Local Pharmacy, so it sucks that they are so bad. Always understaffed, mostly rude, and the main Pharmacist is an arrogant, rude man, with zero customer service skills. Drive thru is NEVER open, and it's the only store I know that closes the ENTIRE pharmacy for lunch. Which they waste an employee standing in line before 1:30 to make sure no one else can get in line. I've been to the Freemansburg Ave location. They are very accommodating. The pharmacist and staff went out of their way to help me and actually alerted me that some of my meds have discounts through a free discount card. I also have AARP which I looked into after my last visit. They accept that RX savings card. I wish I had asked earlier I saved 3/4 price off of my prescription with that alone which is a big savings. The store itself is well stocked and the photo shop does a nice job printing calendars and pictures. read more

The pharmacy staff, including the pharmacist, are so rude! It's like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. They are impatient and condescending. Front of house/cashiers etc, have always been pleasant. The pharmacy staff seems entitled. Have gotten the wrong medication have gotten medication for other patients in a bag with our name. Never received pills that doctor sent several times. You must count the quantity of pill you are supposed to receive. The employees are rude! The perceptions that are sent in from the doctor is never ready hours and hour later you get there and ask for it and they say 20minute wait. Save yourself the frustration go somewhere else! read more

This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. They're rude, they don't know how to do their job. Do yourself a favor and send you're medication elsewhere. I've asked multiple times to have my medication on auto fill, and every single time I go in there. It's not filled and I have to wait. This last time, they put my medication ON HOLD for some reason, even though my doctor sent over it over to be FILLED. So of course I call my doctor to make sure that it was sent over, and of course it was. I called the pharmacy and they didn't even ask for my name, they knew what medication I needed filled and they said they would filled it BUT.. not until this evening. It never fails when I walk in there I am meet with problems, weather it's something not being filled, not getting a text message for when it's ready, and now the fact that they put it on hold for no apparent reason!? I'm just so disgusted with this place, the employees and the person that are managing them. Absolutely incompetent people, that unfortunately can't even seem to fill a medication right. read more

Came here to write this because I have written countless responses to CVS about their service. This store STINKS out loud. Especially their Pharmacy. The drive through is NEVER open. The pharmacy is ALWAYS understaffed and whoever is there is always overworked and very rude. They also have no clue what they are talking about. Message on the app says the medication is out of stock. You call in, they say they have it but don't have a copy of your insurance car that they HAVE HAD forever. The blind leading the blind. The ENTIRE Pharmacy also all take lunch together, so the place literally shuts down at 1:30PM. The Kiosks in the front haven't taken my phone number in over a year. Despite telling everyone and their mother in the store and emailing everyone else, it has not been fixed. So, in order to use the extra care rewards, I have tom stand inline, even if there is no one at the kiosks. Worst part is, this is the closest Pharmacy to me. read more

I am in total agreement regarding the rudeness and unprofessional attitude of the pharmacy. There is one person in particular that goes out of her way to be condescending. I believe we all know who it is. For the most part the cashiers and manager of the store are wonderful along with the pharmacist and the other staff in pharmacy. The girl I am speaking about should not be representing CVS. My suggestion is to immediately contact the CVS corporate office and file a complaint. If enough people advise them of her behavior I'm sure they will train her on how to respect customers and keep and eye on her or get rid of her. As far as the drive up I have already stood in line, saw a car pulling up and watched her roll down the blind in the window so the person had to come in. I was told it was because they were short staffed, but there were 5 people behind the counter and only one other person and myself in line. Please contact Corporate. This used to be a pretty good pharmacy. That was before they took over Youngs. Now I don't even recognize it. Prescriptions that doctors send over are not being processed until you complain, wait times in line are so much longer now, they no longer answer the phone when I call. Either something has to be done or they will lose most of their current customers. I have been with them for 5 years. read more

I went for a flu shot and was talked into the flu shot, pneumonia, and a covid booster. The health care "professional", Heather, said, "you'll be just fine". Bull! I was sick for 6 days. Fever, chills, sweats, up for 4 nights, and a pain in my arm that to date has been equaled. I returned to speak with the Pharmacist who was as rude and nasty as one could be, blaming me for the situation. I was obviously an interruption. He blew me off saying heat and cortisone cream on my arm, or not, he didn't care I drove immediately to my Dr who said "absolutely no heat, no cortisone cream whatsoever. I called CVS Corporate and spoke with a very polite and pleasant woman who told me someone would be in contact within 24 hours. Cynthia, the District Manager was to call me. I am glad I didn't hold my breath. More than 48 hours later and no call. CVS saw money and once they got it they had no time for me. Go somewhere, anywhere else. This is the worst pharmacy I have been to. If you can't trust the pharmacy and the pharmacist, it's all downhill from there. read more

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. They have lost my prescriptions and have hassled me. They make sure to tell me that my medication prescribed by my doctor for ADHD, adderall, is a narcotic every time. Adderall is not a narcotic, however, they tell me every time it is. And God forbid that I needed a narcotic for a short time.. I feel let's pariah every time I come here read more

Pharmacy wait time is ridiculous. Over 30min for something that was sent over to them from the doctor and I waited 2 hours to pick up. I have counted 11 people in total waiting for prescriptions including myself. The girl behind the counter too looked annoyed because she was rolling her eyes and shaking her head. Bad customer service and the worst place to pick up your prescriptions. read more

Used to be just unprepared and annoying but close so I put up with it. Since they bought Young's it's graduated to awful and staff are completely overwhelmed. They never answer the phone, I call when I get out of work then drive home and can ask if the prescription is ready at the drive through while still on hold.
