They were the highest-rated so he picked them. 2 women came and knocked on the door. They hadn't confirmed the time so he was slightly surprised, but was grateful all the same. They were efficient and thorough, meticulous and comprehensive. He was in 1 room while they cleaned and when they were done, he moved to the other so they could clean the room he'd just been in. I've never seen my bathroom and kitchen so clean! The sink and counters are spotless. They reached corners I'd forgotten about and were very thoughtful, folding clothes, putting papers into neat stacks, rearranging pillows to look better, and better rearranging and folding kitchen towels and hanging some on the dishwasher which I hadn't done before. The dishwasher was pretty new and I just didn't think to put some there besides on the freezer drawer handle and oven handles. They also cleaned fridge shelves and better arranged cooking supplies on the counter (they're there because I use them almost daily.) They cleaned the toaster and made the dining room table look better. The wine cart also looks better. The tv stand looks better. The coffee table and coffee table books look better and nicer and so does my bookshelf. They dusted board games. They made my messy desk look presentable. Everything just looks better. My apartment was so messy that it was over $100 pricier than the estimate (hey, work's been very busy.) Prices are cheaper the more often they come. He swindled his way into receiving payment under the false pretense of correcting the situation and then reneged on the agreement. They are not a trustworthy business. I will share will my social media followers as well. The ladies did a good job and were nice until it was time to be held accountable. The wife cursed and left angry. They did not speak English so I am not sure what they were saying. They first quoted me $300 and once they got there increased the price to $450 based on the work required. I agreed To the $450. once the work was completed Daniel agreed to receive $300 at the completion of service but would come back the next day for the remaining balance once he fixed the countertop. He now refuses to return and is lying about this experience. Id Daniel came back today as agreed upon this would all be rectified. He is not a trustworthy business.
