Nurse Janelle injected my Botox, and I was left with severe bruising from Botox alone (no filler) and in my crows feet area. The bruising was so bad that people were constantly asking me for the following two weeks if someone had punched me in the face. After calling the clinic multiple times to complain and voice my concerns, I eventually received a phone call from the owner, Dr. Jessica Wright. During our conversation, Dr. Wright told me that this level of bruising was normal for them and that it happens to Botox patients 2-3 times per quarter at Rejuvenate Austin. I have been getting Botox for over five years and have never experienced bruising this severe. I found the entire experience extremely disappointing, particularly the way my concerns were handled afterward. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new injector. I will not be returning, and I hope the photos I have attached help others make an informed decision before booking an appointment.

I don't know about anyone else, but I am tired of people in positions of power and money believing they can do what they want to people without consequences just because of their current circumstances. They injected my face to look droopy and aged just like theirs because they are racist against white women. Thats the only conclusion I can come to. Other than that, I've been getting harassed and stalked by my PEDOPHILE EXHUSBAND and if they did this for him, that proves where their morals lie. (Spoiler alert: they don't have morals) THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND THEY WILL LIE ABOUT IT. I am a prior service member and I believe they did this to humble me either for their own sad satisfaction because they're clearly insecure because they know deep down they don't actually help people, they're just scamming. I have no reason to lie and I have plenty of photo evidence AND ultrasounds to PROVE they injected me in areas I DID NOT CONSENT TO! The emotional damage they have caused an already broken woman is beyond comprehension. I have been violated too many times in my life to not have the spine to call it out for what it is. Abuse. And since they have money and a lawyer they feel like they're above consequences and above treating people with kindness and respect. Do not do business with these people. They do not deserve anybody else's money. They need to have their licenses revoked and they need to be jailed for assault.
