I basically visited my friends without the $500 that I saved for months for this trip. I am submitting the claims as per my insurance company and will eventually be reimbursed but the damage is done. Since new ownership they have only gotten better and more reliable. My mom and I use for some really important meds and they always come through when they give their word they get it done or find it . They deliver though we get ours at their fully stocked store .
