And to their credit, three people, including the owner/manager, were bussing tables as fast as possible. But consequently, it was hard to "flag" the waitress, and I only did so as she forgot me on two occasions. But I am a patient person...just hungry. COMMENTS: * A basket of chips and salsa (VERY GOOD) is $3. Profit margins are slim. They are worth paying for. * The AC was "barely" there. When it was in the upper 80s outside at 6 pm and cooler than it was inside, a HVAC mechanic was desperately needed. According to their Facebook page, this has been going on for a couple of weeks. It is either the landlord of a largely vacant strip mall (with a couple of anchors opening, which may help), causing the problem, or it is a triple-net lease, in which the restaurant is responsible for paying for the repairs. It's an expensive task. * Again, patient, but I wish that the waitress had checked more than twice - once to serve and once to refill a pop. Then, as the tables were still in some demand, "Let me cash you out..." It felt a bit like the "bum's rush." However, the food is good if you enjoy Tex-Mex cuisine. The same goes for longer hair on the serving line - hair net. * I again want Barbacoa on my bowl. The kid goes to fish out about 2 ounces of meat that has been sitting in the pan under juice for who knows how long. He comments "I think that I can get another serving out of this..." My reply is "no, check the other line and please do it correctly." He does so and comes back with a more than adequate serving. Please monitor and restock the lines in advance of needing to do so. THE CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO "THINK" OR OTHERWISE MANAGE THE EMPLOYEE! * And lastly, the Fajita Vegetable pan was completely empty...just like last time. I gave up and decided that I didn't want them anyway. On a positive note, the tables in much better shape from a cleanliness standpoint. But for now, I am done. I realize that costs are sky high for labor and product, but I can do better elsewhere. (NOTE: Someone from the store replied to an earlier review to "make amends."
