She helped me come up with a color palate and gave me several ideas using a Pinterest mood board, which helped me figure out what I truly wanted for my big day. She was so personable, caring and enthusiastic, that it felt like it was my best friend doing my flowers! The whole process was amazing from beginning to end, and everything was perfect on our big day! This is my favorite florist. Their designs are so classy and chic, and very trendy! I'd say "floral boutique" is the best way to describe Blue Jasmine. It's so cute inside. Customer service was exceptional. The owner is so sweet! TJ helped me with my arrangement and was so patient and helpful with all of my requests. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and it turned out to be everything I wanted AND MORE! I bought an arrangement with vase and also loose flowers to put on a cake. Prices were very fair. I purchased an arrangement for our friend's funeral. I was assured I was sending something nice as it was from many people. I told the person I could spend more if I needed to. I asked for a spray but I was told there was a lovely metal urn. The urn was teeny. The flowers an embarrassment. They were by far the smallest bouquet at the funeral. DO NOT ORDER! I wish I could have given ZERO STARS. I ordered what was advertised as the beautiful Parker arrangement online. However, the actual flower delivery was not the Parker. There were no bright pink, pale pink, light orange and bright orange roses. They even used the most cheap flowers - CARNATIONS! There were coneflowers, a lot of green filler and black flowers/foliage in the arrangement. As you can see from the arrangement, the flowers are dying, wilted and falling over. Some of the petals are missing. After spending over $100 you can understand why I am very displeased and extremely disappointed. They said some of the flowers were not in season (really....okay). Instead of calling me ahead of time to explain, the florist decided to make the decision to design an arrangement that looked nothing like what I ordered. I only received a $25 credit. To add insult to injury I was told that "we are sorry it wasn't what you expected" which I had to correct them and say "it wasn't what was advertised". Save your money and order from another florist! My friend who I sent the flowers to is not happy. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. read more

My sister works in Westfield, NJ and I wanted to cheer her up on Mother's Day since we lost our mother less than a month ago. The website is easy to use and they have beautiful pictures of their arrangements. The best thing for me was that I was able to write a decent sized paragraph on the note. All of the other websites only let you enter a sentence or two. This was important to me because I really wanted to express myself. My bridal bouquet was terrible. Like I'm still in shock. I made my now husband pick up my bouquet two days before my wedding as my mom and I were super busy running around. I came back from running around, walked in the house and was like omg who sent me a dead centerpiece right before the wedding?? Are these from 1-800-FLOWERS?? Then my now husband goes - oh. That's your wedding bouquet. I legit almost fainted. The only ONE single thing I was MOST particular about for my wedding were my personal flowers - I wanted specific greens, I wanted specific flowers/plants and I found Blue Jasmine on Instagram and I just thought she could definitely nail it. I never went to the store, I sent her a picture of what I exactly wanted and we chatted on the phone. I thought I was covered and was so excited to see the final product. Another reason I was so excited for my cascading bouquet, was that it was going to cover up the terrible alterations Seng Couture did on my dress. But, now I was stuck. It didn't even look like a bouquet, it was centerpiece. It even came in a centerpiece glass holder. It had 4 zip ties, the purple flowers were so tiny you couldn't even see them, they were all basically dead, I couldn't even hold them with two hands, I wanted long stems with cascading greens - she sent the bouquet with the stem cut extremely short with ONE cascading green which looked completely dead and the white flowers were just awful. I was shocked because the bouquet was so ugly but I was also really shocked that a professional florist would allow a bouquet like this to leave her store. I'm embarrassed for Blue Jasmine. I still don't know how or why this happened for something that costed around $300. She was apologetic and I got a full refund but it was still a huge burden to deal with. Thank God for Inventive Events in New Jersey who saved the day and gave me exactly what I wanted!!!! read more
