He inspected the wiring to the disposal and removed it. Showed me the issue and said the charge was 241.00 which did not include a replacement. Do I pay that and then go buy a disposal and hire someone else to install it or just have them complete the job. I had a 1/3 HP and he did not have it on the truck. Had to go get one. He brought back a 1/4 HP and told me the bigger one would cost approximately 300 more. It came out to over 600.00 when it was all said and done. I use to have a home appliance warranty policy for years and there was an issue every time I used them which was seldom so I cancelled them. Goes to say I don't have a lot of experience hiring for these issues but obviously they have figured out how to make money by limiting your options. All I can say is beware of these companies and the way they handle their service charges. I will not recommend this company to anyone unless they have extra money to throw away.

Not sure how that will differ from the original invoice that has the same guaranteed for a year but still charges me some fee.

Aj and David were the technicians who showed up. They gave a real-time update in regards to their arrival as well as texted a photo with licensing verification. They're very professional and wasted no time getting to work. They were able to diagnose the problem relatively quickly. Noted I had a leaky PRV. They informed me that whoever built this house used the cheapest material PRV which was prone to bursting. They replaced it with a brass PRV and some of the piping as well to make it more weather resistant in less than 2 hours. Their pricing was fair. It's $89 for diagnostics but if you find them through Yelp, they'll give you $75 off the first service call. If you're military, they also give an additional 10% off. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of their work and would recommend their services to the community.
