Hmmmm...okay! We got both. The breakfast sandwich (BEC) was on a Portuguese style roll. A ton of egg on this, and I'd say an adequate amount of bacon. The ratio of this just didn't feel right though, I would have liked either less egg, or another slice or two of bacon and another slice of cheese in the middle of all that egg. Not bad, not great. The cheesesteak was pretty good. I enjoyed the meat and the seasonings. The meat to cheese ratio (no cooper, they use American) was good. The onions were larger than I like but they were sautéed enough that it didn't mess with the bite of the sandwich. The roll though...was not a winner for me. It was soft on top of soft, and some people love that, but for me I need a crusty exterior to my cheesesteak roll. If this was on a different roll, this sandwich is a very good one. Noto's Deli - Didn't Suck, but I'm not rushing to go back.

I called and placed the order over the phone instead for pickup -- six sandwiches total, five turkey and one BLT. Five came out correct, but the BLT was wrong: I specifically asked for it on toasted white bread (it's typically served club-sandwich style on wheat, per their menu photo and description), and instead received it on a hoagie roll. If you've ever had a BLT on a hoagie roll, you know that doesn't really work. Setting the order mix-up aside -- mistakes happen -- the sandwiches themselves just weren't very good. The meat-lettuce-mayo ratio across all of them was off, to the point where they felt like they were about 70% lettuce. The bread was also stale and crumbly. Between the canceled online order, the incorrect sandwich, and the quality of the food itself, it just wasn't a great experience overall.

I saw the sandwich maker ask the lady if she could use some old not great looking bread. The lady who didn't wash her hands after she was eating and took my order picked up the bread with her non gloves hands and asked me if it was okay to use. I replied no it's looks stale and you touched it without gloves on. She threw the bread in the trash and said "okay, we have no bread then". The nice sandwich worker then showed me a nice multi grain ciabatta or French roll and I told her that would be fine. Sandwich was pretty good but because of poor hygiene and sanitary practice, I wont be back.

I was there for breakfast and was greeted and seated promptly. My cappuccino came with a sun pattern in cinnamon on top (nice!). There is a large and varied menu on offer. I opted for a "build your own" omelet (pork roll, American cheese and onion), with home fries and rye toast. Everything was excellent and the service was so friendly and efficient!
