I asked him where the Durag section was and he directed me to the wall at which they stay. I began looking around for prices only to come to the realization that price tags were not hung what so ever. So I ask the owner how much for one durag and he told me it was $3.99. I then proceeded to respectfully ask why they were charging so much for just one and he responded by asking me "how much do you usually get them ?" I then responded "in Irvington they usually charge 1.99" he then proceeded to get up from behind the counter and take the Durags I was looking for out of my hand. Responding "then go get 10 dollar gas and go buy your 1.99 durags" I didn't want to create any trouble so I gave him them back and told him to have a great day.It's crazy how a 18 year old can handle that situation better than someone who in charge of a business like you're own. You are very rude and disrespectful to someone who simple asked a question about the pricing. Upon checking out, I asked him which of my items was 6.99. He responded that the edge control was and proceeded to charge my card. I tried to ask him not to ring up the edge control because the price was too high (normally no more than $4.50 in retail stores) he still charged it and handed me my bags. I asked to return the edge control and he instantly caught a fit! First he tried to jokingly say that I couldn't and then when he saw how serious I was he become irate and nasty towards me. He started the refund for the edge control and then came from behind the register and snatched my bag off of my baby stroller with the hair bleach inside and said since his items were too high he's giving me a full refund. I told him he was being very unprofessional and disrespectful. Even threatened to call the cops. He then processed the refund and I'm glad cause I will never support or refer this store to anybody.

I got home approximately 30 mins after purchase and immediately called and explained the shocking discovery. The sales person that answered the phone apologized, and took my info. She had to call the manager, which is understandable. She called me back and was told I had to call their 800 number, which I did. After an 87 min wait, I was told that all sales were final on clippers. The customer service rep also told me to contact the manufacturer....that's ridiculous. The manufacturer didn't sell me the clippers directly. The manager of this location did nothing except pass the buck. If I wanted a pair of used clippers I would've gone somewhere else. You have distinguishing business practices, and piss poor customer service. In my opinion you should be investigated for endangerment of public health. Your poor ethics put me at risk during a volatile time. I'll never shop in another Sally's. I urge you all to stay away! She only cares about her profits!

The lighting in the shop doesn't really help when looking at the shades on the hair. I asked the lady if it's a 4 because she sees that I'm trying to open the package for a better look. I returned on the 11/4/21 and explain it to her and she states "No return or exchange on hair" I hoped she would help me being she was the one that stated it was the color I needed. Rude salesperson. Got racist vibe. Made a purchase online at Sephora on 11/6. By the 16th still had…read morenot received. Went into this Sephora in Kohls on 11/16 and purchased the product. Then got notice that product shipped and went back to return the product two days later. Unopened. With the receipt. Salesperson questioned me extensively and was made to provide above explanation about the return -- twice. She then OPENED the product (a cleanser) in front of me to confirm that it was unopened before reluctantly processing my return. I have never had such a problem returning a product at a Sephora in my life and I've even seen people return products that were opened -- which mine was not, but simply we're not great for them. Did not appreciate the way that this sales person treated me. And I really feel that it was due to my race. Don't recommend going to this Kohl's Sephora. Drive to the actual Sephora store where the employees treat customers better.
