This Wingers is new. So I gave an extra star because they might still be working out some issues. Staff was terrible slow and the place wasnt even busy. Food was hit or miss. My salad was good but my wifes wings were soggy instead of crispy and the rest of our group also gave mixed feedback. Probably will try again later and see if they get some of those issues fixed. read more

Wish we would have paid attention to the 3 star rating and gone elsewhere. Staff is abrupt and not friendly. I guess we sat at the wrong table in the bar and they reprimanded us like children. They only have batch made drinks no free pours. We asked the waitress for a suggestion and she said " I don't know I don't eat wings". We waited more than 30 minutes for our food she just came out and said we had a big order, but it's coming and walked away. The food was warm, soggy and greasy. Everything was so greasy we couldn't eat it. Ordered coleslaw that was supposed to have a ginger zing but tasted like regular slaw. At least it wasn't too expensive. read more

Wingers is one of our favorite spots to eat - or at least it was. We have visited this location 3 times now. On the first two visits, the service was seriously lacking. It took a very long time just to have our drink order taken; it took excessively long for the food to be delivered. The food was lukewarm but still tasty. We intentionally visited mid-afternoon today in hopes it wouldn't be too crowded. Well, there were only 2 occupied tables in our section. We thought our order were good. Alas, we were disappointed. We waited a long time for our drinks and food. The server had to be flagged down for refills and again for the check. On all 3 visits the manager passed by several times but never even glanced our way. No attention to detail, no training, no follow up. Just a disappointment all the way around. read more

I have eaten here twice. These are the only two times I've eaten at Wingers, ever. I enjoy the atmosphere. The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly. Both times we were seated promptly. We have tried the chips and salsa, the double smash burger with fries, the Baja fish tacos, the blackened chicken Alfredo and our kids have had the grilled cheese meal. I can't say anything bad about the food. It's delicious! The portions are large. Prices are fair. Our waitress both times started out great and then kind of fell flat. We never had drinks refilled and it was hard to get a box or the check. I enjoyed the food enough though to say that it was still a 5 star experience. Burley has needed something new at a good price with good food for a long time. read more

WOULD 100000% COME AGAIN. First off, we drove from Twin Falls to have lunch because Wingers is one of our fave spots. We had never been to this particular Wingers, but I may go as far as saying that this was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. We came in around noon and were greeted by the two sweet hostesses at the front. We were lucky to have been sat immediately and then greeted within seconds by our waitress (Mariah) and of course the signature bowl of popcorn. She took our drink orders and had them out to us right away. After taking our order, our appetizer of chips and salsa was on our table within minutes. We were given the perfect amount of time to enjoy or appetizer and our food was ready and on our table. My husband and I both had the sticky finger dinners and an extra side of fries, which was absolutely delicious and a great temperature. Mariah had refills for our beverages on our table just as our previous ones were getting finished and checked us out in a timely manner. I know everyone has their own experience at restaurants, but don't let a couple "poor" reviews deter you from having a great experience. I waited for a couple weeks after their initial opening so they could get some of those new location kinks worked out and I ended up having a good experience. I sat at the bar and Riley took great care of me. She was fourth coming with info about why they didn't have a liquor license yet and took a special request into the kitchen to see if they could accommodate me on making my chicken fingers grilled and un-breaded. She had great knowledge and recommendations for different menu items and switched my order to To-Go and got my bill to me quick and seamlessly so I could promptly leave when I had something come up. The service was absolutely awful. It took us almost 1 1/2 to be served food. They told us their other larger parties took precedence and we would need to waIt. By the time the food arrived we had to have it put into containers. As we were leaving, we glanced at the party which was 10 customers. There were 6 of us. We really looked forward to trying Wingers and except for burned Fish & Chips from the children's menu, the food was good! Yet it is doubtful we would ever eat there again. The servers and others working there were friendly and helpful. The problem I had was the food. First, I ordered chicken fingers and fries and it took over 30 minutes to come out of the kitchen. Some of it was so salty it burned my mouth. The server gladly replaced them but it took another 20 minutes! By that point I was done, got my fingers to go. They do have a great beer selection if you want to catch a game. I would avoid the chicken fingers. read more

I have Celiac disease and can not tolerate any gluten. I have eaten at Winger's on 2 occasions. The first time was Mother's day. I ordered gluten free wings and garlic parm fries. Emphasised the importance of my meal being gluten free. Assured by waitstaff that they had a dedicated gluten free fryer and that my meal would be safe. Sure enough I was sick with gluten poisoning for the next 3 days. Put it down to how busy they were. Fast forward to this past Tuesday. My husband's birthday. Family wanted to go out to eat so we decided to try Winger's again. Told our wait staff the importance of my meal NOT containing or being cross contaminated with gluten. My meal came out with a pick designating it as gluten free. Again I'm on day 3 of being sick. I called to try to speak to a manager to try to figure out what was happening. Left a message for both the manager and the owner to contact me. ( since you only get a recording when you call.) No one bothered to return my call. I personally believe they use the same oil filtration system for both their dedicated gluten free fryer and their regular fryer, thus contaminating the gluten free fryer oil. I can't be positive that this is the source of the issue since no one cared enough to return my call. So I won't be going there again and would advise anyone who has celiac to skip this place, even though they tout their "gluten free dishes and protocol". read more

Tonight was our first visit and it will be our last. We were greeted by friendly host, but once at the table, it went downhill and fast. Our service was not friendly, nor attentive. She took our drink order multiple times, and they flagged her down to take our food order. After sitting for 15 minutes without drinks, I asked for a manager. He ensured we would get our drinks. In Burley for business, and the food choices were a bit limited. Seems like there was almost nothing in between fast food and a couple of $50 steak houses. So Wingers looked pretty good on paper (or the internet, anyway). I learned a valuable lesson - Never go to a restaurant with a Now Open sign in a town where it's hard to find a decent restaurant. So the wait was about 20 minutes. I asked when I walked in if they had a full bar or just beer, and the kid at the counter didn't know what I meant. Trying to simplify, I asked "Do you have cocktails" and was told yes. When I was seated, I discovered that the "cocktails" were canned premade cocktails. The "Long Island Iced Tea" boasted, I think, a 13% abv, so I had a beer. One of theirs, and it was very good. Took about 15 minutes to get it. They were busy but that seemed a bit excessive. I ordered Sticky Fingers (chicken fingers) with their original sauce, which was the least hot, but still pretty spicy. Temperature wise it was barely warm when I got it, as were the fries. Again took quite a while to get it. My server had a trainee with her, and not sure if that was why everything was so slow? Just overall, not a great experience. Next time I'm in Burley, I'll try someplace else. read more
