There was one person at the counseling window, one car at the drive-thru, three customers at the island, and no one actively at the main counter when I approached. The staff member abruptly shouted, "I CAN TAKE THE NEXT PERSON!"--with no greeting or acknowledgment. When I stepped forward, she immediately demanded, "LAST NAME. DATE OF BIRTH," without a single polite phrase or tone. I mentioned I was picking up three prescriptions. She bluntly responded, "There is only one," and made no effort to look further or offer assistance in checking for the others. There was no conversation, no attempt to be helpful--just short, clipped commands. At checkout, she barked, "SIGN THE PAD!" again with no pleasantries or basic customer courtesy. The transaction ended without even a "thank you" or any closing acknowledgment. With so many options now available--from online pharmacies to in-store services at Target and grocery chains--you'd expect CVS to prioritize customer experience. Unfortunately, this visit reflects a serious lack of care and training in customer interaction. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made.

These are life-threatening medical errors, yet the pharmacists treats patients with open hostility and complete disdain. The trauma of dealing with this store is amplified by the blatant deception from CVS Corporate. When you call the corporate line to report these safety hazards, they lie to your face. They claim there is no escalation department and no physical corporate address where you can mail a formal report. Instead, corporate claims they send your complaint to the District Manager. This is completely counterproductive and a total conflict of interest. The District Manager is the exact person responsible for this entire area--an area where multiple CVS stores are completely failing and sitting at identical 1- 2 star ratings. Sending complaints to the person overseeing this broken system ensures absolutely nothing changes. A precious complaint was filed nearly a year ago regarding these exact safety violations, and it was completely buried. CVS corporate actively protects their failing stores by stonewalling patients, lying about their escalation process, and leaving people on indefinite hold. This company is a dangerous liability that operates with total negligence from the pharmacy counter all the way up to corporate headquarters. Avoid this location and CVS for your own safety.

I'd highly recommend Julie and her infusion service if you're getting over being sick. We are looking forward to trying them after a night of drinking next time!
