AWFUL!!!!! The pharmacy staff is incompetent. When this store messed up my perscription, they told me I had to go to my doctor and insurance company to fix it. So I called my doctor and insurance company. They told me that the only one that can fix mt problem was the pharmacy that caused it. This process took me two hours. The pharmacy manager was no help at all. When I attempted to come up with a solution, he turned around and walked away from me. I never raised my voice or used any obscenity whatsoever. This loser pharmacist went into the next room and called the police on me. When the police came, they were angry with Rite Aid for making such a stupid call. I've had problems with this pharmacy 3 months in a row and when asked the problem they repeatedly lie until backed into a corner and someone finally admits that they just never ordered the meds even though they got the script several days in advance. This last time they told us to call another location and have them transfer the script. Found out through the pharmacist there that they were supposed to call them not us. I'm disabled and have extreme pain and my pain meds are a necessity. read more

Had an appointment for flu vaccine. I was on time for appointment and checked in with the associate at the counter. After waiting 30 minutes in a seating area, I asked the associate what is happening? She mentioned this to the pharmacist. Sat down again for 10 minutes with no communication from anyone and I told the counter associate I was leaving. Very, very poor communication by pharmacist. I will go elsewhere to obtain my flu shot. read more

This place deserves 0 stars .this is the worse pharmacy ever. Noone answers the phone.and the people there just stand around not doing their job. However a few months ago there was this young girl working there who was always doing her job. She always asked if i needed any help.when i was looking and or need things to be carried to my car. read more

The pharmacy deserves no stars. They are very unorganized, unprofessional and clearly used to dealing with idoits. They often mess up prescriptions and the staff blames you because you call out their incompetence. I've been to this location for the last four months and every month there has been an issue with my medication. Avoid this place if at all possible. read more

Almost every time I come here its a problem. Came to pickup scripts that should have been done two days ago for my wife who has been getting scripts here for two years. Now suddenly they can't find her and don't fill the scripts. They are too busy here to service customers properly. Do yourself a favor and use another pharmacy read more

I had a very bad experience here. After waiting 45 minutes for my prescription to be filled I was informed that my insurance had no knowledge of me exisiting. I told them that it was impossible since I had just utilized the insurance the day prior. I even called the insurance company and had them give me explicit directions on how the pharmacist should search my information. I prompted the pharmacist with this and she refused to fill my script. As I left I could hear her laughing at me. The next day I took my prescription to Walgreens on Linden Ave and had no trouble filling it. read more
