I planned a dry flotation therapy experience for my wife for Mother's Day, and it turned into one of the most unprofessional customer experiences I've ever had. When we arrived, there was no concierge present despite that being promoted on their website. I had to track down the customer service number myself just to figure out how to access the room we had reserved. About 30 minutes later, I received a call from Anthony claiming I was being "inconsiderate," without even explaining why at first. After repeatedly asking what he was referring to, he said someone complained that my baby was crying -- which simply was not true. I asked him to check the cameras before making accusations, but instead he continued lecturing me and saying he was "protecting his clients." I am also a paying client. I booked and paid for my wife's experience. Once he realized that, his tone and story started changing. But by then, the damage was done. What should have been a relaxing Mother's Day experience became stressful and uncomfortable because of how we were treated. All I was doing was feeding my baby quietly. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Anthony chose to insult me, insult my wife, and send hostile text messages afterward to justify his behavior. A single customer complaint should never be enough reason to harass and disrespect another paying customer without verifying facts first. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Professionalism and customer respect are clearly not priorities here. He also thought my name was "Hayes" until I corrected him so who knows if he even called the right client. What an amazing experience! Everything is so clean and serene. You keep your clothes on and go inside the rooms which what seems like a floating device of a huge water bed. They keep everything sanitized after each session as well. It was also very helpful to see videos of how to get there and what to expect and how to get on the pod. There's a beautiful area to relax right afterwards with teas, coffees, and water. I will recommend to others to come here. Everything from care to quality here was superb. read more

I tried a dry float on Friday for the first time as part of my self care and enjoyed it so much that I returned yesterday!. I went in not knowing what to expect especially as someone who has carried so many people's lives in my career where I reached "numbness". The moment you walk in, it feels peaceful. It feels calm. It feels at ease. It feels like a sense of stillness. It is contactless so you get the code to your room and all the details texted to you prior. So I went in with the information and just went straight to my room and calmed my nervous system. After that I spent some time in the quiet room to really continue being in that energy and it was just a great experience. Life and experiences sometimes make us forget how to be "still" and this is the place to do that. I also noticed my sleep improved that night. I got a full 8 hours of sleep and I usually sleep 2-6 hours per night which is horrible. This really helped my body return to itself and let go of stress and anxiety. 10/10 would recommend. My friend and her son also got to experience this and it was just amazing. The amount of peace you feel is worth a shot. Wow just wow.... You don't realize the tension you carry until you actually apply different treatments. I started with the sound bath and first I was like ok cool it sounds relaxing. But once you surrender you release these stored up tensions. I kept laughing and fell into a calm state. I then moved to the massage treatment, and the girls did the most amazing job relaxing my neck and back. I finally ended with the float therapy and I can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed. I had a waterbed many years ago. I felt that this experience was little more than being on a waterbed in a small private room. There was no one there when we arrived or when we left which was a little unsettling. We had to call or text to communicate with staff. I'm always seeking a wellness facility where I'm going to come out feeling rested. This was my first time trying a dry float tank today and I wish I could have stayed for the whole day. It was nice not having the step of getting wet. I brought a change of comfy clothes. I felt weightless on the bed, like I was floating. As someone who has done a water float, I feel like it's a very similar experience. I went into a deep sleep and felt so rested and still do hours later. Will become at regular at this place. The purpose of floating is being in a highly buoyant saline solution that is the exact same temperature as your body. You don't wear anything as the purpose it lose sense of where your body stops and starts. This waterbed approach is a nice rest but it is NOT a floating experience and is really dishonest that it is being marketed as such. read more

This was a brand new experience for us and it was excellent. First, Anthony was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our needs from initial inquiry through the whole experience. When we walked into the space, we were instantly greeted with a well-thought out and appointed, calming space with soothing crème walls, gold accents and plants. They provided clear explanation on how to access the space, sanitize key surfaces and step into the float pods. What a clever thought to create a dry float experience - all the benefits without having to get wet. And we knocked out!! After the float experience, we were welcomed into another calming space with tea, coffee, inspirational card decks and other nice calming, affirming items placed around the room. Anthony created here an incredible space with the most amazing equipment. I used to float a lot, but don't have time now to spend half a day showering, washing my hair etc just to relax for 45min.
