UPDATE 4/26/2019. Consistency!! Every time. Great customer service no matter the time of day. Last week I stopped in 10 minutes to closing time and the staff was super friendly and helpful. have eaten here several times typically for lunch. When you walk in you are always greeted. The seating area is always exceptionally clean. The kitchen area looks very clean as well. The design of the place is very sleek and contemporary. If there is a line it moves very quick and there is plenty of room to stand and not feel crowded by seating. My sub was prepared and ready even prior to me getting my credit card receipt. They definitely live up to the Freaky Fast. All the employees seem to take pride in restaurant in keeping it clean and making the customers happy. This particular Jimmy Johns seems very prom and proper which gives you a good feeling eating here. I have never visited any other JJ's to compare. The sub I ordered came out as expected and to order. We just had a small group of 8-9 just tried to eat here. It is 12:30 (lunch rush) and we were told they couldn't serve us because didn't have enough bread. They said this in front of the entire restaurant. I don't know how can serve the public and run a business if can't serve people during lunch rush. Ate there numerous times when visiting Adrian. The place is very clean and the workers very friendly. While you are giving your order, another worker would have already started making your sandwich. It is by far the fastest service you'll get at any deli. I usually get the Gargantuan for $8.95 and it fills me up, being a big eater and all. For meat eaters, get the tasty Gargantuan with twice the amount of meat. Light eaters should opt for any of the other sandwiches. Their chewy bread is much better than the soft...sometimes soggy...Subway bread. If you are a college student and price is a problem, and you don't want ramen again for breakfast, lunch and dinner, by all means go to Subway...I've eaten there many times myself. read more

This was our first and last visit here. Nothing ruins a sandwich like old, hard, cracked bread. I can hardly believe they would serve it like that. After a few bites I could not take it anymore. Still hungry......and shaking my head the people working there think this is OK to serve. read more

$4.25 for a Slim Sub!!?? They raised their pricing and I ordered a Slim 3 - just tuna and bread and it was $4.25. Seems too expensive IMO. Taste great and super fast delivery, just not worth it for me. read more
