Service is non existent in the early evening/late afternoon hours. There us no one to take your inside order. Someone from the back yells out, Use the kiosk ! Only after standing there 5 minutes. Then, put a sign on the counter that its closed. Ill just, take our business elsewhere. read more

The service was horrible. They did not give me the correct change back, and my burger was overcooked and my bread was stale. I asked for no lettuce and tomato. I got my burger and it had two slices of tomato and a ton of lettuce.8:13 3/25/2026 read more

The food was awful!! I ordered a Dave's Double Burger and the meat was old and hard!! Lettuce looked old as well! I'm very disappointed

Might as well order your food a day early, their THAT slow. I ordered (2) 10 pc nugget combos. Got asked to pull forward to a parking spot. It's been 25 minutes and still no food. Piss poor service. Piss poor establishment. Piss poor employees. read more

No stars at all to be honest. What could you improve??? That's hilarious actually. Y'all got people in there yelling and cussing each other out so loud I can hear it OUTSIDE the store!! Pulled up past the window and waited for my food for an hour. The people beind me go their food before I did ans the people after them. Needless to say I never got any food because the customer service was so trash that I just left. You could at least lmk why I dont have my food yet. So cussing and being obnoxiously loud about it in front of tour customers mind you and an HOUR ++ wait in the DRIVE THROUGH??? No. Will never come by this wendys again. This place needs to be shutdown. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would, This has to be the WORST Wendy's, let alone fast food restaurant I have ever been too. It feel's like every time I order here they mess up my order. With that, I seen the people in the back not using gloves to cook the orders, as well as EATING the food without gloves, like fries and burgers, then handing it to you like we're supposed to eat that mess. There is one manager back there who had constantly yelled at the employees while eating behind the counter. Utterly disgusting, and the worker even left the job on shift because they couldn't take it anymore, I feel bad for them. Whoever read's this do NOT go here, this was my last time going to this horrible establishment. read more

8/29/25 Absolutely the worst experience with service that my wife and I have ever had with any fast-food restaurant. We went inside to order because the drive through line was backed up and it still took us over 15 minutes to place our order. It was clear that the person taking the orders was a new employee and needed assistance but when she asked for help from her coworkers, they were very rude to her and did not offer any help at all. There were several customers complaining of wrong orders while we waited for ours. We waited 35 minutes, only to find out they gave our meal to someone else. There were three employees sitting at one of the tables playing on their phones and watching their coworkers struggling as all of this chaos was taking place and offering no assistance whatsoever. It was only when one customer started getting very upset and loud that one of the three employees sitting at the table possibly a manager came over to offer assistance. When we finally received our order, it wasn't correct and had to send part of it back. It took over an hour from the time the order was place until we received the correct order. My wife and I agree this is the last time we will ever step foot in a Wendy's restaurant. read more

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Walk in to counter, large chili with cheese, medium frosty. Took 23 minutes from the time receipt printed till I got my food. Drive home no cheese in the chili. Understaffed, the person I assume was manager came in and said out loud I don't want to hear it. How is this place still open? read more

Absolutely the worst service of any restaurant I've ever been to! There were about six cars in the drive through when we pulled in. We waited for 10 minutes before the first car moved. Then after not moving for another 5 minutes I pulled out of the line, parked the car and went inside to order. There was a woman and her son already in line ahead of me waiting for service, but there was no one at the register and only two staff that I could see working orders...neither of which showed any sign of enthusiasm or concern for their customers. Even after walking past us a couple times, neither employee stopped to take our orders. I decided they didn't need my money and left. We then went to the Wendy's at Pine Log and Whiskey Road and got amazing service. Obviously a much better managed store. read more

If I could give this Wendy's location zero stars, I would. This morning, I ordered breakfast from them through DoorDash and when I got my food, I was inspecting it like I always do my food, and I saw at the bottom of the biscuit there was a dead roach on it. Every time I go to this Wendy's location, there's always something wrong, but this will be the last time that I go to this location because this is just disgusting and unacceptable. read more

Wendy's - a hamburger on a piece of tin foil - Fast Food Near Me - Aiken, South Carolina

We went to order and there was a roach crawling down the wall by the drinks. We saw that and walked out.

Do not do mobile ordering from the Wendy's website for drive thru pick up from this restaurant. After sitting in line for almost 30 minutes I was advised my order was not available and the only way to get a refund was to cancel the order on the website. I went to the website to cancel the order and received a message stating to order could not be canceled because it had been completed. I called the store later and asked to speak to the manager. The managers name is Larry and he was very clear to tell me that he was too busy to care that I did not get my food and I did not get a refund. Wendy's steals from their customers. Beware! Especially beware the Wendy's on Richland Avenue in Aiken South Carolina and especially beware any restaurant who is managed by this guy Larry read more

They 're ok during the day but the staff at night is childish and rude. They made a mistake on my order ( not a small one) when I called to get it right I was greeted rudely on the phone then after I explained the complaint I was hung up on. As far as that I was not compensated for the inconvenience. Even as far as a we apologise. But treated as a bother. The night manager should be fired. And I will be pursuing said action read more

I use to enjoy Wendy's . But the last time I was there I had the worse hamburger Ever . Just can't bring myself to Go back!' Sad :( read more

I see there are very few reviews for this location and given my experience today, I can understand why. At 12:50p I pulled into drive thru line to find 8 cars ahead of me. The line did not move for nearly 5 minutes so I decided going inside might be quicker. Once inside I realized that might not be the case. Ahead of me were 9-10 people and only one person on a register, taking orders. It was obvious the staff person was overwhelmed and seeing the frustrated faces of so many people waiting to place orders was making things worse. I waited in the line for another 5 minutes without moving forward at all. The people in front of me and behind me were complaining about the slowness of service. As I needed to get back to my office, it became obvious I wasn't going to get food at this Wendy's. Not sure what the problem was or why there were not more staff to help the customers. It was during lunch time and most fast food restaurants make every effort to be FAST! Remember when restaurants would post a clock at their drive-up window to show customers how quickly they could get their order? I wonder why companies decided their customer's time was not valuable? read more

Last night at 11:56 PM I was truly disrespected and lost of words. I understood that the dine-in area was closed but I was on my way home and I really wanted to get something to drink so I went to the drive-through lane by walking and I was rudely told you had to have a car in order to be in the drive-through lane. I understand that some rest of us do things differently where ass in Atlanta McDonald'sHe was able to walk in the drive-through lane in order to make your order as long is not busy, and you may call me dumb, but however you could talk to me with some respect. When I did not get a good response I politely up to the window after the customer in front of me received his order and I'll asked if it was OK for me to make the payment now that I am face-to-face with them. They looked at me like I was going to hurt them. I truly meant no harm. I felt misunderstood, and my feelings were truly damaged. The african American worker slammed the glass door at my face like I was a homeless bum. The manager didn't say anything at all either. I know how it looked coming at that time of night, but the way I was raised from my mother before she passed this year was to treat customers with respect because you don't know what they are going through, NO MATTER THE TIME OF DAY! The role works in both ways. Today is my mothers birthday (9/8/22) I'm already feeling sad and depressed about her recent passing and now my whole night was just filled with anger and depression and all I wanted was a drink. I even had the money ready. Then they threat to call the cops on me. I didn't even threaten them nor show any aggression at the time. I wasnt at anytime tried to be mean nor was I trying to be spiteful but I did not deserve to be ignored, and I did not deserve to be treated the way I did and the one star rating I see on yelp definitely defines the customer service As for the ladies last night that was working there I do recall the names that were on the name tags. I will be calling in to corporate and I will report this. It doesn't matter who or what comes past your window you do not need to be giving nobody any form of disrespect when you're working customer service. You would think home training was one of the things that they have gained before they have been accepted into the job. Obviously not. read more

Just keep driving! Honestly, the only thing consistent about this place is rude staff. Just went through drive through. Not only did he have a problem understanding an uncomplicated order with no special requests, he walked away making another coworker do his job making us repeat said order about three times. When he gave change back he spilt it on the ground and walked away without offering up correct change. Got down the road to realize there are no napkins, no straws, oh and he gave me the wrong drink. I get hating your job, but if you're this bad at it move out the way and let someone who really wants to work take your spot. read more

I called the Richland location, after realizing they forgot a burger, to let them know i was on the way for a third time. When i asked to speak to the manager the young lady told me i had the wrong number (which is printed on the receipt) and then hung the phone up on me. The WORST customer service. Will not be returning to any Wendys. It takes one action to put a bad taste in someones mouth. read more

The food isn't bad but the employees and management are rude, unprofessional, and upsetting. I have been frequently cut off while speaking at the drive thru and when I called the restaurant they hung up on me three times before I could speak with a manger, Liz, who was rude, tried to negate what I said, and told me everything was fine. read more
