Billy's chicken fried steak is an ever-so-close second to Frank's CFS. Billy's CFS was accompanied by lovely and crispy hash browns, 2 over-easy eggs and a biscuit that I don't believe was hand crafted. The biscuit was, however, light and fluffy. Jenn was my bright and smiley server who fielded my many menu-related questions and provided how Billy's owner is an ardent supporter of all things local.
