Shannon is a wise and sensitive soul. My doctor referred me to Shannon to help me better handle life with a chronic medical condition. From our first session, Shannon approached me with kindness and genuine curiosity. During our time together, she guided me into the inner reaches of my body and mind with patience, openness, and compassion. I had never tried hypnotherapy before my sessions with Shannon. In fact, I went in as a skeptic, but I found Shannon's approach to be powerful and grounded in deep truths. More insights were revealed to me in my couple of months with Shannon than I'd uncovered in the combined years of talk therapy that I've done in the past. Forget what you think you know about hypnotherapy, and take the leap. With Shannon, you're in good hands. read more

I initially went to Shannon with the intention of working through the physical, mental, and emotional challenges that come with Long Covid and chronic fatigue. This was my first time doing hypnotherapy so I was a bit nervous to start, but Shannon did a great job explaining to me the process of hypnotherapy and listened intently to what I wanted to work on. After doing a series of sessions with her, I have noticed myself feeling less weighed down by the feelings of sadness and frustration that were so constant for me, and instead moving towards happiness and living the life I want to live. I feel happier day-to-day and more resilient on my hard days. Ultimately, working with Shannon has changed my perspective on life and allowed me to connect with parts of myself I was not even aware of. Shannon is the real deal! read more

I got the pleasure of working with Shannon over the span of a year. I originally reached out to her because I wanted to work through a pretty bad medical, needle and blood phobia. I wanted to eventually have children but I was scared to pursue that due to the phobias mentioned above. Turns out the phobias were the tip Of the iceberg and so we began to heal different parts of my myself. By the end of that year I got pregnant which was actually not really on purpose. I was able to Go through my pregnancy and through child birth much more relaxed even when things got a little bit out of course. There is no way that I would have been able to remain as calm as I was had I never done the work with Shannon. Therapy is an ongoing process we are never 100% "cured" but I'm in such a better mental space now. I plan on continuing to see Shannon post partum to continue my well mental being Journey. Shannon is extremely punctual and professional. I never had her show up late to any session. She is compassionate and comforting but also remains a (realist) she will not sugar coat which is important in my opinion. *** like with any therapy, your success will be based on how ready you are to put in the work and be honest with yourself and your therapist specially with hypnotherapy read more

Shannon has helped me break through several mental barriers with her grounded, centered approach and insightful advice. Working with her, I've felt a noticeable softening of past traumas. I appreciate that she offers new perspectives without judgment and always tells me what I need to hear--not just what I want to hear. Thanks to her guidance, I now have a clearer sense of purpose and direction. I look forward to working with her again in the future!! read more

I had the opportunity to work with Shannon for the past few years. Throughout our time together, I not only found her to be an effective hypnotherapist, but also an amazing human being. Unlike other traditional therapists I've encountered, Shannon never gave me the impression that the difficulties I faced were "odd" or too much to handle. She is patient, and allowed me to heal at my own pace, never making me feel rushed, like there was a certain deadline to arrive at healing. She also has the unique ability to fully accept people for who they are, where they are at in their journey, and what type of person they wish to be, or who they wish to become. Shannon is a constant professional, holding clients accountable while setting and establishing achievable goals. But most importantly, Shannon instills confidence in her clients, allowing them to realize their own inner strength. After working with her, I came to the conclusion that however big the obstacle, "I got this!" I would highly recommend Shannon to anyone who is struggling, or for anybody who simply needs to have a human interaction with someone else who gives zero judgment in return. Working with Shannon is a wise decision; a decision I do not believe one will regret :) read more

Shannon helped me resolve painful issues that have followed me all of my life and the relief I feel is like nothing I have experienced before. I feel like an enormous weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I have been in counseling on and off for years, and found it helpful, short term. Shannon provides a much deeper dive into the pain, grief, and trauma that never seemed to go away no matter how much I talked about them. I will admit, it was hard work slogging through memories I preferred to ignore, but it was worth it because those experiences no longer influence my actions today. I knew my life and relationships were suffering but I did not understand why. Shannon helped me let go of the limitations my past had created and find the life and relationships I have always wanted. I will always be grateful for her compassionate guidance. read more

Shannon is a wonderful listener, coach, and hypnotherapist. With her help, I uncovered blocks and fears I had around committing to my dreams. My life has completely changed because of her. I am not exaggerating, but my daily life has changed because of her services! As a business woman, she sees possibilities in you, and gives you ideas of how you can use your talents --that would actually work! I started with Shannon in January 2021. I bought one 3 month package, and then another right after that. I had job conflicts that came up during my weekly time with her, and she was so flexible and let me schedule sessions one month out. Thank you Shannon, for helping ME to see my potential, for helping me to set boundaries and protect my energy, and commit to life I want to create for myself. read more

My experience with Shannon was profoundly awakening! This review will not do justice to explain everything. After working with Shannon almost a year I see my self as a different women! I went from feeling hopeless, defeated and confused with my self and my marriage to Feeling EMPOWERED, CLEAR ON MY VISION FOR LIFE and HOPEFUL for my MARRIAGE. She truly guided me through some of the deepest emotional pain I had that I didn't even wanted to think, not alone talk about it. She helped me open my eyes to my OLD believe systems in every area of my life! Now, I know for sure Shannon helped me to move forward into a new phase of my life... AMAZING! Iam truly grateful for Shannan's guidance, wisdom, and her 100% honesty! Wasn't sure what to expect from hypnotherapy and was a little nervous going into it, but Shannon legitimately changed my life with her work. In just a handful of sessions, she helped me heal and work through anxiety attacks, relationship struggles and building an overall confidence in my interactions with others. And I've felt the lasting effects now even several months after our sessions. So impressed with Shannon. read more

Shannon is such a gift. She is such an exceptional listener and healer. She worked with me on uncovering deep childhood trauma, the loss of my beloved father, relationship challenges, my own self worth. She is incredibly intuitive. Sometimes she was delicate with her approach and sometimes she was incredibly candid (with my permission). It was like she was doing a deep cleaning of my soul. I have seen so many therapists and have done group work, but never have I had the opportunity to work with someone that was ultimately truly tuned into healing from the inside out. She helped me release so much darkness stored in my body and subconscious and I am forever grateful. read more

Shannon is a total badass. She's really helped me move forward into a new phase of my life, one where I'm more conscious of the trauma wounds behind my patterns and behaviors. She helped me to love, listen to, and appreciate my inner child, and unlocked key memories and events that are still affecting me today. Our hypnotherapy sessions went deep, and brought up some triggers I had no idea were still affecting me so strongly now; Shannon calmly and effectively walked me through methods with which to assuage those wounds going forward. She facilitated the beginning of such an immense healing process. No matter what I came to the table with the desire to work on (and it was a lot!) she showed up in an articulate, compassionate, non-judgmental, and graceful way. The practices she taught me are ones I'll hold onto. Truly feel she is like a guardian angel. I'm so thankful for the work I've done with her! read more

After working with Shannon for only a few months, I can see a powerful and beautiful shift within me. With her guidance and coaching I have been able to bridge the gap between many deep issues from my past to patterns I had formed over the years. I now feel that I am stronger and more empowered. I can more clearly visualize the path I want to be on, and the path I am meant to be on. She has taught me powerful and productive tools so I can continue to heal. Beginning work with Shannon was the best decision I have made for myself. I highly recommend her, with all of my heart, and encourage anyone to take the first step towards healing and do the work with her. read more

Shannon is both wise and experienced. Our sessions have been very effective for me. I went from feeling reactive and having a hard time focusing at work and almost quitting, to seeing the seeds of my upset, uprooting them, and planting love in their place. Her soft, kind voice and firmly caring presence help me to also be kind with my deepest self. With hypnotherapy, she helped me plant self-acceptance deep in my psyche. I've cultivated this self love, and it has outgrown our sessions together and begun to heal other, seemingly unrelated hurt feelings that had clumped together in my memories. I'd recommend Shannon 100% to anyone. read more

Struggling with grief after the loss of my son and the devastating Northern California Megafire of 2018 I was able to connect with Shannon. Her guidance, love and insight had an almost immediate affect on finding my center again. For weeks before our first session it seemed as if my own strength had been fully unplugged. With her assistance, together I was guided back to my heart home. Below is a piece of my story that came through. "...I was gifted a powerful healing session yesterday. Thank you dear sister. I woke up this morning knowing (yet again), that Sage's death has become my medicine. I pushed through the pains of labor when he was born. Now I push through the pains of the deepest love and sadness with his leaving." read more

It took me a while to write a review for Shannon because I was trying to gather my thoughts on how much Shannon has helped me with coping with emotions that were out of my control. It took me a long time to muster up the courage to even admit that I needed help dealing with whatever I was going through internally and that I need to figure out the source so my children do not go through a repeated cycle. Shannon was recommended to me by a friend's coworker. I contacted her and she instantly responded back. It was a little nerve wrecking attending my first session, but the connection I felt with Shannon made those unsettling feelings disappear instantly. Throughout my journey with Shannon, she has helped me gain more control of my mental health through exercises and guidance on how to deal with my triggers. Without her, I am absolutely positive that my pregnancy and my newborn would have felt the effects of my emotions. I didn't want to pass that down to my child and I also didn't want my family to suffer either. Things that bothered me no longer bothers me. She helped me understand that certain people will be the way they are and giving yourself a voice by speaking up is one of the best things you can do for yourself. I really appreciate all that Shannon has done for me. I've never believed that therapy would work, but sometimes we have to get over that mentality and just get the help that is needed to live a healthier life. I'm glad that I decided to get the help needed and that our paths crossed when it did. Because of Shannon, my outlook on life has changed drastically. From my own experience, I highly, highly recommend for those going through a tough time to get in contact with Shannon. You won't regret it because she is TRULY AMAZING! read more

I was struggling with infertility and reached out to Shannon after reading her website about the conscience mind. Her words resonated deeply with me and she has helped me tremendously. I spent 4 years struggling and fearing that I wouldn't become a mother, a deep desire of mine. We went deep into my sub-conscience to understand where this fear started, why I held on to it, and what belief I was telling myself daily. Through (6) hour long sessions we worked on finding the deep belief, bringing it to the surface, and slowly adjusting my inner dialog with myself. The first month of therapy, I was pregnant, all on my own, I couldn't believe it, then I miscarried, but overwhelmed with the ability to get pregnant, I continued with therapy, 4 positive pregnancy test later, still no solid pregnancy even with fertility interventions. Then finally the 5th IVF cycle we had a healthy baby and strong heartbeat. Our little guy born Dec 2018 was worth all the tears, money, frustrations and setbacks. Then entire time Shannon always believed in me, told me I could do it, maybe that's all I needed, someone else to believe that I could do it. 6 months after having our miracle baby boy, we amazingly found ourselves naturally pregnant with baby #2, no fertility interventions! Currently 8 months pregnant, I'm now leaning on Shannon to visualize a healthy baby, easy delivery, and a house with two babies to love. Thank you Shannon for your belief in me when I didn't believe in myself, your support through the failures, and being there and following up with me when I had the baby! I cannot recommend your services enough. read more

I recently went through a major life change that prompted me to reevaluate everything in life- particularly, how I was choosing to fill my day. I knew I needed a career change because my days in corporate America had been slowly depleting me for years. I needed help outside of my support system- a neutral voice who could help me really dig inside to find out what it is I'm meant to be doing in life. I reached out to a couple people I found on yelp and after our first communication, instantly felt drawn to Shannon. After our first session together, I knew she was the right person to help me find clarity in an ambiguous time. Throughout our time together, she used her innate tools to help me slow down, really take stock of my life and my values, and through her natural knack for helping others, was able to empower me to look deep inside and find a career that leveraged my previous experience but also aligned with who I was as a person. I am now on a path to a career I feel like I was meant to have and I show up happier in my personal life too. Almost 2 years ago I started the very painful process of a very terrible divorce. I was completely lost. I didn't know what to do, but I knew I had to do something quickly. Desperate for help, I found Shannon online and I sent her an email briefly explaining my situation. She quickly responded and I immediately felt her warmth and compassion. Luckily, I was able to see her shortly thereafter and that began my journey with her. Shannon stood by me every step of the way. She is a great listener and very sincere. Shannon has a very special gift. She knew how to guide me through all the twists and turns of my situation and she knew how to challenge me to dig deep within myself to find my inner strength. Wow, I am so thankful the universe lead me to Shannon. I was feeling like I was in need of some guidance surrounding my voice and lack of confidence I felt professionality. I had worked with a hypnotherapist years ago for anxiety, but working with Shannon was so much more impactful and real. Not only were we able to address my professional frustrations, but other things came to light that I didn't even realize were issues. I worked with Shannon for approx.. 3 months and I can truly say I have noticed a big difference in the way I interact professionally, and honestly just feel better in my own skin. I'm actually shocked by the results we reached in such a short amount of time. Shannon is such a wonderful person, and I look forward to working with her as time goes on. read more

I highly recommend Shannon. I stumbled upon her Yelp page because I was having a hard time moving forward in my relationship given issues we had in the past. I knew nothing about hypnotherapy, but read her Yelp reviews and thought I had nothing to lose. During my first discussion with her, I told her that although my relationship had improved, I had triggers that I needed to address or the relationship would not be sustainable. Shannon explained that triggers are wounds, and the bigger the trigger, the deeper the wound. She said that the body stores these experiences, and that until I clear myself of these wounds, I cannot move forward; hence, my inability to let go. Through her, I was able to address the root causes of many issues. She held me accountable for things I needed to work on, but at the same time, exhibited empathy, patience, and grace for what I had gone through, and how I had made significant progress during our sessions and needed to be patient with myself. After seeing her, I have seen a difference in myself. I am confident that I would not have been able to get to where I am now, if I didn't find her. If you landed on her page and are reading the reviews, like I did, do yourself a favor and reach out to her. It could be transformative. read more

Here I am ten years after the sudden passing of my husband. I have been in therapy, have met with a psychic, met with a medium and I finally found some peace through hypnotherapy with Shannon. Shannon is so gentle, soft spoken and really good at what she does. I didn't quite know what to expect when I made my appointment, but as soon as I walked through the door, I felt so relaxed. We began our session by talking a bit about what I wanted to change in my life and the things that were holding me back from healing. I can't say enough about her high level of compassion and professionalism. Hypnotherapy is an amazing thing for those seeking a deeper understanding of why they can't break patterns or change the way things control one's life. I started seeing Shannon in October 2018 and went every week for about ten weeks. I was seeking an alternative therapist and was referred to Shannon by her suite mate. During this time I was seeking guidance and support to process a toxic relationship I had been in as well as the relationship I had with myself. I landed the jack pot when I met Shannon. I felt an instant connection and knew she was just what I needed to help support me through my journey. Her questions, exercises ("homework") and hypno therapy was everything I needed. She guided me with comments or questions I had never thought of before or had ever reflected on before. I learned to become aware and conscious of my own traits that I liked/disliked-what they meant and how to process them. In what felt like a very fast ten weeks of seeing Shannon-I can honestly say I am in the best place that I have been in a long time. Shannon is hands down amazing. I went into meeting with her thinking what she did was a bunch of hogwash and why would I need someone like her. I'm fine, I can figure all this out for myself. She reaffirmed everything I was feeling, took that voice in my head telling me I wasn't worth my story and made me worth it. She is amazing and I am a true believer that once you heal on the inside and feel good inside you can move on to the transformation of the outside. I first started working with Shannon in July 2017. At the time, I was seeking real change in my life and I knew I needed help to do this. My relationship with myself was unhealthy and I was very much unhappy. Shannon and I worked together for nine months and it was the beginning of my spiritual awakening. My experience with her work was healing in so many ways. She helped me find my truth, accept it, and own it. Shannon was gently honest when it came to looking at how I was showing up in my life. Her approach allowed me to look at my own faults without feeling judged and without judging myself. I used to feel like a victim and I didn't even understand what this was or what it meant until I met her. Today, I am in a much better place. One of my favorite things that I learned from her was, for every finger you are pointing at someone there are three more pointing right back at you. What this means for me is you cannot play the victim in your own life; everything that happens around you, reflects yourself. This information has helped me see my relationships with others in a different light as well, it taught me not take on anything from anyone as my own. I will always be grateful for the time and energy Shannon put in to help me along my journey of healing and happiness. If you are considering working with her, just do it. She is a patient teacher and an amazing woman to work with. Thank you for everything Shannon. read more

Shannon has a gift. It is the gift of compassion and love that touches deeply. She has done and continues to do her own hard work and continues her own journey so that she can fully serve those that choose her as a guide in their quest to become empowered, change their patterns of behavior, and live fully from their center, unclouded by ego response. What I learned specifically from Shannon is that we all have triggers and it is our reactions that can trap us in situations that do not serve us. She'll take you there, to your issues, honor you while you're there without judgement , help you squirm through the mush and out of your cocoon and then she'll continue to honor and celebrate the beautiful butterfly that is you. read more

I am so grateful I met Shannon!! I was in search of finding a way to feel more at peace with myself, my thoughts and to lessen my anxiety which was worsening to the point I was getting panic attacks. I came across Shannon's website and signed up an 8 week course titled "Empowering the Feminine." I'll be honest, I was a bit apprehensive at first but that feeling soon passed. Shannon led the group and her meditations with love, kindness, and respect taking into account each and everyones individual needs. For this, I felt safe, loved and respected. We shared from our hearts (deeply) and learned from each other. It was a powerful experience that opened up many emotions that I never knew was there. Instead of avoiding feelings as I once would have, with her guidance she taught me to embrace them, stay with the feeling and work through them. It was an experience of Enlightenment! Today, I feel more centered, lighter, and at peace. My anxiety is minimal if that, and I have not had one panic attack. ~Thank you Shannon for your wisdom, your powerful insight and gracious love.~ "The longest journey you will make in your life is from your head to your heart."
