to Wendy's to get refund and correct order when asked about catch-up the person was like oh we're on the next order goodbye very rude. I would rate this a negative one star if I could. Employees did not check for accuracy of order. They need to check the accuracy of orders for all orders!! And their attitude stunk immensely yes it's lunch rush been in fast food service and customer service. Their attitude is one of the worst I've seen today. I know, not stress, rush, and everything, but you still have to be accurate in listening to the customer. Who's paying your job. This Wendy's exemplifies why Wendy's is among the best large fat food chains in the world. The service was extremely quick and polite. We got our food maybe 5-6 minutes after we ordered... we hadn't even finished getting our drinks yet! The food was cooked perfectly, probably the best fast food I've ever had. The fries were perfectly salted, and the burger had just enough flavor and grease. Really shows up all other fast food restaurants. Wendy's is also AMAZINGLY priced. I bought twice as much food here than a McDonalds in Mountain Home, but only paid two bucks extra. read more

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been too and Wendy's is my cheap and fast restaurant of choice across the nation. The first time we came here they got our order wrong and this time the fries tasted like cardboard and were weirdly gross. I've always loved Wendy's fries. Lunch on the road and option are a bit limited. My diet is gluten free. It always makes things tricky. It's very cold here and we decided chili sounds great. We can eat quickly and get back on the road. Hubby needs to use bathroom. Only problem is lobby is closed. Sign on the door says due to worker shortage they closed lobby. Shoot! We hit the gas station next door and the Wendy's drive thru! In front of us in the snow is a guy standing in line in front of car. With lobby closed he is forced to stand with the cars out in the elements.we order and get our food, and he's sitting still waiting for his food, sitting on the chair where you'd sit if it was nice and sunny. We park and eat and take off on our drive back home. I would have given a five star review. But closing the lobby really impacts customers. Hire some workers. Bring in management. Don't punish your customers. They pay to keep you open and in business. All of your customers are important even your walk up customers. read more

This has to be the worst Wendy's in the nation... every time I stop here they get my order wrong. I've ordered a hamburger and gotten a chicken sandwich. I ordered a chili with cheese today... no cheese. I ordered a sour cream and chive potato, no sour cream. I ordered a large Dr Pepper, no straw. I ordered a jr cheese deluxe without mustard, it had mustard! They can't get anything right. The management should be fired here. I'm done with this unorganized crap hole. I'm usually pretty fair but it's literally every time I come here they get it wrong and the food is mediocre at best. Oh I almost forgot, no receipt for my meal to top it off. read more

I realize that i was being too nice in my last review of this place. It was miserable, I'm pretty sure the person who served me and my friends after a long day at the ski resort didn't even pass elementary education. No wonder why she is working at Wendy's, but that doesn't excuse the terrible spelling of our names. My name is Simon, she spelled it Siman. My friend's name is Christian, she spelled it Crstin. My friends name is Audrey, a fairly common name, she spelled it Adwry. I mean, if she isn't even cut to spell common names correctly, she shouldn't even bother at any establishment OTHER than Wendy's It was only after when the story continues. This was a church trip after all. My friend was so displeased with the misspellings of our names, she emailed the manager, and got a $20 Wendy's Coupon, sent to the address of the church, which I find hilarious. read more

Yesterday, we were on a 5+ hour drive, tired, and ready for some food we could consume in the car as we continued down the highway. There were several options, and I chose Wendy's. It was about 6:10pm when we ordered. I ordered their premium cod fish sandwich combo (large sized with a coke with no ice) and an order of chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. I also needed a receipt for reimbursement. The girl who "helped" (and I use this term loosely) me at the window was the rudest fast food person I have ever encountered. If she worked for me, I would fire her immediately. In addition to the rudeness: - The fish sandwich wasn't even lukewarm. When did they fry it? Yesterday? Or did they forget to fry it altogether? - The chicken nuggets were warm, but came with no BBQ sauce. - The drink came with ice. She huffed when I asked her to change it. - I asked twice for the receipt. After the second request, I was informed that the receipt printer was broken. If you're hopping off the exit for some quick food to get back on the road, go to McDonald's or one of the other equally accessible options... or cruise on by this exit and get food later. You'll be sorry if you stop here. read more

What has happened to Wendy's? I remember a time, even just 10 years ago, when Wendy's was a cut above other chain fast food. Unfortunately, those days seem to be long gone. While the food was okay at our recent visit, it was prepared and served with absolute apathy. Items were forgotten, condiments were omitted, half the order was left to grow cold on the tray while the other half was not yet ready. We watched the staff throw trash on the already-littered floor instead of dealing with it properly. The dining room features some nice updates, including new wood floors and a digital Coke machine, but it all needed a good wipe down. It's fast food, but it can still be executed and served with pride...but not here, apparently. I suspect it is a management problem with the bar being set so low, nobody cares about their performance. What a pity. Wendy's has certainly fallen. read more

I've lived here in Burley for 19 years, and I don't go near Wendy's here. Their food is almost always cold, and they just don't have good service. The two times that I did go, once my sister found a hair in her food, and the next time she found a dead fly. Just don't go near this place, it isn't worth your trouble. read more

Went around 9pm last night. Drive thru had a few cars in the drive, and the indoor was closed. Watched the window staff cutting up and laughing with the car in front of us for almost 15mins. They handed them our water bottles and then got them back (we received these same bottles later). When we got to the window the attendant stated he "was lost" and I'm not quite sure where the manager was to help their staff. The kitchen and staff seemed to be struggling with a few cars in the drive. They got our order all kinds of wrong, even after repeating the order back to them and checking our receipt. The fiance had to go back to the window for a baconator they entirely missed, and there was no bacon or cheese on it. I received a spicy chicken with burnt bacon on it, when I ordered a grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato. The fries were extremly cold and some were still somehow burnt. The burgers were all right. Not sure where the lack of training/communication/management lies, but for a location that is heavily trafficked by tired travelers it's just the little things that matter in guest services. read more

Came to Wendy's on a Friday night and they were pretty quiet. My husband and I's order was taken by this ignorant little kid named Skylar that didn't listen to anything I was saying. He asked right at the beginning if it was to stay or to go. And it was to stay, right off the bat when we grabbed our food it was in a sack and not on a tray. Which meant he didn't listen and put it to go. Fries were disgusting and not cooked. Forgot things from our order. And when I went up to the counter to ask for what we ordered lovely Skylar the kid who took our order practically ignored me for a couple minutes then tossed our things we were missing to me across the counter. Disrespectful and there is no excuse for him to not just do it right the first time. I will probably return but if I walk in with my family and see him I will walk out because of my experience. read more

I was visiting Idaho for a church retreat. We were STARVING after skiing. As soon as we went in, (we had a medium sized group), the woman at the register gave us the evil eye. Employees were very rude, need to be better at customer service. Did not know how to spell simple names- need wayyy better employees. Phoebe-Feabe. Audrey-Audwy. This shows that they need better employees with better education. Gave me the wrong amount of change and no crackers with my chili. No soap in the restrooms and hair in my frosty. We ordered two new recipe chicken apple pecan salads. As I was eating, I thought the salad was pretty bland. Went back to look at the menu and realized there were no pecans. Told the counter girl and without word or expression she shoved two pecan packets toward me. I ate a little more, then went to look at the big picture of it. I swore it looked like feta cheese or blue cheese was in the picture of the salad. Not wanting to wait in line again, I let it go, later looked up on line and sure enough, it was to have blue cheese crumbles. What apathy and inefficiency.
