We called on a Sunday evening, and even though they too were super busy, they made time for us, and spent time on the phone with us to help figure out what the issue might be before they even got here. Sure enough, what they'd guessed was the issue. Also- they recommended some folks to come in and fix the drywall/insulation issue for when they'd finished the initial repair. And best of all, they coordinated with the drywall repair folks so that when Fabian was finished, the drywall repair folks stepped right in- same day, full repair Aaron's Home Repair Services, also really good at what they do!). Fabian took care to cover the area beneath the leak just in case something unexpected happened. He fixed the issue, pointed out some items we might want to fix sooner or later- not because he was drumming up more business for himself, but rather he was showing us what should be next on our home repair list in that bathroom so we could avoid future extra drywall etc repairs. Very thoughtful. He was clear and concise with the suggestions he made, his rates are fantastic for the work that he did, and the fact that he went the extra mile coordinating without my having to be the go-between really made me feel respected and taken care-of as a client. We called several different plumbers to get a price to put in a gas shut off valve; however, no plumbing company that we called would give us a price over the phone. They all wanted to send a plumber out charging a service fee. Then we called Jessi's Plumbers, and Fabien told us that we should haver a gas shut off valve and to look in the cabinets. We looked in the cabinets and found the gas shut off. The next time I need a plumber, I am calling Jessi's plumbing.

We had a leak in our bath faucet that would not stop running and water was pooling on the bath edge . With it getting worse and an ice storm on the way, we knew we needed to get it addressed so they were able to come out same day only to discover that the builder had left no access point to the faucets so only way in was through the cupboard wall in front of the bath and the faucet was grouted or stuccoed in place!! The pieces needed to be replaced only there was little inventory anywhere - they found an almost identical set and made a dash out to get it before the store closed - and were able to get it all repaired. We also had a leak in our shower wall and they used a camera to assure us it was dry behind the shower and we had a small grout leak so at least that was one less project. Anthony and Josh were so nice, so helpful and so patient with our crazy bathroom set up! I highly recommend their work !!

I recently had a toilet that would get clogged, then would have water run under my baseboards…read more Fearing the worst, I called a plumber. Not knowing any better, I called a competing pluming company, and long story short, they took advantage of me. The plumber took his sweet time, and did not use a good camera to diagnose my problem. He informed me I had a broken pipe under my foundation and quoted me over nine grand to fix it. He said to diagnose what was going on with the water under the baseboards would be extra. He also ripped us off for over $800 to clear the clog. He also walked back and forth loading and unloading the same tools milking the clock, and taking numerous calls from his boss, slowing him down. Looking for a second opinion, we consulted with friends and they recommended Swain Plumbing. Mike came over a few days after and gave us a proper diagnosis, and confirmed what the other plumber did. Mike cut a hole in the wall near the baseboards and found we had a cracked pipe on the downstairs bathroom that was tied into a pipe flowing downstairs. The water only leaked when the backup of the toilet disrupted the flow. Recent foundation work was more than likely the culprit of the cracked pipes. Mike gave us his professional opinion on how to fix it, and he gave us a much more honest quote than the first guy who ripped us off. He also only charges a flat fee to clean clogs. If I could give Mike 10 stars, I would. I cannot stress how satisfied I was with his professionalism and good work. Saved me almost half of what the other guy charged. Put me at ease as well. Highly recommend Mike for any plumbing need. Give him a shot. You will not be disappointed.

I had an incident recently where I needed someone to come look at something soon. My hot water heater was making loud noises and dumping water out the drainage pipe. Being a new homeowner I'd never experienced this before. I called him twice, and also texted. Didn't get a response until the next day, after I'd already scheduled service with another company. I called him around 6:15 pm, which I realize is after hours. I only mention this because maybe he's not the one to call in an emergency, or even a perceived emergency. (The issue ended up being my water pressure regulator.) But I'd absolutely recommend him if you need some planned work done.
