One day, I reached out and was connected with Tess Zeito. Our first call was serendipitous - I knew at the end of the 30 minutes that we were meant to work together and meet. I started with the 8 weeks plan with the option to extend. I am finishing up my 8 weeks and I put in the work and stayed committed to working with Tess every week. I feel transformed, empowered and have so much clarity. I trusted the process and now am going to extend my time with Tess as there is more ground to cover, especially around professional development. I am so glad Tess is my life coach. She helped me transform and get out of a fear loop that was holding me back. I am beyond grateful to Tess. Thank you.

She provides great tools and insight in all facets of my life in such a short amount of time (6 months). Before meeting Leah, I was lost and confused with my career, love life, and self worth. She helped nourish a certain part of me that I was always reluctant to feel and had a hard time in trusting in myself. She also empowered me to make the necessary changes and gave me the right tools to tackle all that problems that hindered my personal growth. She is extremely intuitive and empathetic in her methods of coaching and it made our sessions highly productive. I cannot thank her enough for the development and progress that I have made for the last six months. I highly recommend her to anyone that is having problems in any aspects of their life and are willing to change for the better. She has been a true blessing to my life and I am forever grateful for her.

As insanely nervous as I was at our first session, her compassionate approach immediately put me at ease. Dana is very warm and approachable, making it easy to open up! Dana took the time to understand how I think, helping me gain awareness of my feelings and providing me with numerous techniques to counter negative and intrusive thoughts. When something wasn't working for me, she offered new approaches and worked to understand my viewpoint. I now have a toolkit of strategies to manage my mental health more effectively. If you're looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and can make a real difference in your life, I highly recommend Dana. She is a true professional and a beacon of hope for what I thought would never be possible.

I had a lot of anxiety at that time as well, and I really feel that with working with her helped me get through it. I've been going to her ever since, and though my recent move makes that more difficult, I've been continuing to reach out for guidance, advice, and to talk things through when I'm having trouble navigating something. Dana is incredibly kind, understanding, and empathetic and generally a wonderful person, but she has an incredible way of connecting to work through things in a way that feels natural and right to you. In every difficult situation I've gone to her through, she has always helped me lead the way in figuring out what feels best for me in my life. There was a point where I had difficulties in my relationships with my dad, and she suggested a joint session, and my dad still, two years later, talks about how wonderful she was. I'm certain that she connects just as well with everyone she works with, all manner of different people, because it's just who she is and how good at her job she is. If you're looking for coaching that's more self-guided so you can develop effective tools, goals, and strategies through difficult situations, or even just advice and support through your every day life, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dana. She's worked with me through different moves, schools, relationships, friendships, and I feel like I've come through it all a much more confident person, better able to navigate it all.

Initially we got in touch as fellow coaches trading sessions for accreditation hours. I used her for random personal goals I thought of moments before our sessions started. She also improved my coaching style, giving me precise feedback and suggestions which allowed my sample coaching submission to pass the ICF board review. However, over the following year, I gradually realized that our marriage had not meaningfully improved despite the counseling. One of the strongest messages I took away from the sessions was that my family of origin and my relationship with my parents were the primary causes of our marital problems. This did not only lead me to feel guilty and blame myself; it also caused me to blame my family and my parents. The emotional impact became so significant that I eventually sought individual therapy to work through those feelings. I believe Estee genuinely wanted to help us, and I do not question her intentions. However, her approach was not effective for me and maybe someone else has similar background like me. If you come from an East Asian family and place great importance on your relationship with your parents and family of origin, I would encourage you to consider carefully whether this counseling approach is the right fit for you. Different therapists have different perspectives, and this particular approach was not a good match for my background or my needs. Finally, I respectfully ask that Estee not contact me regarding this review. I have worked hard to recover from the guilt, self-blame, and family-related conflict that I experienced after counseling, and I do not wish to revisit those feelings through further discussion.
