I'm really happy I chose this florist to send a bouquet to my Mom. I ordered from their website at 9:30 a.m. and the fresh and stunning arrangement was delivered to my parents' house that afternoon. I selected "designer's choice" and asked for bright colors. The bouquet could not have been more perfect! I definitely got my money's worth. Catherine was patient with us as we went through different drafts of the proposal before finally arriving at our final order. She talked through different alternatives and I never felt like she was trying to push anything unnecessary that would Add to the cost. To the contrary, I found her very honest and I appreciated how she did her best to save me money where she could. She was also very responsive whenever we had any questions. I used Jardiniere for my intimate wedding ceremony and cannot say enough good things, but the two most important things that stood out were: 1. The incredibly kind staff - every single person I spoke to and emailed was patient and willing to work with me and my thousands of questions! We were originally planning to get married at Natirar, but with coronavirus our location changed to my brother-in-law's backyard. Aside from talking on the phone with me countless times before the change occurred, they were so flexible and accommodating when the entire plan shifted to a backyard wedding 2 weeks before our date. The day of, Mike and his assistant (who I regretfully forgot the name of) were wonderful to work with. There were thunderstorms that came through as they were setting up outside, and they covered the entire chuppah and table arrangements so they stayed perfectly in tact and dry! They even left me some extra flowers so I could decorate the cake that I made. 2. The quality - My vision fully came to life and I have received so many comments about how stunning the flowers were. I am super particular about everything, and it all came out better than I could have even imagined! There were hundreds of white flowers and lush greenery that was just so stunning - turning a rushed backyard wedding plan into a truly special event. Without their beautiful flowers it really would not have felt as lovely as it did. I promise you will not go wrong using them for any event you have. UPDATED REVISION 5.6.20: The florist emailed back with their apologies for a sub-par bouquet and delivered a second replacement bouquet the very next day (and rang the bell this time). The bouquet is lovely and healthy (see pics)!! I SINCERELY appreciate all the vendor did to make things right and correct the matter. Excellent service!! I was sent birthday flowers as a gift and received a bouquet of wilted flowers that will not bloom. The delivery person texted me but did not ring bell. I'm relieved my first experience with this vendor was as a recipient. I purchased some supermarket flowers that are strong and blooming. This is rather unacceptable. Great experience using Jardiniere for my wedding flowers. I was not very specific about what I wanted....I'm not one of those people who come in with a concrete vision and 50 Pinterest photos, I just knew I wanted burgundy tones....but Mike was great to work with. He pulled up images from his computer during our meeting to show me different arrangement shapes/styles, flower types/colors, and available centerpiece holders. It really helped a lot to visualize everything. The best part was that he emailed me a quote complete with photo examples of each arrangement AND photos of the flowers he would include in each (really helpful to get a visual representation along with the description). This also made things a lot easier for me (a person of limited floral vocabulary) to describe to my mom (a florist) when going over the final designs. She came along with me to see the samples, and we were both impressed with the centerpiece sample! I decided I wasn't a huge fan of the loose bouquets, so emailed a week later to ask to tighten them up, and was told it would be no problem, they would make them rounder along with any other little changes or updates I wanted. On the day of the wedding, everything turned out great. I had worried a bit about the bouquets, having asked for a modification after seeing the samples, but they were PERFECT. Setup of everything at the venue was taken care of, even moving centerpieces and lanterns after the ceremony to be re-purposed in the ballroom (which was a suggestion made by Mike to reduce our total cost). I went to Jardiniere and met with Kevin to talk over my wedding flowers. They have a great set up there with a database of their photos they can show you on a screen, real-time. So for example, I don't really know flowers or technical terms, or even colors, but I would mention something and Kevin would put in a few key words, pull up different flower arrangements they had done, I would be able to point to something and say, "That's it! That's what I'm looking for!" I loved that they had this feature so when I was relaying my vision for my wedding flowers, there were no miscommunications about what I was looking for. We had a great experience with Jardiniere with Mike working closely with me - representing the bride-to-be who lived across the country. After we provided him with a few initial ideas - he responded with an exceptionally helpful quote that showed photos of each flower to be used. The entire staff of Jardiniere was incredibly patient as we changed our minds several times and then responded immediately to our request to provide us with a "test" of what we were looking for at a very reasonable cost. Mike was very helpful in suggesting ways for us to hold down our costs and was always sensitive to the elegantly casual "look" the bride-to-be desired. A few days prior to the wedding when we changed the "key" flower in the bridal bouquet, the Jardiniere staff continued to be encouraging and supportive. In fact, the bride-to-be was so thrilled with the resulting bouquet that she is having it freeze dried. The fact that each table was holding 8 small vases required that the Jardiniere staff take extra time to arrange each grouping and carefully communicate to the hotel staff how to arrange the vases. Everything was perfect in the end and the guests and bride were thrilled. The entire experience with Jardinere staff was terrific. read more

My daughter was married in October, 2016. We gave Mike our first deposit in March or April I think. We met with Mike, the owner, 4 or 5 times between August and October. He was great to work with. Nothing was too much for him to do and no change was too much of a hassle. My daughter isn't a real conceptual person, so while we tried to narrow down and zoom in on what she really wanted, he was very patient. The arrangements were nothing short of stunning. It was a large wedding, so we needed 27 centerpieces. We also needed a Chuppah and flowers for the Chuppah. And flowers for the sides of the chairs for the outdoor ceremony at Park Savoy. My only complaint was that the flowers on the Chuppah slid down on one side. Frankly, I didn't notice it the night of the wedding with all that was going on, but it was very obvious once we got the pictures back. The flowers just weren't fixed to the pole properly. That was very disappointing as your eye goes directly to it in all the ceremony pictures. :( But........that said, they were gorgeous. As we're the bridesmaids' bouquets, the mens' boutinuere's and my daughter bouquet. All in all, I would highly recommend Mike and Jardiniere. They do magnificent work. Just make sure you or someone else goes over the flowers to make sure everything is in its place. read more

Mike was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, helping to make suggestions for things that we should include and things that could be more easily cut in order to save money. I labored over one single flower that would be in my bridesmaids' bouquets and had several meetings with Mike and other Jardiniere staff over it. It was unbelievable how patient they were with me and they really stressed the importance of me being 100% comfortable and happy with all of my choices. Jardiniere is just a tiny bit on the pricier side but they were worth every penny for their expertise (I don't know the first thing about flowers), professionalism, responsiveness, and quality.
