I have to say a HUGE thank you to Fast Flow Plumbing and sorry for my idiot home builder that made…read morewhat should have been a simple job - an almost 5 hour process! We had a leak in our bath faucet that would not stop running and water was pooling on the bath edge . With it getting worse and an ice storm on the way, we knew we needed to get it addressed so they were able to come out same day only to discover that the builder had left no access point to the faucets so only way in was through the cupboard wall in front of the bath and the faucet was grouted or stuccoed in place!! The pieces needed to be replaced only there was little inventory anywhere - they found an almost identical set and made a dash out to get it before the store closed - and were able to get it all repaired. We also had a leak in our shower wall and they used a camera to assure us it was dry behind the shower and we had a small grout leak so at least that was one less project.
