The seating area is always exceptionally clean. The kitchen area looks very clean as well. The design of the place is very sleek and contemporary. If there is a line it moves very quick and there is plenty of room to stand and not feel crowded by seating. My sub was prepared and ready even prior to me getting my credit card receipt. They definitely live up to the Freaky Fast. All the employees seem to take pride in restaurant in keeping it clean and making the customers happy. This particular Jimmy Johns seems very prom and proper which gives you a good feeling eating here. I have never visited any other JJ's to compare. The sub I ordered came out as expected and to order. When someone tells me that their (anything) in the State of Michigan is the best, there really should be a way for the diner to compare said "best" to other places. I do like the rolls. Very much so. But is the sandwich the "best"? I know of at least one place in Detroit that might at least share that claim. I still like the cold sandwiches and deli salads. The desserts are very good. And the burgers are good with a nice selection of toppings. Fries, tots, and chips are all available to order. The staff is very friendly, either in person or on the phone. The restaurant has a LOT of room in the dining area. Although I don't recall ever asking, it may have been two businesses at the same location, and at some point, the floor space was combined. They may not accept very large parties, like a business lunch, but they have the room for this type of gathering. I still recommend this place, and pickup/Door Dash is always available if you do not wish to dine in.

I recall at one point that there was one person taking orders, cooking, bagging orders, and acting as the cashier. She was not happy most of the time and it was pretty easy to see why. (NOTE: if the persons leaving the negative reviews on this page returned for an updated visit, their minds might change a bit. Or not.) Again, I generally only order the breakfast croissant and the occasional Whopper Jr. (The Diet Coke is cheaper across the street at McD's--thus, although it is two stops, I save a couple of bucks. When one retires, every couple of bucks saved helps.) Other than that, the store is "typical BK." The store is quiet inside as the dining area is not used that often. I do wish that the dining room and especially the restrooms received some more attention in terms of cleaning; however, that is usually not part of my visit. I am generally a drive-thru person.
