I had a question in regards to where something was in the store and a Lady there told me it wasn't there problem since it was not part of there department. I had gotten into it with the lady who i'm pretty sure runs the department multiple times for her attitude. If you work in customer service you should act like it and not have alcohol on breath. Very unprofessional. It's like they stopped doing background checks on people and just hire any anyone. But what really did me in was the one time I had stopped in there to check out the halloween stuff and the whole time i was there i seen the same exact woman just talking to people around the store for HOURS while the people in her department were swamped with a line for the deli and im pretty sure her name was dona i think the employee at the front told me. But not to mention what should take like 5 minutes to get my deli takes about 20 because i have to scramble to find someone to take my order. overall this has to be the worst customer service giant i have ever gone to and experienced. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Forks Easton to get your deli. They won't treat you like your invisible and will actually do their job and help you with whatever you need w no issues.

This prescription has been filled there for quite some time previously but she took it upon herself to block it without question . Today we picked up another prescription before the heavy snowfall and asked if anything else was coming up for being filled - they said no . While driving home a text is received that there is a prescription waiting there for pick up - I had just left !

I think it actually works well that somehow Labcorp partnered with Walgreens for space. It is kind of strange sitting in a retail store for routine lab work but when you are called inside it looks like any Labcorp you may have been to in the past. Bottom line, it works, including the "online" check in though I think that is better done waiting in one of the seats inside than in your car.

So I called my doctor and insurance company. They told me that the only one that can fix mt problem was the pharmacy that caused it. This process took me two hours. The pharmacy manager was no help at all. When I attempted to come up with a solution, he turned around and walked away from me. I never raised my voice or used any obscenity whatsoever. This loser pharmacist went into the next room and called the police on me. When the police came, they were angry with Rite Aid for making such a stupid call.
