I had Ordered 3 drinks from Wendy's last night via the app, easy right? But no, it was a complete waste of money. They were apparently out of the Frosty and they replaced it with a cinnamon roll I couldn't eat, and they didn't give me their brewed sweet tea, because when I took a sip, it tasted exactly like the Pure Leaf Tea brand. They just poured in into a large cup. If you advertise Brewed Tea then that's what I expect. I also learned they were extremely rude to the person who picked up my order. Poor customer service. Drove all the way home (30 minutes) to find out that one of my burgers wasn't in the bag I called the store told the guy that this is the second time this has happened in a month he said come back after I just told him I lived 30 minutes away he replied with well what do you want me to do about it really snippy and hatefully. Quick lunch at Wendy's, service was very unfriendly, order was incorrect and the dining room and restrooms were filthy. The food was ok, but not as warm as usual. I understand this is a fast food restaurant however, it is obvious there is not any pride taken in the customer service and appearance of restaurant. Food was no problem. But golly if I would've gone back I was likely to throw my dang Cinnabons back at that snotty guy! Ordered a few things. Then thought about dessert. Asked if the frosty machine was working because it's not half the time. Told me yes but it was only vanilla and the mixers. Ok ordered one. Asked for one Cinnabon and that would be all. His response "oh how did I know you were gonna say that" in the snotty a$ voice. Pulled up to pay and receive food still his snotty attitude. Checked my bag upon arrival of food. Man stands as close to the window as he can wide open staring at me like I'm a problem for checking my bag. I didn't see my sauce so I asked if it was in the bottom of the bag. This place used to be a nice place to eat but now it's nasty and ghetto! The employees are so busy talking about who and what they did the night before they can't even be bothered to clean lobby! We went in lobby around 4 pm & when I seen all the dirty tables and trash on the floor I should have left! However I thought maybe they had a busy lunch and were short staffed, wrong! They had at least 8 employees in the back just hanging out on their phones and some were standing up front talking to another person about who he had hooked up with and how it was! This place is not even Wendy's standards. I could wax on about how I hate their flaccid and underdone fries. Corners on a burger do not scare me, but... I love a hot spicy chicken sandwich. This has been a crapshoot and a morbid curiosity for me to find out if I get something edible or not. 100% white meat means you made a chicken filet sandwich, right? Wrong. Instead I get this nasty, stale, school-lunch not even spicy blob with a square side, with a breast hanging out of it. The "sidebreast" part was fine. The cleverly concealed blob had a corner on it. Dog food. I will not be back. The complaint line I found on their site went to nothing. I think we can make our own chili. And certainly our own flaccid fry fails. read more

We don't even want to give any stars for our visit at Wendy's in Brevard today. We waited in the drive through for 30 minutes and when we got up to order, nobody ever came to take our order. When we said hello, they said, it will be a few more minutes.We eventually said we had to leave, how much longer will it be? They said it will be 10 more minutes and then 10 more to get our food - because there are door dash orders in front of you. This was a really really bad experience at Wendy's. We wish they had just spoken to us when we got to the spot to order and said, there are door dash orders in front of you - do you want to wait 15 more minutes? At that point we could have left. Thankfully cookout took our order quickly and we were able to get our daughter back to her camp In time for curfew. We definitely won't be visiting Wendy's in Brevard again. read more

How sad. The Wendy's here in Brevard needs help. I am tough on the star rating because I feel a chain restaurant needs to be subject to perfect standards. They lack that for sure in this store. It's like always training and never gets better. If you want fast food that is good here in Brevard give Julie's subs and more a try. There's not much you can say about chain restaurants but since it's total remodel this is an extra nice Wendy's. It's now quite a pleasant place to dine-in. My last meal was during something of rush and the staff got the food out quickly and correctly. I believe this is the only place in town with a Coca-Cola freestyle machine as well. I don't typically review fast food unless something extreme happens. The odor of cigarettes was overwhelming at the drive through window. It's gross enough seeing employees smoke in the bushes but when I have to smell it that's too much. Aside from that, it's your typical Wendy's. Hot fresh overpriced heart attach in a sack. But sometimes you need some quick to go food. The lady in the window was also very nice. read more

BUT during lunch rush there is no ice, the drink machines are both broken, the tea is hot, and the staff-- the ones working-- couldn't care less. Management here needs help!! Had to wait for Frosty's, then they came out soupy. The Coke Freestyle machines were useless. One didn't work, the other had nearly no choices available. I entered Wendy's in Brevard at 12:10 on Wednesday, February 13th and there were about 7-8 people standing in line. As I stood at the end of the line, I realized that the women ordering at the register was getting meals for her entire office staff and was ordering at least 8-9 different meals. The rest of us all just stood there waiting. It seems that the management might want to retrain their staff that in a situation like this, they should open another register to take care of all those waiting ,. I left and went elsewhere to eat but this is not the first time that the service here has been poor. read more
