She was also training a new employee, and while the trainee was kind and professional, Breanna was noticeably harsh and dismissive toward her as well. It raised serious concerns about how staff are being trained. I'm a nurse and have also worked in the service industry, so I understand stress and busy shifts--but this went far beyond that. This was a pattern of rude, hostile behavior that affected multiple customers. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location. Extremely disappointing.
