If you know me, you'd know the only time I ever eat fast food, especially McDonald's, is when I'm nearing the end of a long road trip, I'm tried, grouchy and I just want to get home. So out of all the delicious food I could have tried from astounding local restaurants off the 84, my husband says we should go to McDonald's. And I said, what the hell, the new chicken sandwiches that they've been flaunting on every dang billboard and sign seems decent. I really did my body dirty. We both ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich (crispy chicken fillet, potato bun, spicy pepper sauce and pickles, $4.19), shared a side of those heaven-sent, crispy, mouthwatering fries, and two Frozen Fantas in Blue Raspberry and Cherry ($1.59 each). The sandwich was basically a knock-off of the too-popular Chik-Fil-A or Popeye's versions. Much better than a McChicken. At least I'm somewhat more convinced this is real chicken! The drinks were just ICEE's with a different name, so yeah, they were delicious. And of course the fries took my soul to the Gods and made me a brand new person. Mentally. I'm sure my body thought SMH the entire meal. Even though McDonald's gets 0 stars for creativity, the food was still "good" (as good as MD can get) and filled me up for the remainder of the drive. So today I went on there app and ordered. About 10:20 in line a couple minutes later, ordered a sausage biscut. Got in line at the drive through, gave my code. Literally never got my order until 10:40. What's the purpose of ordering on line and not getting your food for 20 minutes? When u give that code it should be done and too u. Bad service...then they finally walk it out to the car...and they do that slow as they can. $14 a hour...they should get $3! And then when I got it there was something crunchy when I bit into it...bad, bad, service and bad, bad, food. Sure the ambiance was great...I was in my car! read more

I sat in the curbside spot #6 to be specific for 35 minutes waiting for my food. i ordering 15 minutes before arriving. my food was cold and tasted like $hit. be better at what you do mcdonald's your FAST food but nothing about you is fast. read more

Should have went to a sit down restaurant. The wait was 35 minutes for 2 sandwiches and they came out cold. I wasn't the only 1 waiting. 5 others were there just as long and longer. I understand it gets stressful when it's busy, but there is no reason to be rude or sound annoyed. Anytime they ask us to pull forward into one of the parking stalls and they will bring out our food, they never ever bring all of it, or it is wrong. Seriously the lack of structure there, especially on weekends, it's ridiculous. We are never happy when leaving the drive thru at McDonald's because the workers sound annoyed, the food gets screwed up. It's ridiculous. read more

The McDonald's location in Burley, Idaho is a mediocre place to eat food, some may say well it's McDonald's. But that is not the reason staff seems to always be on edge and the managers are very rude to the staff which really puts off the whole atmosphere in the store. Went through the drive through for dinner on our way through town traveling. After placing our order we were asked to pull to the side because they needed more time. After 10 minutes in the waiting spot we received our order and were on our way. I ordered a South Western salad there were no chips, no lime wedge and no celantra. We were on a road trip and stopped for what we thought would be a quick lunch. We made the mistake of going inside since we needed a bathroom break as well. There were only 3 other people in the restaurant and one group ahead of us in line. After ordering 3 egg McMuffins and a chicken sandwich we waited over 30 minutes for our order. I counted 11 workers in the kitchen, so who knows what they were all doing back there. Obviously not making food. We will not be stopping here again. read more

Upon ordering... and making myself and my lady getting comfortable within the franchise... sitting down at one of booths... workers where very verbal in cursing, as the night crew manager was present and not responsive in correcting the McDonald's employee's under his watch... as customers left and upon entering the building... very annoying!!! read more

The most terrible McDonald's I have ever been to. We were on a rush to get back on out roadtrip. After we finally got through the line of four people. (They took forever for each order). We finally got our order about 15 minutes later total of around a half an hour by now. Then they forgot our drinks. Then we went back out to our car to find they also forgot our egg mcmuffin. So we went back in and ended up just refunding the whole order. Would never go to this mcdonalds ever again this is the worst experience weve ever had. read more

They gave us a half-full, cold Large fry and 2/3 full sundaes with the end of the fudge from their machine. The lady that stepped in to help us traded out the fries so we had an actual large size and apologized for the machine running out of fudge. She made up for the bad stuff. :) But I'm not sure I would ever stop here again. read more

Probably the worse McDonald's I've ever ate at! When we first walked it smelt like a dirty house. We ordered our food. No clean place to sit, the drink stations was a complete mess, the manager was yelling at the back people to get things done. All together the whole situation was a total mess. I have one complaint, but it's major. This place is filthy. Flys were swarming around us as we ate inside (not an exaggeration!). It was worse than any picnic I've ever had. There were a few dead flies lying on windowsills next to the tables. We proceeded outside to the play area, which was decent, but had even more flies and several bees flying around. We had to leave earlier than planned because we were afraid our children would get stung. It was very annoying and disgusting. However, the food was fresh and service was good. If the place were cleaned up, it could easily get 4 stars. read more
