I discovered this hidden massage place while in the neighborhood and looking for a last minute walk-in. They were able to get me an appointment for an hour long massage within half an hour of calling the place! The place is clean and has multiple massage rooms, so it is suitable for larger parties as well. The massage itself was good, however the therapist did not speak English so communication was a little difficult. However she did respond well to cues and gestures and was very attentive overall! The use of hot stones was a plus. The technique seemed a mix of Thai and Swedish strokes, so it is not a place if you are looking for deep tissue/trigger point relief kind of work. The prices are very reasonable given that this place is very new ($50!!). They have a good deal going on if one is looking for a foot massage combo (I believe $27 or so) and also a Groupon online. Ahhh massages and during the stresses of holiday season. It's a relief to be able to walk in and get an hour of peace and quiet to recharge yourself when you have aches and pains everywhere. I stopped by on a whim this Monday afternoon after my morning workout and lunch and decided to get the grand opening special combo massage. It being $26 for an hour for your head, arms, back and legs/feet was so great and just the right amount of pressure. I was so sad to have to realize it was over and an hour had passed, I mean that's the best right? Standard Asian massage place where you get your feet soaked, rub down and then hot towel at the end. We have been here a few times and love it. The ladies are really nice here. And she will help remind you of your appointment. The inside is very clean and still new looking. We got the full body massage, 2 beds in one room which was nice to be with your partner. Heads up if you do get the full body, they do not do any foot massage. I love coming to get the foot part, so I'll probably get the combo next time. Prices are fair as well. read more

The therapist is quite good although I like stronger pressure. I asked twice during the massage; maybe she is only capable to apply so much pressure. She is very attentive and I appreciate that. The other negative note about this place is they false advertise their prices. The signs and pictures of the menu are over 10 months old! If you ask for the specials, they will tell you "it's no more!" or "No more special". She said no one asks to do stronger pressure like me So I told her then I'd like to stop the massage now (it's 20 mins in), cuz I know I won't enjoy the rest of my massage And she basically guilt tripped me by saying they had already said no to other customers coming in becuz I called before hand to make an appt I'm thinking... is it my fault that u can't provide me the service that I'm looking for?? I recently bought a Groupon for well foot spa. The 30 minute foot massage was average. They spent a lot of time on the toes and not enough time on the arches and soles of the feet. Was very disappointed when the masseuse did not apply pressure (kind of just rubbing in lotion), and when I asked for more pressure like a deep tissues massage she had no idea was I was saying. I took this opportunity to just relax. It came to the final part (my feet) and she says..."thank you lady, all done." When I told the guy up front (very unpleasant man) he simply ignored me and had me pay. When I did not leave a tip he became very vocal! Went in for a couples massage. Me and my partner have many knots in our backs and let me say they worked them out perfectly. I see a lot of bad reviews on here and majority of them are just complaining about pressure. Ridiculous if you ask me because me being small they applied perfect pressure and my partner being thick they applied perfect pressure there too. The staff were extremely nice and very mindful of boundaries too. Which I seen a complaint on that. If you get massages you KNOW they massage EVERYTHING. I had an unprofessional and abusive experience at Well Foot Spa during a couple's massage. The massage itself was weak even though I repeatedly asked for deep tissue. The staff was incapable of communicating in English at all creating a very difficult time regarding using a gift card. Worst of all, they did not respect boundaries of being covered by the sheet and barged in when we were undressed acting as if nothing just happened. My only regret is not walking out early. Had a session with a wonderful therapist last week named Emily. Was hurting and requested a two hour booking with her again yesterday. I had made an appointment specifically requesting Emily. I arrived after driving in from IH35 and William Cannon and was walked into the room only to find out the therapist I had booked with was not on-site and the owner had tried telling me that the therapist she tried placing me with was the same therapist I had had a session with last week. She lied to me and was trying to tell me it was Emily (it wasn't) and that all Chinese people look alike!! Yes she actually said that. I was initially very pleased with my first visit here and obviously a returning customer. But not anymore. Very very poor way to try to build repeat clientele. I don't have a lot of time for myself and frequently travel between N Dallas and here. It shouldn't have been difficult at all to have just told the truth and to have let me schedule at a time when the therapist I requested was available. Or allowed me to make the decision to have someone else work on me. Petty simple. Instead I'm still ticked at how this played out. Sad thing is that there is alot of competition in the area for massages, so to have pulled this was complete lack of common sense. read more

This is a new place just two months old and it is a very quiet relaxing environment. The rooms are spacious and my mom and I both had our treatment in the same room. Both therapists worked pretty much at the same pace and it was overall just a relaxing time - good nice music in the background and ambient lighting. My sister had gifted us these vouchers but the price when you walk in is the same as the voucher so only $20 for 30 minute reflexology massage. Boyfriend bought a couples massage for my birthday and we were rather disappointed. Especially since it was his first massage. I've had a handful of massages and this is the only one I've left feeling worse than when I came in. My back is VERY sore today and I'm not very happy about that. Essential oils, hot stones, and a deep tissue massage were marketed to us. No essential oils, each of us were only oiled up once or twice and the majority of the massage was through a rough towel. We were rubbed with two sets of hot stones for less than 5 min, and my boyfriend described the pressure at the beginning of the massage as "petting". My masseuse had decent pressure but consistently leaned over me or propped a hand on the back of my leg to get to the other side rather than walking around the table which was a bit awkward. We felt guilty about not tipping well but it was not a pleasant experience. read more
