Thank you for the option to choose. The expert, Roger, that came by did an amazing job communicating what needed to be done and knew what steps to follow. The technician came out, worked nearly three hours, could not locate the leak, and referred us to a specialty company -- we were charged $600 for that. When we called to address it, we were told a manager would call us back. They never did. Instead we received a check in the mail for $60 -- no call, no explanation, no acknowledgment. If you have a specific leak detection need, confirm exactly what the technician can do before booking. The lack of follow-through after the fact was just as disappointing as the original issue.

After watching him struggle for about an hour, my wife an I had to lift the WH while he put it into position. We're both senior citizens, I'm 80 and she's 65. This is the 4th time I have used this company, no complaints until now. I feel we should be compensated for our labor and damage, but we weren't. We paid a lot of money and we shouldn't have to do any work.

Justin Chambliss was more knowledgeable than the other two bidders we worked with. The Chambliss quote was a solution, with all components accounted for. The other bids required the client to go find subcontractors for electrical and roof venting modifications. Calvin and Jesse did an outstanding job with the installation and the roofing subcontractor, not only installed the modified heat vent but matched the vent's paint color with our existing vents. I cannot recommend Chambliss Plumbing higher. Their bid was the same dollar amount as the other two we received but included value, convenience, and maximized our customer experience. Thank you Chambliss Plumbing!

The lack of customer service, follow up or resolution to issues is beyond bad. We definitely would not recommend this company.
