I am officially done with Wendys..90% of the time I dont get what I ordered or they make them wrong item..I called once and they were rude so I stopped going and my husband just picked up our meals and they forgot the fries in all our orders? The people here were very friendly and attentive. They ran out of one of the items I was ordering and tried to make it right, which I appreciated. The store was very clean, and the decor was great. I was also happy with the number of people working behind the counter. It made me feel better as a customer that I ordered somewhere that wasn't stretched too thin. read more

They haven't made the burgers correctly the last 3 times I've been here. Last time, asked for no mayo, pickles and onions and got a burger with mayo, extra mustard and onions and missing the lettuce. Out of lettuce for months. Have to ask for a receipt every time. read more

I went to this establishment today and I ordered a biggie bag. Upon opening my bag to see what I'd received I noticed they'd forgotten to put my fries in my biggie bag. I went back around to get my missing fries and they told me that they couldn't give me my fries because I didn't have my receipt even though I was just there and they insinuated I was lying about my missing fries. So we've eaten here many times. I got food poisoning here once last summer. I called the manager to let them know. She did not seem to be too concerned about it and brushed me off. Just spotted this Wendy's and decided to pull in and check it out. Walking in we weren't greeted, and the workers were arguing over who's going to get our order right in front of us. But hey that's okay, I use to take orders and hated taking them after so long. Food was delicious, we never had chili that had onions on it. So that was a first. I enjoyed my number 10, nuggets and fries. We also noticed they had a free style machine. So I finally had my Coke Zero. Thank goodness. The dinning room was huge and a lot of room. So it wasn't hard to find a good spot. But watch out the sun will glare in and make the place super bright. Around the place there's halloween decorations, so that was nice to see. Overall, I was pleased with how good the food was and how the building look. Thumbs up. read more

It was great for me, my wife, daughter, and son-in-law, and my grandaughters aged 1 and 3 years old.

Went to get one of their salads that I love at lunchtime. My coworker arrived shortly afterwards and went through the drive through and was served and left in a couple minutes. In the meantime, I joined a line of 10+ people whose orders still hadn't been taken and 4 people who had ordered but hadn't received orders. 10+ minutes later no one else in the lobby had been helped because everyone was working drive through and the line, and they had had the person taking orders working the line, as well. There has not been a single time in the past 6 months that I have gotten my food correctly. Every time they screw up my order without fail. Tonight was the final stand, they messed up an order that was nearly impossible to mess up. We ordered chicken nuggets and a burger. Somehow they managed to give us two burgers, one was correct but the other had pickles onions and bbq sauce (something we did not order and was nothing near what the other burger was) instead of our chicken nuggets, no straws for our drinks, and no receipt. I do not understand in the slightest how something that simple can be screwed up that bad, especially considering the incorrect burger was way off. I will never be taking my business to this Wendy's ever again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. read more

Okay, I've been here three times. First time, my husband picked up and brought it home. Not sure how the service was but the food was okay. Second time, I went and got some food in the drive thru. I felt so rushed while placing my order. I ordered my combo first and he's like okay the total is ..... and I'm like well I'm not done I'm also going to add a kids meal. And again he was like okay the total is ..... this person didn't even know if I was done. He just assumed and tried to hurry me. As if there was a huge line. But I was the only one there (which the service is probably why). I went to the window and got my food and made sure to get a name. It said "Josef" and the worst part was it said manager underneath it. Now how is it that a manager can be so rude when he should be the number one person to give great customer service? I decided to let it go. I decided to try one more time and went to pick up a quick burger. Again in the drive thru was Josef the manager. Yup. Again no great customer service. Burger was soooooo messy. And my fries. Wth! They were soggy, cold, oily and salty. Isn't wendys know to have great quality to their food and yet this was no where near great! Way far from it. That was 2 out of 3 on bad experience which leads to losing customers for them. Because who should go when food and service is crap? No one. read more
