Delicious food consistently. Never had a bd meal. New building but same great food at a fair price.

Their food is pretty good although the portions are fairly small for a Mexican restaurant. The reason I'm giving a two star rating instead of a four star rating is that both times I ate at this establishment I was over charged 3 to 4 dollars and when I confronted them about it they said it was because I ordered something more expensive than what was offered on the menu which was not true, but if it was, why didn't the waitress mention it cost more. I will not be eating here anymore because of their dishonesty. I suggest all customers check their cost closely. read more

I wasn't expecting to love these tacos as much as I did. The pork was juicy and seasoned perfectly. I liked that they kept things simple with onions and cilantro. Sometimes less is more. The place was clean and the service was friendly and quick. It's a great spot for a casual bite. I'd give it a strong 8/10. read more

El Mirador - Mexican Near Me - Burley, Idaho

Pretty sure they take all the carne asada clippings and use it from burrito meat waste of my money

Is one of the best Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. Fast service really good customer service. The food is by far really good and if you don't know what to eat they will help you pick something. The place is small and welcoming has music playing makes you fill at home. Already a really good restaurant read more

You wouldn't guess it by its location or its appearance...but this is a good Mexican restaurant. Everything that my dining companions and I ordered was very good. We did a carryout so I can't rate the ambience or service beyond saying that our order was handled well. Recommended! read more

Rolled into Burley STARVING after a long drive scouting for birds. Decided to eat here because the reviews were really good. They do not lie, the food is awesome and the serving is excellent. There were a few things on the menu I hadn't seen before. Settled on the sicronozadas. They were a bit like a quesadilla/taco hybrid and they were so delicious. The plate was huge, 4 nice big tortillas stuffed with meat and cheese. My son had the nachos and also was wowed by all of the delicious ingredients with no fillers or goopy nacho cheese. This place is Burley's best kept secret. read more

OMG this place is amazing. We are In from out of town and found this amazing restaurant on yelp. And the reviews did not lie! Don't fill up on the complementary chips with in house made salsa and bean dip or you'll be to full to eat the amazing food. I had the sopes with carnitas and asada. Insane. And my husband had diablo shrimp with in-house made tortillas. Topped off with an ice cold Modelo and it was a perfect meal! Eat here and they are open till 10pm which was really nice. Great service and sweet family that owns it. Homemade Mexican food by a family that cares. Support local and eat good food!!! read more

El Mirador - a plate of food and a bottle of beer - Mexican Near Me - Burley, Idaho

Very good Mexican food. Excellent prices. Lots of people call in orders to go. Probably because of the interior dark, low quality, unappealing finishes. Also, saves time to call ahead. Servers and cooks cheerfully working hard. read more

Wow , This place is awesome!! Coming from California my taste for next food is a high standard, we tried several other places in Idaho Falls and nothing came close. Great service! Even better food ! Don't miss out! Great food. Great service. Great recommendations from our server. Can't wait to go back.

The best food in town hands down and the service is even better. Small family ran business that never disappoints

Overall, food was tasty. Prices are affordable as well. However, service was pretty slow and there were very loud unattended children playing near the entrance which was right next to our table. Staff didn't notify the parents so it made our meal much less enjoyable. read more

Forever my favorite spot for authentic and delicious tacos in burley. You literally cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. Their carne asada is some of the best my husband and I have ever had as well. Highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't already read more

El Mirador - Lengua tacos Pescado tacos - Mexican Near Me - Burley, Idaho

Best tacos in Burley or Rupert. I have eaten Mexican food all of my life. And it doesn't get much better than this! Their chips and salsa are world class!! read more

If I lived in the vicinity, I would so be a regular. I was, however, passing through at lunchtime. I stopped in and ordered "to go." The young woman who alone had responsibility for the dining room (aside from a very young guy who ably bussed tables and handed out menus) was genuinely pleasant and friendly. While I waited for the order, I was impressed with her speed and efficiency. I've waited tables--I know what I am talking about. And the food was my dream of Mexican. It's all--the food, service, atmosphere, price--what I most hope for. If you are traveling through, or in Burley for a short stay, skip the fast food and check out El Mirador read more

Best Mexican food in Burley! Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah damn yelp, why you gotta force me to write a longer review? I'm not in creative writing class. Just let my review stand at "best on Burley " don't be so needy Yelp. read more

Food was amazing and home style traditional Mexican food. Quick and friendly service.

Great little place. We had mulitas which were excellent. Fresh made and even with avocado. Lots of choices. Very fresh and salsa was great and fresh too. Service was good and was only moderately busy on friday at 6 pm. We even had dessert. read more

Delicious and inexpensive food in a charming dive full of locals. Stopped by for lunch and the two of us had tacos (pastor and carne asada) and a tamale. Chips and salsa were quite good. Very friendly servers, but slow. read more

The place is a little outdated in decor but if that doesn't bother you then I think you'll be pleased. The food was great and the staff was friendly. The wait was normal. I've been here one other time in my life when it was Angela's. I think I need to go more often. No complaints here read more

This place is no longer in business. Would have been nice to know before we drove 5 miles off the freeway to reach it.

Great customer service. Food was delicious and prices are good. Cant complain. Many choices on the menu.

Best tacos in Idaho. Everything else is good too even the service. Love this place!

I've eaten here several times. Each time the food is authentic and fantastic. It is our workplace go to for lunch. It can be busy--sign of a great place to eat!!! read more

Really great place for a satisfying and tasty lunch while we passed through Burley. The wait staff were seriously among the friendliest I've encountered at a restaurant, and the waitress offered some off the menu vegetarian options when I asked. Would definitely come back again. read more

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! We came in to find several empty tables. We ordered our food expecting to eat shortly. An hour later...we were still waiting. Others had came in after us and had ordered, ate, and then left. I had to walk up and find the waitress to find out they had not even began to make our meals. The waitress was obvious, didnt seem or show concern. We walked out having spent nearly an hour and 15 minutes. Worst service and who knows about the food. Won't waste our time again. The chips, salsa, and water aren't a good enough to substitute for terrible service! read more

For Mexican food experts this is your place. The food is clean and fresh as well as super tasty. Also the prices are unreal. I love the sincronizados which are actually a taco with a touch of Mexican queso for added flavor. read more
