Walked in here for the first time ever, after a long day at school, and without eating since breakfast, oddly enough. Ordered at the kiosk and when I couldn't substitute a frosty and no mayo on my, chicken sandwich, I simply checked out, paid. Right away I see that Moosh enjoys his work. That's not something you see everyday a high volume fast food establishment like this one. Thankfully the assistant manager called me up and fulfilled my requests with a kind attitude. And Mazhar, one of the managers, handled my requests kindly. I took a look at the cooks and food prep and saw them working fast without breaking a sweat. The easygoing nature of this store is hands down refreshing to see. They don't know if, but they inspire me to keep my joy at work a bit longer. Check your order. Especially if made through the app. They will NOT tell you if they didn't have an item and they will not replace it or your money. They will not send anything to corporate or even mark your receipt as NOT having received the item. If you call they will give you wrong names, say there is no one in charge on site, no one who can speak English and no one to call. They don't know when regional management or a manager will be on site. Then you have the fun time of trying to get a hold of someone through the app to so the refund. I've been going to Wendy's A LOT given the pandemic, cooking fatigue and healthier options than competitors. The drama in replacing the item, being told something incoherent and hung up on, then repeated hung up on, only to find out that the only English speaker answered to tell me no one was in charge and a regional manager would email me, but I haven't heard from anyone from the local store. This is the worst customer service ever. The woman who had missing items in front of me was black also. She forced them to go through everything right there and fix it. I didn't and in 3 days, I still haven't heard from anyone. Don't let them short you. Theu didn't offer anything of equal value. They were just like oh well, we're keeping your money anyway. This location is awesome. Came here yesterday April 23rd in the afternoon (there were a million cars in line before us). I know this is a pandemic so I was prepared to wait when I saw that line..but I was pleasantly surprised. It went so fast :) the first window I failed to get her name but she was super friendly and just overall pleasant. The second window the guy was awesome as well! They were very efficient, cheerful and gave the best experience possible. His name I did get. Uber! Love him! Such a great crew. They are major assets to the company. Fries lacked salting, that's ok...I can salt my own. I wasn't asked if I wanted catsup so I assumed it was already in the bag, WRONG. And that's just WRONG. Burger was juicy but the meat patties lacked flavor. The bacon saved the day for flavor & was a good consistency. The bun was nice & soft. For a medium combo price was $11.79. The drive thru here is almost always super long. This time it was even longer. The car in front of me had an issue that caused another 10+ minutes of waiting, however instead of having the customer pull to the side the staff dealt with it at the window. Finally when I got my food it was soggy, and also not even my correct order. I went inside to ask them to remake it which they happily did (and the gal who serviced me was really understanding and kind), however inside was absolutely chaotic. Yes the drive thru had a long line but there weren't many customer inside. Not sure why they seemed so disorganized. My advice to management is when there is an issue that is taking longer than usual at the drive thru, it may help to ask the troubled customer to pull to the side so other customers can continue to be serviced. read more

Everything was sticky, the floors, the counters the machines; there was no ice or Diet Coke in the machine (only one machine was working). The floors in front of the soda machine were black with a tar like substance. It looked like old soda caramel from the box that had to have been there for at least a couple of days. The service was sub-par they couldn't explain the difference between a bacon burger #7 and a single with cheese. They were for sure short staffed but this is a franchise. I came to this spot while I was shopping for some items in the area with my brother. This is such a nice spot, one of the cleanest and freshest looking Wendy's I've been to. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with two self-serve screens that made ordering pretty quick and easy. All we had to do was select our items and wait for our name to be called. In terms of the UI and technical aspects of the self-serve, it was done very professionally and the transitions between all the interactions of the choices we made were seamless, clean, and with purpose. I ordered the Jr. Cheeseburger and 6 pc chicken nuggets, and my brother got the Jr. Bacon cheeseburger combo, with 4 pc chicken nuggest, a strawberry lemonade, and small fries. That was one of the 4 for $4 deals that Wendy has and it was pretty good, in both the size and price. Their strawberry lemonade is pretty great too, was not too sweet, and carried both flavors very pleasantly. This Wendy's serves up a great area to eat in (with a little "campfire-on-the-wall-looking thing" in the corner of the building) and a vibe of just relaxing and enjoying your meal. read more

All I can say about this Wendy's is WOW! I stopped o. Today with my son to grab some food and use the restroom. After placing my order I went in to use the restroom and let me just say! This is probably THE cleanest fast food restaurant bathroom I've ever used. Once I was done I went back to the dining area to wait for the food where I had to fill up my drink and everything was so properly done. Forks, spoons, sugar, tops for the drinks everything was so neat! I wouldn't normally write a review about a Wendy's but I spoke when the manager and let her know how pleased I was with how cleaning that place was! I give this place 5 stars on cleanliness off top! My bf and I were going to eat here but after seeing one of the female employees tonight in the bathroom, we walked out. Read on below. I went to the bathroom before ordering. When I walked in, there was an employee in one of the stalls. How did I know that it was an employee?? Well she had her apron and jacket hanging over the door. The alarm in my head started to go off. I work in restaurants and you are not supposed to take your apron into the bathroom. Why? Because of exactly what she did. She walked out of the bathroom after using it and before washing her hands, she proceeded to put on her apron. So whatever germs and bodily fluids that she's might've had on her hands got transferred to the apron since she didn't wash her hands. Not only is that disgusting it is very unsanitary. Then she waited while I washed my hands with soap and water. She just rinsed her hands with water....no soap. Again disgusting and very unsanitary. After leaving the bathroom, I saw her return to the kitchen/cashier area and after talking with the bf... We left. I did not want to take any chances of food poisoning. Totally disgusted. I kind of have to wonder what that teach their staff here. read more
