We have used Rockstar Plumbing for all of the plumbing issues in our old home since 2020. We are two old ladies living alone and when water backed up on a Friday evening we were in a panic. We would have been low hanging fruit for an unscrupulous plumber as we knew zero about plumbing. David came to rescue and fixed the problem. He arrived when he said he would and cleaned up after the work was done. He was professional, friendly, very transparent in what he was doing and took the time to explain every step to include sketching how the connections under the house were laid out and showed me the video as he was running a camera under the house. HIs pricing if very reasonable and he was mindful of our limited funding and worked within our budget. there were no additional fees added on in the end. his work is guaranteed. I would not consider using anyone else. Since that time we have had him install new toilets in both of our bathrooms, upgrade our shower fixtures and just yesterday take care of a backup in our kitchen sink. It is such the blessing to know whenever a plumbing issue may arise we are in the best hands. I just moved into a new house that had multiple valves that needed to be replaced. I was able to take care of most of them, but the bibbs for the washing machine weren't budging. I didn't want to create a bigger problem so I decided to call a professional. Rockstar was recommended to me, so I setup an appointment. David arrived in the scheduled window, took a look at the situation and gave me a price based on their straightforward pricing guide. He changed out both bibbs and straightened out one of the pipe stems for better access. He also set the bibbs up for a DIYer like myself to work on them in the future if I ever needed to. I knew my water softener was broken when I moved in, but not being from the area I didn't know why I would want it or what to do with it. David did a great job educating me on how the softeners work, why I might want a replacement, and what kind of options are available. Excellent customer service, very professional, honest, educated me a lot about what the plumbing issues were in my house and the correct type of pipes to use. More importantly, they fixed all the plumbing problems they came to solve. They changed the faucet, removed a valve under the sink and did and checked all the faucets/sinks/showers to make sure they were running properly. Jeremy's review is spot on.
