They offer to contact my insurance and doctor whenever an issue arises rather than telling me to do it myself, as I have been told when going to chain pharmacies. The wait time is very short and my medications are always in stock. The pharmacists here are also very knowledgable and actually have the time to talk to me. I don't know why I didn't try this pharmacy sooner!

There was no reason for her to yell like that especially since it was dead silent and by no means was I causing any problems at all. She embarrassed me for no reason, especially since I was already not feeling well, which their staff might consider for some of the customers. I don't think anybody should have the right to make people feel that way. I also don't think it was right for the other staff members not to correct her . I am extremely disappointed in her unprofessionalism.

When I first moved to the area just a few months ago, I chose this pharmacy as my top option based on its high ratings and positive reviews. But that changed in an instant, and they are no longer my number one pharmacy. I was having surgery, and I had my prescriptions sent to this Pharmacy. I got a call from the staff saying that they couldn't fill my oxycodone prescription because they were backordered 3 to 6 months. That's unacceptable. That's a prescription that should be easily filled. It shouldn't be backordered. I asked where else I could find it, and they suggested calling Wegmans, which had it in stock and filled it very easily. I don't understand how a pharmacy could not have a prescription that is so common and needed when someone has surgery, like I did. They filled the other three prescriptions I had sent in for different things during my first couple of months. However, when you can't fill a simple prescription like that, you quickly switch to a place that can fill everything, and that's where I am now. I can't in good conscience recommend using Choice Pharmacy because they let me down at a time when I needed them the most.

Also as always, they never have prescriptions in stock and always have to order everything, so you'll never get your meds early. Super easy process, friendly pharmacist, no line, and accurate prescription order (I would hope so). The store was clean and well organized. Most Rite Aids have been converted to Walgreens but this one has not. Not sure what that's all about!
