Don't know how this place is still open. Last visit I ordered online for 4:30 got there early at 4:20 and my food was already up and cold. The staff is so rude and make you feel like your are a burden to be there. I added something to my order and the woman that helped me acted like it was the end of the world by me adding something. Huffing and puffing at me. Like do the job and be greatful you have a job, it wasn't even a big order I added a large mac and cheese. Idk why but the chicken this trip tasted funny. Like no flavor. Service was fast and friendly, but cannot make up for the food. Had a famous bowl and the chicken was rubbery and no flavor in the gravy. I was very disappointed. This restaurant was doing very well last year with good tasting food but it has gone back to the nasty food they used to serve. For the last 6 times the drive thru has intentionally given me the wrong order. After 5 if you ask for extra crispy you will get regular. Last night I ordered a extra crispy breast and when I got home it was a half cooked thigh with blood in it. I had to put in the garbage. That was the last straw!!! When I got there , 2 emplyees were out back sitting on the curb in the back parking lot. One was behind the door smoking. I ordered my chicken and sure enough got the wrong order again. This KFC is a good one. I've been to several but this one is always clean and the workers smile instead of frown at you like at some other places. Fast and friendly here. I love the 2 piece meal with the leg and thigh for $5. And they have Sobe flavored water at no extra cost. You can get 2 pieces of chicken, a bisquit, mashed potatoes and gravy, a drink and a cookie all for a measly $5!!! It fills me up! I've always enjoyed eating here. One time I had to wait on some chicken and they gave me a cake for free because of the long wait. YUM! There's only one small thing I do not like.. its the way they roll up the chicken wings in a ball. I like them better cooked normally so that they are all covered in crispy batter. They brought back the corn muffins but they are not the same as the old ones. I liked the old recipe better and they weren't as dry and crumbly as the new corn muffins are. read more
