I have eaten at this restaurant numerous times in the last 8 years. I've never had a bad experience. It's managed well, the food is hot and fresh. Sometimes you have to wait, but that's ok. Once again, I'm disappointed in this place. Why do I keep going back? I ordered a double mushroom with chow mein only no rice. And my third entrée was teriyaki chicken. I asked for teriyaki sauce because I know that if you don't ask for it, they won't give it to you even though you just ordered teriyaki chicken they will just give you the chicken. It's all comes down to the portion size. They scoop it up like they are trying to give the least amount as possible. If you go in and are lucky enough to get a fresh batch of food, then it's not too bad. If you order online, then that's a whole different story and here it is... I've ordered online from Panda Express three different times in the last three years and out of those three times the food was fresh and tasty just once. That's one problem but here's the one that broke the camel's back for me. All three times we ordered, one of our side dishes was the grilled Teriyaki Chicken which comes with Teriyaki sauce you pour on top, and they forgot to put it in our order... all three times!!! The second and third time we ordered I even called them and begged them not to forget... and they did anyway.... along with the condiments too. I filed a complaint with the head office of Panda Express and their idea of fixing the problem was to send me a coupon for a free "SMALL" side dish of my choice... as long as I bought a side dish of something else!! LMAO I'm done with ordering online with Panda Express and I'll definitely think twice about going into their restaurant and ordering. Against my better judgment I tried Panda again tonight. I was glad that the menu was no longer covered with handwritten notes stating all the items that were out of stock. Ordered my favorite, only to be told "there isn't enough." The girl taking my drive-they order was laughing uncontrollably, telling someone else to stop. I repeated my revised order 3 times. When I reached the window, the same employee quoted $10 over the total. When I called her on it, she corrected it. She kept my card; handed me my bag, then gave me my drink with the card held next to the cup. Completely awkward. Before I could ask for condiments the window shut. I waited to ask, and I did not receive even a brief "thank you" from the employee, let alone an apology for the rude behavior. I've never felt more unwelcome in a drive-thru. The food was average quality; the Sprite was barely flavored soda water that went down the sink. This location has consistently gone downhill. Now with employees like this one? ... we won't be back. Overall I like Panda from time to time but I have had bad luck at the Burley location after four tries. I am not sure what they do different, but over all it feels like the food sits longer and seasoning is forgotten. I would love if they figured out how to make it consistently standard with other stores. I would definitely go there more often. The Rexburg store would be a great store for some coaching- they have some good Panda food! read more

We really like Panda Express and the Burley location is no exception. The employees are always friendly and the food always fresh and hot and delivered timely. I am disappointed in the corporate people, however. I tried to leave a suggestion for the drive through and because the space they give you to comment was just not enough room to be clearly understood, I requested they email me so I could elaborate. They have not responded. Anyway, whenever food is going to take a bit longer than expected, they ask you to pull forward to wait for the food to be delivered when it's done. I've been asked to do this a few times at this location. The problem with this is that the curb in front of the drive thru is only as long as one car....so, when you pull to there, you are blocking the drive thru customers behind you - who want to get out as soon as they have their food. I have to pull forward enough to let them out then back up when the line has emptied because when you pull forward, you are across a traffic lane. Perhaps this location could designate a "waiting space" for people who have to wait for food. It seems like the way it is now, it's an accident waiting to happen. Until this is figured out, I think I'll be coming in for my "to go" orders, which is a bummer because I really like the convenience of the drive thru. read more

What a joke! No...because a joke would be something I could laugh at. I ordered online... 2 plates both had an entree of honey sesame chicken ordered...there was just an empty spot on both containers when I got to my mom's house. I guess it's my fault for not looking in the tied in a knot plastic bag and opening each container that had a sticker detailing contents. The experience was laughable at best. I called the restaurant to let them know and to see what they could do as I live 45 miles away. The employee Alejandra was rude and unprofessional. She told me there was nothing she could do except write my name on a list for next time or give me the corporate number. As soon as she gave me the phone number she told me she didn't have any more time for me she was busy. Too busy to address any concerns or answer any questions I had. I asked to speak to her manager...who happened to be there... Joslin. After being on hold for 4 minutes... she gets on the phone laughing saying the employee only told her there was someone on the phone for her. After explaining the situation she said she could put my name on a list for next time. I explained I don't live in burley... it was a plate maybe you could just refund one plate or only charge me for two bowls. She said there is no way that they can refund anything or change the charge. Maybe she could call the Twin Falls manager and work something out that way... at this point I was done. Which is exactly what they wanted im sure. I have worked in retail for 28+ years and have never been treated so horribly. We were not impressed with their drive through. Normally we go inside to eat and the food and service is good. However, we used the drive through last time and the food was cold, the lady screwed up our order (after we had to repeat it 3 times) and my husband got a diet drink instead of the drink he ordered. We don't have this problem when we go inside to eat, so we will probably be back. We just wont be using their drive through again. read more

My family stopped by this place on our way to Yellowstone. The staff members were super friendly. Environment is clean. Excellent place.

Let me begin by saying that the food is good, this is why I keep visiting this location. However, I'm not sure if there's been a recent change in management, but my last 3 visits have been a disaster. Once they did not have what I wanted and could no give a time frame for when it could be ready, then the next visit they gave me a completely different order, which I did not notice until I got home, but this last one had to be the worst of my visits. I sat in the drive thru for a whole hour waiting for my food. I would have left, but I had cars in front and behind me, so I was stuck. I can tolerate wait time, but one hour is absurd. Not only that, but when I finally made it to the window, I was not offered any discount for the wait time and not even an apology. It truly comes down to management. I've been visiting this location since it opened, and never did I have issues until now. Very disappointed! read more
