After about 10 years of not stepping into a Wendy's, I randomly decided to stop by one evening because I was hungry and nearby. I expected a solid experience--and I was honestly blown away. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. It completely hit the spot. But what really stood out was the service. It was genuinely exceptional--friendly, attentive, and way above what I've experienced at most places, not just fast food. The whole visit felt like they actually cared, which is rare. Had a quick dinner with my daughter while hanging out in Burbank not to crazy. Ordered on the self order screen wasnt ro much of a hassle but does seem to take longer than at the register. Both are meals were hot and fresh!! The spicy nuggets are always a good choice to get the taste buds going. I ordered a Cesar Salad and Baked Potato both were good but my only gripe was the Bacon were strips not chopped not sure why that was but kind of lazy if you ask me, but why dont they ever give you enough butter.... My daughter had the nuggets combo and she was happy. The drink machine had some different options from other restaurants which was pretry cool. The dinning area was clean and plenty of open seating. I don't think I have ever rated any fast food spot a 5, but my experience today warranted it. I placed a mobile order and as I parked I hit the button for the food to be made, by the time I walked in those front doors the order was ready, it was correct and the employee at the counter was very pleasant. The food was so yummy that I forgot to take a picture again, but we got the egg and cheese biscuit and breakfast potatos that are apart of their pick 2 for $3 deal and that is exceptional value. I always like Wendy's, but am leaving this review so mgmt knows that Aksul was the most professional, polite cashier not just to me but those in front and behind me. I hope he gets noticed and promoted. He was incredibly patient with the person in front of me even when they were unsure about what they wanted and took forever. read more

The employees are really nice. I like to order with them and appreciate that they're helpful and receptive. That said, I wish the computer ordering stations would give receipt; at least the number of the order portion. Something. Spent $35 on the most DISGUSTING MEAL. Wendy's, count your days! Me and my husband came back into town late and decided to grab a quick bite before heading back home. I normally NEVER buy Wendy's like.... EVER! Up until recently; I saw their advertising on the new Cajun chicken sandwich... so we decided to give it a try. I ordered the "Spicy Chicken Asiago" and my husband got the Cajun Chicken. The moment we left the drive through, I just knew this was going to be a disappointing experience, the fries were cold to the point you could tell it was sitting out. The moment I unwrapped my sandwich, I noticed something was off. I took the first bite and it was THEEEEE MOST blandest sandwich EVER. There was nothing spicy about it, it had ZERO flavor. My husbands Cajun Chicken sandwich was okay, it was actually spicy however- it was overpowered with mustard flavor. Not sure if it was the seasoning or what but we were extremely disappointed. Not to mention the Cinnabon bites we ordered were also stale and dry. We spent $35 on a meal for two, only to go to bed hungry and disappointed. It was between this or In & Out. I should've just went there, honestly! A meal for 2 usually costs $20-$25 and you're always satisfied. NEVER AGAIN.... EVER. Just please do yourself a favor and don't go. read more

Christian at the drive thru window was extremely rude!!!! Never greeted me just gave me a bag and walked away. I stayed to get his attention informing I'm missing part of my order he just said I had to pay for anything else. I showed him my receipt that showed my complete order fully paid for. He never apologized or take ownership for a mistake being done. He told me to RELAX as I was trying to talk to him. I paid for extra sauce and didn't receive any sauces. When you are out of an item, like sausage and cheese english muffin. The lady behind the counter tells me they only have sausage biscuit, so I asked her if they can do sausage and cheese biscuit and she told me no! That's not good customer service at all and how hard can it honestly be to put a piece of cheese on the biscuit? So sad that if you order fries you don't get ANY sauce unless you pay 55 cents. I can understand if you want extra. Only ketchup is free so I guess if you buy fries and don't want to add 55 cents to your bill then you'll have to have only ketchup with your fries. I just had an appointment with my primary physician regarding my cholesterol levels. The good Doc advised me that I needed to clean up my diet and eat more vegetables. Taking his warning seriously, I vowed to make changes. I headed to Wendy's on a mission. It's been years, so I was hoping to find healthy options. The first thing I noticed was how spotless the dining room was. Shout out to the staff for keeping a clean space. I worked my way to the register and asked the cashier what popular item comes with vegetables. She suggested the double stack cheeseburger . She said it comes with lettuce, tomato, onions , and pickles. I'm sold! I let her (Dulce) know I was starting my new diet, so make it a small combo with Coke Zero and small fries. This is my second time here and the T-mobile Tuesday deals keep me coming back! I usually order ahead, through the app, and pick it up to go. But today I was starving and decided to dine in. The breakfast sausage, egg and Swiss croissant was absolutely delicious! I've never really tried their coffee, and today was my first time! I was definitely impressed! I'm a coffee enthusiast and stick to McDonald's coffee and Starbuck's pike here and there but Wendy's fresh brewed coffee is at the top of my list now! ;) I drink it black, only way to really know if it's good, in my opinion, and it was!!! My husband ordered the baconator and I can't wait to bite half of it tomorrow for breakfast! :D My two experiences at this location have been great so far and I've never had an issue. This is your typical Wendy's location but the service is subpar. You may not want to come during lunch. The day I visited there were 10 people waiting in line, including me, and only one cashier. At no time did they even try to open another register. They were too busy trying to fill online orders, rather than serve the customers that were already in the store. And yeah. We got some spicy nuggets with ghost pepper ranch and a strawberry frosty. The nuggets were fine (actually spicy!). I also decided to try the blueberry pomegranate lemonade. The lemonade is VERY sweet and also came with this bug. Unfortunately we didn't notice until we had already drank some of it (thought it was a piece of fruit). This location is in the busy Empire Center so it can be a traffic mess at times on the weekends as the drive thru line for Panda Express runs into their parking area. Wendy's seems to have slowly gone downhill. The service has deteriorated and is passable at best, though the wait times to get your food even when not busy is not acceptable. The food itself is rather bland and to get the best deal prices, you need to download their app and order versus ordering in person. This rather annoying fact, seems to be the new way for many companies, though is just another annoying way for companies to gather data on you and sell it. Unless you're really hungry and craving some lackluster fast food, I would skip this location. None of the food is crave worthy and fairly bland when compared to most competitors which you can find within a mile of this location. read more

This place absolutely SUCKS. The first time they got my order wrong, it was more than inconvenient. Because they gave me the wrong sandwich, with things on it that I'm allergic to, it meant I went without lunch. I paid for something I couldn't eat, unless I wanted the paramedics to take me to the hospital. (Not my idea of a good time.) This place absolutely sucks. I came here in the springtime. I finally had time to write something. I used the kiosk and ordered chicken nuggets and the Cinnabon cup. My order came to $8+. Once I got the order I noticed it was only nuggets. I told them I ordered it and showed my receipt. The manager said it showed in their screen that I was only charged for the chicken nuggets. Which was crazy since I checked my bank account and it said other wise. They refused a refund or the Cinnabon cup. I got the store managers name and left. Called the head office, was told I would get a refund. Then got a email from the store manager asking me to stop by. I said no there was no reason for me to ever go back if I was screwed out of money/food. So I guess that meant no refund. Had to take that loss.
