Burgers Etc is our favorite go to place, where the food is great and the service is very friendly. It's fast food but at a very affordable price. Small kids will love it with the saddles to sit on. The ambiance is mediocre but the food makes up for it. read more

The food here is nothing to write home about, if I'm being honest but we did have a rather large group and they managed to get our order right so two stars there! The dining area itself is your typical fast food type of joint but with a twist of cute little saddle seats on some tables. Really, I'd give this place a 2 1/2 if I could but considering my family doesn't want to eat here again, I had to round down instead of up. Definitely go give them a try for yourself though. Burger joints in the Western United states run the gamut. From the high end burger bars in Las Vegas, the classic restaurants that serve famous burgers in San Francisco to the endless burger trucks that rome the nights in search of hungry bar going customers. This place is none of those. As much as I would have loved to add this place to the small town, hidden gems list, i cannot. Burgers Etc. Is simply mediocre, acceptable, standard or any other word you can drum up that means average. Service was decent, price was average and the location is typical. Again, nothing that stands out here. Hard to tell if the patties are frozen as they were over cooked. The onion rings were a bit greasy and the tots were just under crispy. Shake was good but not enough to bring me back. Average isn't bad if that's what you going for. As for me I will spend my hard earned money on the places that leave more than just a bland taste in my mouth. read more

A family visit to Rupert, Idaho is not complete without a stop at Burgers Etc. in Burley, Idaho. The Finger Steak Basket and fry sauce are worth the travels all the way from Elk River, Minnesota and it hits the right spot for my wife. I even enjoyed some of it. We also appreciated the great customer service we received by the store manager Niklia (spelling??) who made sure we enjoyed our finder steak basket. She showed us she cares!! She deserves a medal for 33-years of dedicated work to this establishment and hiring a young staff (it is the market for fast food) who can be challenging at times to serve the public. read more

When I order a burger with no pickles, I expect it to be pickle free. And that is exactly what I got. Excellent service. They even pronounced my name right. My only complaint is we had to use soda lids to hold fry sauce since they had a shortage of fry sauce cups. read more

TERRIBLE. Very slow, very overpriced and low quality food. They charge you extra for everything but don't inform you on it. We ended up paying $4 for sauce and $3 TO ADD CHEESE ???!!!!! They also forgot to add cheese on two of the burgers, gave us the wrong fry, put old tomatoes on the burgers, and added three extra charges for "miscellaneous" things. That doesn't even make sense. The people were rude and the food was cold. DON'T GO HERE. Ended up paying $65 for 3 KIDDY meals and two adult meals. That is OUTRAGEOUS. My stomach hurts after eating it as well. read more

Quite possibly the worst food you can buy in burley, or anywhere for that matter. How this place has dodged the bankruptcy hammer is beyond me. Over priced and very low quality food. Eveytime we stop in Burley we go to the obvious fast food restaurants, it was so worth it to go the extra 2 minutes into town to get a burger and chicken strip basket at Burgers Ect. The prices were very reasonable and the bacon burger was big and filling. The fry sauce was also very good, that was a nice surprise. Maybe it was just me though, I was expecting the ranch burger to have...ranch? Good thing I asked because it is a double cheeseburger with bread in the middle (my husband kept saying Big Mac, although he did like it). Last but defiantly not least, the Butterfinger shake was delicious! We had fun sitting on the saddle seats, eating good food and not spending a lot of money. read more

TERRIBLE - there is a Burger King and Jack in the Box nearby - go to either one of those and avoid this place. The burgers are small and cold, and they forgot to put a patty on my wife's burger. When I took it back the girl said "oh yeah I caught them doing that today". Not good. read more
