The sandwich arrived, crisp and layered with intention, not devoured with passion, but savored with undeniable pleasure. A meal less about necessity, more about delight. My sincere thanks to the kitchen and staff for this lovely experience. I look forward to returning

Has a nice wood burning fireplace in the dining room for the cold days. Helpful and pleasant young lady taking our order at the counter. Asked for suggestions and they happened to be out of their famous curly fries on this day. Chicken strips were just ok. Seemed to be the frozen type with no real chunks of chicken. Regular fries were the same, nothing special frozen type. Family liked the burgers and the sweet potato fries were really good. Shakes are thick and made with real ice cream.

This is run out of the gas station (which also serves as the RV park office). They had ice cream and I wish we had just had ice cream for dinner instead of trusting them to cook for us. They were out of chicken nuggets (ok) and lettuce for the salad (and the burgers), which was a bummer but we chose something else. The pizza we received was greasy and the dough was not tasty. A few of us actually gagged while eating it because the texture was unexpected and are now having intestinal responses to deal with (which prompted our decision to leave a review so others might not run into the same problem). The pricing was $15/medium pizza which I would expect from a bougie pizza place - not a gas station experience. I'm not saying this was the worst overpriced meal we've ever had, but it's certainly a contender for top 10 ickiest.

Today's was a 10. My rating system is actually kind of similar to Dave Portnoy. He would say, "How do you know you won't have a better one later?" No. I've had hundreds of high quality burgers (theaters and McDonalds doesn't count) and none have come close. Disclaimer: My burger was a double-cheeseburger.
