We got to see both how they manufacture their parts/systems but also the area where they install, test, and gather valuable feedback to the operation of their replacement parts/systems. Bullet Proof Diesel customers include individuals as well as fleet owners with large trucks. I have personally benefitted with the installation of Bullet Proof Diesel's oil cooler and egt cooler on my 6.0 liter. I have put 70k miles on my truck and continues to run great both solo and pulling our 36' 5th wheel. Thank you Jeff!!!!

RUN! (away!) Like another reviewer here (see below), if I…read morecould give NEGATIVE stars, I would. These guys wasted about 3 months of my time. They kept telling me that they could do my project. They told me that they ordered the parts (see another reviewer below who was told the same thing). Turns out, they never ordered the parts. After a visit down there, 4 emails, 3 phones calls (never returned), I finally get an email saying that 'maybe' they could do the work in May. (after I was told I was 'booked' in January). The truth usually works. If you didn't want to do the job or couldn't, say so. Instead, you wasted my time, a 30 mile trip to come see you guys (by the way, crap all over the shop) and lied to me. If there is that much work in Motorcycles, I'm going to open a shop. Compared to these guys, I'd make a mint!

Other quotes around the area were 2-3x more, weren't available same day, and would have to drive to their shop to get fixed while being stuck there for hours while the work was done. Ortega's was highly recommended to me. My car needed serious repair, oil cooler leak. In order to…read moreget to the part dis-assemble down from the top to bottom of engine to replace the oil cooler. The 2 factory gaskets were leaking, easy replacement except for the intensive labor to remove and replace. Mr. Orgeta was assured me he could do the work and was very positive about it. I spoke with a couple of customers of whom raved about his services. I even brought a friend with me who was impressed as well. When the job was done, I picked up my car, drove off the lot and on the way home the smell of exhaust was heavy, check engine light was on. I took it back to him 3 times, to no avail. He admitted he shouldn't have taken the job! He just didn't know how to repair it. He offered at 12 month warranty of which he has not honored. He won't respond to my calls. I have been ghosted. I cannot get my car registered emmission problem caused by improper install of EGR valve system. The lights don't work properly,. the a/c goes off and on, the clock has stopped, and the locks only work sometime. None of this was broken when I took it in. Yesterday there were 4 new oil leaks on my driveway. My beautiful Mercedes is BROKEN more than when I took it in. It will cost several thousand dollars to repair it, the EGR valve alone is $737.00. I would not recommend this business.
